I apologise again.
After my travels, I succumbed to a particularly vicious cold/flu bug.
That just about cleared up, including the shedding, twice, of the outer layer of skin over my entire body.
Just getting back into it, when I got a Norovirus.
So I've lost some more weight, saved a fortune on the shopping bills and might have to replace many of my clothes that have defined waistlines. I am a full 2 stone lighter (that's 14 pounds or a tad over 6 kilos)
Julina 11 is written but still awaiting approvals from my test reader and Penny.
Parts of 12, 13 and 14 are also either written or outlined.
Expect something in the new week.
Cheers
Julia.

Get well soon
Falling ill while traveling is something I know only too well.
In the 1990's I used to get a heavy cold whenever I went to Moscow no matter what time of year it was.
A year ago I got Shingles while in Jordan. Falling ill while away from home frankly sucks big time.
Keep your chin up and I can see that you are looking on the bright side with your weight loss.
Hope you're better ASAP
Those sort of things are never much fun though perhaps losing weight (if you need to) is a little bonus to alleviate the suffering. Trouble is a lot of the loss is just fluid that rapidly replaces itself once you're recovered.
btw 2 stone is 28 lbs :) That would be a lot to lose. I have great difficulties when people's weight is described in lbs - I always have to divide by 14 for stones or roughly halve to get kilos.

Stones?
And to think people ridicule us Americans for using the archaic measures like pounds instead of kilograms, inches/feet/yards/miles instead of centimeters/meters/kilometers and such. Shame on us!

oooops
Yes, 2 stones is 28 pounds ----- but 2 is just next to the 1 on the keyboard ..... please reread as 1 full stone ..... silly fingers!
And thanks for the wishes, much appreciated.
