I know little of US law, but I noticed the reference to 'those who have male genitalis' when deciding which prison they should be held in. I would suggest that we have all read enough about 'prison bitches' as well as fiction to know how that usually works out.

Funnily, I was talking to some prison officers recently. When I search someone transgendered, they tell me which sex should search them. When someone is being searched at a prison, it is a decision based purely on their possession of a vagina.
