Passing on a tip I got from Tekzilla daily. There is a plugin for Firefox and Chrome called Lazarus that saves text as you type it into a form on the internet. Should your browser crash, you forget to save the text or anything should cause the text to go poof, simply return to the scene of the crime (form) and the plugin will allow you to retrieve the saved text and fill in the form again.
