Ack!
hope the ruling class over there have not seen fit to arbitrarily decide to remove them and it is just Stan pulling them down to edit or something like that. While I may not like every story of an author, neither would I like to see any go, because there is a story for everyone somewhere :( Hoping for the best

From the horse's mouth
Talea at FM wrote- Again I got complains that in several of Stanman's stories parts were copied from other authors. Some stories were already removed previously due to other complains.
Since it's unclear which stories don't contain content from other authors I made all stories unreadable.
Writing is painful, it's lonely and you suffer and there's no immediate feedback.- Actor, writer, playwright Robert Shaw

No mention of a new investigation
I hope one was done, banning on the basis of complaints would depopulate most of the internet. I've gotten complaints here about authors plagiarizing and after investigations, I have banned some people. Stan has been quick to pull or edit any specific story that anyone has complained about and I have warned him not to do cut and paste in his fanfics or other stories from then on. So far, no new specific complaints about his stories have come in.
I can't do anything about non-specific complaints, it's unreasonable to expect me to do so. FM has a different situation because volunteers post all the stories there so they have a responsibility not to post plagiarized stuff. Pulling things while they investigate might be the right thing to do, but that isn't what the post says.
It makes me sad in any case.
Hugs,
Erin
