And now it's time for Weekend update with Andrea DiMaggio...
Our top story tonight: Bloodwork results back for Andrea "Life is Beautiful" DiMaggio. Anti-Viral medication Valtrex sucks big-time; fails to put dent in HHV-6; chronic fatigue undauntedly continues to be a pain in the ass. (If I was a Princess, it would be a Royal Pain in the Ass) New medication prescribed for pain to replace Lyrica; hope reigns eternal. Second dose of anti-depression medication Cymbalta added for nighttime; it doesn't get much better than this. Well, actually, I was kind of hoping it would actually get better than this; it's like having the flu 24/7.
In a related story, success in therapy proves both painful and encouraging as brain becomes more capable of coping; new and excitingly frightening and saddening flashbacks come out; now I know why I can't swim all that well as fear of water comes to forefront. And add eggs to yet another food that makes me nauseous. Renewed contact with female cousins; I want to support them in any way I can.
On the closet (home, not website) front, few questions asked since Andrea poked her head out. Unasked questions best left unanswered, but next week we celebrate our 26th anniversary with this year, as painful as it has been for both of us physically and emotional; the year has proven to be the most exciting and rewarding of all our years together. I still love her so much (Feel free to grab facial tissue or hankie at any time)!!!
This just in...You're all terrific!
And now, with a repeat of tonight's top story, here to assist is the Headmaster of the Jersey City School of Pet Journalism, Harley DiMaggio...
