For some unknown reason this weeks update despite being uploaded to the server isn't appearing. I have no power over this, i'm not getting any replies to my webmeister queries and my geek squad aren't talking either.
I quite enjoy doing the site but maybe it's outlived its usefulness so if i can't get it sorted by the weekend i'm taking a break from the updates until further notice.
The Gabychat is equally dead, i've been logged in for the last 6 hours and not exchanged a single word so i can't be doing with it anymore, i can be contacted here, if you want to chat i'm on yim or the gabyforum is still available at http://gabychat.freeforums.org/.

Would hate to see your site go. I check weekly for my Gaby chapters, and though I don't visit the forums much I am a member.
Do you think you would have better luck with readership if you were to cross-post more things here? I know I would love to see the entirety of Gaby's adventures available on BC.

I'm okay with the cross posting except i don't have the time myself. Sephrena was doing a lot quite regularly but she's lost interest so theres been nothing new for ages.

Maddy, I am resuming posting
after I had to take a hiatus because of my situation. I have had to travel in 4 states in 3 months earlier this year taking care of someone else. When I arrived where I am at I had a lot of medical problems and legal problems which are now resolved. So now I am starting to swim out again and do what I had been. I am not in good health, I'm heading to a nursing home soon because I cant live on my own due to my constant need of therapy and hospitalizations. I wish you would have consulted me before coming out saying I had lost interest. Because, I haven't.
You will see Gaby posted again starting tonight and I'll resume backdating the first 3 books.
Also I would like to see you enter our Contest for October and submit entires ^^ you can win!

In the midst of your own trials this past year you were a very big support to me in my own struggles, as well as being a huge help here in posting for authors and providing support for contests and such. I know this has been a daunting year, but you have my admiration and love, dear one. Thank you so much for your care for me.

Oh Maddy,
please dont give it up! With Storysite,and Sapphires, and now your site having troubles, it is heartbreaking to lose your wonderful place to go and escape into. I do hope you can get it fixed soon.
Whatever happens, we all appreciate all your hard work and brilliant imagination and thank you for keeping it going for so long.

As i've told others i'm not taking the site down so it's still there to explore. I don't have control of the maddybell.com web address so if i was to move to another server i'd have to set up a new address - i'm rubbish at this stuff so currently - well i've outlined my options.
