I seem to have hit a bit of a sterile spot at the moment, not much writing issuing forth.
I'm spending a lot of time on my mountain bike riding the cycle trails up and around the Aberafan cycle centre. Don't do the hard stuff like 'The Wall', (Too old, - 64.) but the old derilect railway lines have been converted to easy cycle trails and they take the rider through some beautiful countryside. Nature has finally reclaimed the valley and the rivers are cleaned up so the rides take you through some of the most peaceful and beautiful countryside in Wales, (so that makes it some of the most beautiful countryside in the World!) Long tracts of verdant green deciduous shade protect the trails from wind, rain and sun to make the rides a splendid relaxation. That and no car traffic either.
I'm hoping after a few days to get the old mo-jo working again.
See you soon,
Beverly.
