Check Out Casey Brooke's Stories...
Nice eclectic collection there.
Many of Casey Brooke's stories would fit your request. At full-novel length, there are "Doorway to Amaru Meru", "The Fae", "The Synthodyne Conspiracy", "Deimos" and "The Ark". (Also a whole lot of good ones at 25,000 words.)
I always like to recommend Thliwent's "Going There and Back Again", but its ten parts are closer to 30,000 words than 40,000. Great story though.

I Concur
Casey Brooke and Bailey Summers -- anything they write.
Also if you haven't read Jenny Walker's No Half Measures -- give it a try. It's in the top five on the site.

Check out
JulieO. She writes a mixed bag of stories, some are multi-chapter stories, some are stand-alone. There is a suggested reading order out there somewhere, but I don't remember what it is. And you'll pick up another couple of authors' names while doing so, as some of the stories are collaborative with others. There are some stories written in her universe, (with her permission of couse), and by being picky about who she let play in her sandbox those are good also.
She has lapsed from writing since Bob Arnold passed away, he was her editor, sometimes publisher, and all around friend. It seemed to take something out of her, and she hung up her keyboard. So if you find a story that should have a continuation and doesn't, that's what happened. But she belongs up there with the greats of TG's Golden Era.

Okay
Don't pretend to know all the goings-on there, nor did I need to. I don't pay as much attention to the headers as I should. Scan all the keywords, some things can be a bit triggering as you well know.
Delayed Comment, sorry. I forgot to hit enter when I was done. :-(

(Long!) Angharad: still active at 13 years, 3200+ chapters

Among my (many) favorites:
Teddy S: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/71379/tommy-trials-an... (252+ chapters, complete, 1.4+ Mn words).
LIttlerocksilver: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/book/18023/cynthia-chronicles. Complete, long, and I am unsure of reading order. I think "Dumpster Diver" it towards the beginning.
The Professor: 21 Ovid, Oklahoma stories: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/17376/ovid-01-shortcu...
(Not a series I have followed) Maddy Bell: https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/book/589/gaby Multiple books and stories, still active updates & chapters.
Have you read
Have you read For a Girl by O2BXX at fiction mania it is among the best of the stories there.

I see you're familiar with Morpheus so I'll refrain from recommending anything else by him.
You might take a look at my stories. Battle For Earth (there's a sequel coming soon), Psyren's Redemption, The Fall of Kruhl my Ragnarok Rising trilogy, Hunger Pangs & Virtually Twisted.
All my stories can be found here: https://danielawolfe.com/tg/my-stories/ or on Bigcloset Topshelf.

Well, I will give you a few with a few cobwebs on them, but I view them as oldies but goodies.
Bears Know Best, by Tiffany Shar Bears Know Best
Wild Magic, by Wren Erendae Phoenix Wild Magic
Through the Years: Tales of the Patterson Family by Raff01 Through The Years
Becoming Robin by Zoe and Ashleigh Becoming Robin
- and the other ones in that universe, many are long stories.
The Serendipity of Freedom by Lisa Caitlin Grey Serendipity of Freedom
Well I could go on and on, but there are tons of great stories on here. Some long, and some not. I tried to remember the names of a few or at least their authors, but memory isn't one of my best skills. Before I go though, maybe I should plug my own stories. Cindy at Music Camp and Costumes are my longer stories that have been popular. Teek's Author Page
Have fun reading, and always remember to comment, even on old stories. As authors, we love it.

Also By Tiffany Shar...
...Dollar Runaways is one of my favorites: very well written.
Of course, I think that's true of most of the many stories listed in this thread.
Eric
Another good one
is Bronwen Welsh, my favorite is Harriet's Tales there. I love that you asked though, because I love long stories too and you have some I haven't read yet.
Which Reminds Me...
...that no one has mentioned Louise Anne (Smithson) yet, Bronwen's editor and the author of some very enjoyable serialized novels.
My favorites are How I Became a Girly Girl, Suzanne's Cousin Clare and Honey Bunny, but I enjoyed them all.
Eric
Three books so far...
Since Morpheus has already been mentioned and it looks like we can plug our own stuffs...if you like magic, angels, gods, demons, and - most importantly - cats... my novels 'Into The Light', 'Light's Promise', and 'Call of the Light' are available. Fourth book currently in progress! :)
