Non Chrome Issue, Thought I fixed it....
This is a problem I tried to tackle just today. IT should be working now, but try dumping you browser cache. Can I assume you are using Firefox/Iceweasle/Safari/Edge/IE or something most notably not Chrome?

Yup. Haven't seen the thumbs up for a week or so. All seems to be there now, though.
