Will It Be 25 O'Clock?

You know it gets expensive
You know it gets expensive changing clocks every spring and fall. I just want to keep my old ones.
Well....
Keep it for the next change!
>i< ..:::
just keeping with the fashion trends
But isn't it important to keep up with the changing styles? Surely what is in this fall won't be in this spring so a change of clocks is needed!
I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime
Do not get stuck in a loop.
Do not get stuck in a loop.
Each clock only gets set back 1 hour the first time it gets to 2 am.

a day too late...
After a very late Halloween sunset this year I can see why it is needed, hard to go trick or treating when there's still sunlight out at 6:15 PM
I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime
however...
I thought that Halloween was the reason the US extended DST into November in 2007. To give the trick-or-treaters an extra hour of late afternoon/early evening daylight.
It was about energy savings
It was about energy savings not trick or treating.

actually not
Having worked for the Feds for many years, you learn that the "official" reason for something is often completely different than the "real" reason for it - e.g., we supposedly invaded Iraq because they had WMDs, not because of a Bush family grudge against Saddam and the promise of cheap(er) oil. Apparently it was big business (and especially the candy industry) that pushed for the lengthening of daylight savings time into November. See http://www.businessinsider.com/daylight-saving-time-and-hall...
There is also some doubt as to whether or not DST actually saves energy. While people turn on the lights later in the evening with DST, people also go out more in the evening, burning more gasoline.
At least...
... you don't own a store that sells clocks. You'd be there for a long time changing the time on all those clocks. LOL
Parlandi Clocks
Does this mean that we aren't changing to clocks using the old Parlandi 20 bell system?
