Modeling.
Modeling is a rather odd profession, which is built on presentation and perception, which of course a Trans Girl needs to master, unless very very lucky. I suspect there may be more Trans in that profession who are not out, or out yet, and likely a few from the past we may never know about. She wasn't out, until now anyway. .

... transgender women in the UK, April Ashley, also worked as a model at some time as did Caroline Cossey (also British). April transitioned in the early 60s so it's a fair bet that there are others we don't know about in the past fifty odd years.

All I can say is that someone has to do it.
As a side note
I watched a youtube video of Loiza and the person who posted the video, and it still stuns me that so many English expressions have creeped into common usage in European countries.
