Drew's Meltdown...
Despite looking for the quote ... which I couldn't find, I seem to recall reading a notice from Kate (I think it initially appeared at the top of Drew's Meltdown 11 or was that 12?) that subsequent postings were going to be weekly - with #12 being the first of the weekly postings.

As a further point...
chapter 12 is the first of the "new" chapters. She likely just rushed up the reworked 1-11 to get to the "new chapter" point.
