I don't know if plugging is generally frowned upon here but I just finished my latest story and I'm really proud of it. It follows Jo and her teammates who survive a plane crash and are then trapped on an unknown island.

It's got 18 chapters and I think y'all might like it!

I'm fine with self-promoting.

Many authors do so, and it's very often the only way I find a new story or author to enjoy.

If you don't promote your work, who will?

I know when we were working on One Dozen Roses, as it drew close to the publication date, I promoted the snot out of it. At least 6 blogs about the upcoming anthology. So one little blog about the story is great. You should have included a link to the story.

...was that I assumed when I saw those plugs that it had been posted, and spent some time trying to figure out where it was hiding. (It turned out to be worth the wait, but that was bothersome.)
