Where is Lilith Langtree

Printer-friendly version

Blog About:

I just finished chapter 16 of her story "do it right or don't do it at all" and was trying to send a message to her here on BC... I typed her name into the recipient part and was told... Enter a whatever it said... I double checked the spelling and got the same "not gonna happen stupid" note.

Where is she and does anyone know if she ever wrote any more chapters to this story.

Yo.

You probably spelled it right, but there is an underscore between my first and last name.

BTW, I'm still alive and kicking. I visit virtually every day to check on comments/PM's unless something IRL interferes. Yes, I'm still writing. Over the course of the last year I've posted to the "Where is Lilith" blog questions asking about unfinished stories, etc. My response is still the same: nothing will be posted until it is finished. I'm not saying this rudely, so please don't take it this way. It's just a matter-of-fact type thing, because I don't know of a nice and polite way of saying it without going into a really long-winded explanation of why I chose to do this.

Write the story that you most desperately want to read.

I can sympathize

I can probably guess why you made this decision, for the same reason I did. Posting and trying to write a story before it's finished is nothing but stress, which is something you don't need while writing, because it forces you to finish a story just to finish it and it's not worth it. My cousin and more than a few people keep asking when I'm going to finish the sequel to Assassin and to be perfectly honest, I've been lazy and keep putting it off. I also have my own contracting business to run and I like nothing more than opening my Kindle and read a novel by someone else. Perhaps Kindle is the downfall for many people, cheep books and no need to travel to the book store. I agree, finish your stories and then post, I can wait, while I pull out my hair, Arecee

gives Lilith a great big hug.

gives Lilith a great big hug. I guess I should be happy no one has bothered me for something more when it comes to "The Noise" though I'm thinking of posting a short side-story with it in a day or two.

yes, I made that decision as well...

Decided that after I finish (HAH) Duty Calls, I'm not posting anything else until it is completed - not even a teaser.

Why am I up at this ungodly time of the morning? Blame my muse. She woke me up and had me type half a chapter of another story I've been working on and now she won't let me go back to sleep.

And yes, Lilith... I'm still plugging away at Mirror. It's a lot harder to write an oriental based character than I thought it would be. Aren't you sad you let me continue trying to finish that one?

Ahh, the my sleeping draught in the chalice from the palace seems to be taking effect. See you all later... hope I'll be awake enough for work in a couple of hours.

Happy about the fact that we are looking out for each other. I sent a personal P M to Elrod because I had not seen any postings . The moral of the story is , good that we care for others in our little family
