It reminds me of Maeryn's You Meant It for Evil. Lonely guy meets girl in bar who tells him, "I only make out with girls." Despite the warning, he leaves with her and kisses her, turning him into a girl. She wakes up the next morning, gets dressed and finds a friend. It goes from there.
