We figure the unofficial starting time as noon, and to run until whenever, probably around sunset.
We'll be doing some setting up, and making sure the Canada Goose messes are cleaned up before noon. Several hundred live in the park.

Latest update on the weather. The Ten Day Forecast for next Saturday has gone from partly cloudy, to mostly cloudy, to showers, over the past 3 days. If that trend keeps up, we will have a monsoon. But we will be prepared, I hope, with tents. At lest the temperature forecast is staying in the 60s.

We will provide rides from BART ( our Bay Area Rapid Transit system's Walnut Creek Station.), if you come in that way. I'll give you my cell phone number if you tell me you are coming, before 8 that morning.

The park is well marked at the corner of Ignacio Valley Rd & North San Carlos Dr, 2 miles from I-680 & Ignacio Valley Rd. Approaching from the west, there is a Shell station on the corner leading into the park and a Chevron station diagonally across the intersection.

Coming from the South on I680, or West on Hwy 24, follow the signs to Ignacio Valley and turn right on Ignaco, 2 miles.
From the North on I680, take the Main Street Walnut Creek SOUTH exit and take Main south to Ignacio Valley, then turn left 2 miles.

In the park, take the first left, Heather Drive, and find a place to park near the swim center. We will be North of the parking lot, ( away from Heather Dr ), near the first lake, and will have, at a minimum, a Blue and white shade tent up.

At a minimum, those attending will include Erin, Beth Williams, Saless, Sparrowchild, Monalisa, shalimar, Rachel Anne and myself, from here at BCTS. A couple more are tentative, or may arrive late.
