I just wanted to extend my thanks to those who have taken Grover and myself under their wings....(You know who you are). I especially want to thank the girls who went to the Southern Comfort conference for taking such good care of my hubby, and making sure he had a great time.

Oh, thank you Ariel, for the book. I am enjoying it immensely. :-)

I'm glad everyone had a wonderful time, and I'm relieved y'all are home safe and sound!

Smooches,
Paula

My spouse/wife was also a first-timer at SCC. Unfortunately, she was ill during that time and couldn't enjoy it like as well as she might have.

A co-worker who recently 'came out' was also a first-timer. As she is 2 years younger than my youngest child, our relationship is more of a parent-child. I was delighted, as was she, that there were so many young people at SCC.

It was a very good conference. I hope that everyone enjoyed it and received whatever it was that they needed from the experience.

Speaking for myself,

It was a privilege to help Grover get to, and experience SCC. He was a joy to have with us, and a credit to you both. Such a sweet man deserves a wonderful, understanding lady like yourself. Thank YOU, for having the confidence and trust in your marriage, to allow Grover to go away for a week, and spend time with the beautiful women there. I can honestly tell you that there wasn't a day, that his thoughts didn't turn to you, and the love you both share.

Even though grover had a great time at SCC, he missed you and was torn between wanting to go back to you, and staying to enjoy the conference. I am very privileged to know you both, and to count you as friends...family rather.

Your adopted whatever,
Cathy

I can certainly...

understand how Grover had mixed feelings. Were I to have gone, without my wife, I'd have had similar mixed feelings. The two of us are considering going to the conference they have in Philly next spring...

Paula, wives like you and the one I have are wonderful people! Would that more of us had such wonderful support.

Be well.
