In the last 20 years my interests have grown more singular, maturing toward strong Science Fiction with quickly morphed attraction to everything feminine. The Psychology of such feelings is understandable to me, and it seems clear that efforts to explain things to others are futile.

I know the feeling well..

WE are the BORG. Assimilation is futile... i mean... resistance is futile.

I always get those two mixed up.

Resistance is...

Strictly speaking, resistance is voltage divided by current.

(Nerd joke encountered in the early days of online newsgroups. Sorry.)

Sugar and Spiiice – TG Fiction by Bryony Marsh

Never been "Normal".

Some attribute it to Mental Illness, being to ignorant too know that weirdness might be attributable to genetic difference. Right now I am considering dying my hair purple. Most of the time I try to look like a normal woman, but at times I look like a fully covered Muslim woman and once in a while I impersonate a man, what a farce that is. Life is but a stage.

Alas

The whole thing is 10 times worse than "Nature vs. Nurture", and as unlikely of explication in a clear cut fashion. Being of a Trans "lost generation", I simply stay with an even handed sadness...

Well you see, there was this half a pack left in the bathroom cabinet.

I think the first book in

I think the first book in which I encountered the word "transvestite" was The Quincunx of Time, by James Blish... Blish was, however, not great at the emotions of his characters, as I recall.

And then there was a subplot

And then there was a subplot in Brian Aldiss' "The Eighty Minute Hour". Which was sort of an opera...

Not to mention Heinlein's "I Will Fear No Evil"...

My Story "Extreme".

Spoilers.
The story featured Earth humans fighting Aliens in deep space. The stress was so extreme, the training so rigorous and the drugs to help them were so powerful that the men would often change genders. Of course the fate of the women was not so severe. I can't remember how I ended it. Definitely Forced Fem.
