Actually, boycotting Walmart could work. They have enough clout that they could push the state legislature to backtrack. The problem is convincing enough people to make them listen. I'm not sure enough people care about us.

If you can afford it, relocate to a state which earns the attribute "civilized".

Put up a sign at the state boarder (text visible to travelers entering Arkansas by street bound vehicles): "You are now entering a barbarian sector". >:->

Mountain Valley Mineral Water is a niche product, but it is sold in health food stores in many states. It is bottled in Hot Springs, Arkansas. There are plenty of alternatives.
