Eat all the garlic and onions you want! ;-)

Hey, it might even be good for your immune system.

My problem?

Andrea Lena's picture

No matter how much I try to practice social distancing, I just can't seem to manage to get away from ME.

Just do what I do

Just do what I do when I am sick of being around myself, take a nap.

Actually great advice

As both Onions and Garlic are good for building up the immune system :)

We the willing, led by the unsure. Have been doing so much with so little for so long,
We are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

But, but...

What if I don't want to ward off were critters?

The demons and vampires can go to Hell, as far as I'm concerned, but I want to cuddle a were wolf or fox or cat. Female, of course.

I don't think onions build up

I don't think onions build up the immune system. They just cause flatulence, which creates social isolation.

You can get the same effect by over-consuming cabbage - another vegetable that wouldn't willingly have been part of anyone's diet.

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

I call

I call you on the nutritional value of onions and cabbage as for helping social distancing well bad breath and flatulence will definitely help.

Have a good day and enjoy life.

Cabbage is a dietary

Cabbage is a dietary vegetable because it can be left in the snow during the winter, and dug up and eaten. (Natural antifreeze). Onions keep for months if you keep them in the dark. Another winter "Something to eat". Really, that's been the key for the "White Man" diet (Cold Weather Humans). "Can we eat this when nothing is growing and the animals are getting harder to catch? " It's hard to be a hunter gatherer if there's nothing to gather, and the hunted move south for the winter :)

Mon Chou

Being eaten is a survival strategy for cabbages.

And don't tell the Krauts about your opinion, though it's possible their anger may koke bort i kålen. However, the Swedes could decide to ta kål på dig.

Kraut

I have a recipe that uses cabbage and onions will not let anybody have it. It tastes great but if eaten causes social distancing of 20 yards or more due to breath and gas emissions!

Have a good day and enjoy life.

Caraway

Just add some caraway, that should reduce the need for social distancing due to gaseous byproducts. ;-)

It has

It has caraway in it .

Have a good day and enjoy life.

About 25 yrs ago a little old Russian lady gave me the complete recipe which tastes even better and dose not have the nasty side effects. I Had gotten the first one from a hand written cook book the nice lady informed me that it was incomplete and gave me the full version.

Have a good day and enjoy life.
