The Daily Telegraph has an article about a man who has developed abnormally high levels of oestrogen but the doctors don't know why. The report uses the word "natural", but ff this had happened in a story on this site, it wouldn't have been "natural".

Man changing into Woman Naturally
Hi. There are about a dozen cases KNOWN, and those are of people who were born intersex and are also considered TS, though losing the hair on top of the head is not a usual consequence. If a person is not a M2F TS and this happens to them, then I can see how it would be very upsetting. Since the person in question seems not to be, his body is essentially turning him into a F2M.
