Looking for a long forgotten story

Hey folks,

After a long time I find myself longing to re-read a story. How nice, you might say, but why put that in a blogpost? Well, the thing is that I remember neither the title nor the author. What I do remember is the following:

The title I think was a greek word
Our protagonist starts out as a witness, goes undercover as a girl, helped by a special division of spies/super cops. These are all trans girls, but the company gives them very high end tools, indistinguishable from the real thing. Near the end of the story she becomes part of the organisation officially, and gets to live her life as a girl. If I remember right, she set herself up to be a witness with that exact result in mind.

Does any of this ring a bell for anyone? Who wrote it/what was the title?

Many thanks in advance,
love,
Amber

It's not quite a perfect fit

But Embracing Justice by WolfJess7 comes close. You will find it at https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/book-page/54738/embracing-jus... The protagonist was a young male who witnessed events, went into the witness protection program as a girl, then became a U.S. Marshal as an adult.

I would also suggest you look at the Lyssa Kordenay Missions by Alecia Snowfall at https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/55299/lyssa-kordenay-... Lyssa was something like a navy seal who was tortured near to death. After surviving, he supposedly died but actually joined a group of super spies as a woman. Eventually this group recruited a number of trans women.

Let me know if either of these are what you are thinking of.

that's a possibility...

that's a possibility...

but I am thinking it could be "Unaccounted Gains" or the Tammy stories by Shiraz.

It could also be one of the MI5/MI6 stories by Tanya Allen...particularly "Changed Fortune" or "The Offer"

I'm told STFU more times in a day than most people get told in a lifetime
