Gwen Hi Edeyn. I was messing around and thought I would change my picture from the perhaps a little controversial on of me as a Muslima, to one I call "Party ON". If you would not mind, I am going to need you to rescue me when you have time.

Gwen I actually was a Muslima for a year, and leaving it left a destroyed part of my heart that will never heal. It should be of little surprise to anyone, that eventually they could not abide my being trans. Though in Saudi Arabia, some 800 of the corrective surgeries are done a year. What abominable hypocracy. In practice, from within Islam, I found myself extremely protected from other men. The women are very closely knit as a group and do much for each other. Some of the women even knew of me and told me it did not matter to them. Happily, I found that the activity of the WACO terrorists was as abhorent to them as me.

I can accept you as a muslimah Gwen. That is Hypocracy but i think in the administration of every religion exists hypocracy. They all annoy me. My family is strict roman catholic.
For the first 20 years of my life i believed in it feverishly.

I can understand how they couldnt accept you. I think about a year ago i was reading a report from a scholar from saudi arabia in response to a muslim that wanted to marry a post op transgender woman. the scholar said that it was a sin against god. he referred to a surah which described cutting or changing the body was created by god, into something different and said it was a horrible sin.
I dont agree and i think all of the religious text are corrupted.
first off many children are born with horrible birth defects. some are born with a terribly weakened heart that they cant survive. (that is the condition of one of my best friends new borns now. its so heartbreaking. they have done everything to strengthen the heart but it isnt working. )The birth isnt done by god its a biological process that has errors.
god doesnt do errors.
If god were to send us a scripture, it would expressly forbid all oppression and evil. and as fr as i can see from all of them, they condone slavery and the death penalty for silly offenses as well as abuse of women.
well thats my opinion for what ever its worth, as great personal risk too.
but thats my opinion of the scripture itself.
