I was recently reminded of a very good fantasy trilogy that some of you may like or have already read and liked. It is called 'The Quickening' by Fionna McIntosh the first book is called 'Myrren's Gift'. It is a read that most of this site would enjoy especially the second and third books. just thought I would pass it on.

It truly
is a good Trilogy. her writing isn't 'oh my god' great, but it is very seductive and gets you easily hooked. Whatever you do don't start reading it at night or before you have something important to do, because you'll either not sleep, or you'll not be able to get things accomplished until you finish reading it. My spouse and I were actually fighting over who's turn it was to read the book. we were both entranced by them.
