Phillip Scoff strolled down ITB’s studios, briefly smiling at one of the members of the crew who rushed by him. He had given decades of his career in entertainment to the tv broadcaster, capturing the attention of millions of Britain’s daytime tv watchers on This Morning. Himself and his much adored co-presenter Holly Wibbly, had won the show endless awards.
But people had begun to grow tired of the pairs dynamic, viewing figures were down and endless articles had been written saying that Phillip had lost his magic touch. So at the start of 2021 the shows producer asked him to make a sacrifice for the show. Phillip was to come out as gay live on air to the viewers of This Morning, in the hope that the show could become more trendy for younger viewers, and respark attention for the show.
Phillip totally refused at first, but his contract had needed renewing for a further 3 years, and the producers had promised a hefty pay rise and ‘special’ treatment. His agency had also voiced their support for the publicity stunt, explaining he could earn a bucketload in new sponsorships. So when Phillip explained to his wife Stephanie what he was going to have to do in order to keep his job and status, he told her he didn’t have a choice. Stephanie decidedly stayed with Phillip, despite his rehearsed public ‘coming out’ episode on This Morning, provoking the tabloids to write articles about Phillip leaving his wife, or him having extramarital affairs with other male presenters.
Since the initial surge of public excitement for Phillips ‘next chapter’ his marriage with his wife had found difficulties, as she had found it difficult to be viewed in public as married to a gay man. Stephanie and Phillip now no longer shared a bed, and she found herself preoccupying herself more with her girlfriends on nights out or weekend trips away, which they could now undoubtedly afford with Phillips enhanced contract. Phillip had earned twice as much in the last two years than he had previously earnt in his whole career, and he had been given priority for anything at ITB. Although, he had caused significant frustration amongst his co-stars at ITB, with many seeing his wage rise and new changing rooms being built as too much special treatment.
So when Phillip walked into the producers meeting room on a Thursday afternoon, to discuss the upcoming weeks show, he was surprised to see several of ITB’s co-stars also at the meeting. Ruth Longford, who despised Phillip after he had her and her husband Eamonn moved to other shows on ITB, as Phillip had felt the duo had passed their time presenting on the Friday morning spot. Holly Wibbly, Phillips co-star for 8 years, who had begun to also get frosty with Phillip after she learned how much more Phillip was to earn. They were joined along with Stephen This Morning’s producer, Jessie the producer for QVQ, and Katie the producer for Loose women, where Ruth now worked.
Everyone took a seat and Stephen began.
“Phillip, I’m just going to start this straight, we have had a number of complaints about favourable treatment for yourself, and we have been forced as a network to find a solution.”
“I believe such treatment is in my contract, and I have made significant life decisions to meet those terms as do you, and what special treatment have I really had?” Phillip replied.
“Well to start with Phillip, you had half of the Loose Women makeup and changing rooms moved so you could get your own changing room. You are doing significantly less tv time than the rest of us, that’s why me and Holly are here today to backup what the producers are saying, it’s just not fair and you could not walk in our shoes.” Ruth exclaimed
“Honey” Phillip said, smirking back. “I could do whatever you are doing and do a much better job”
“That’s why we’re here” Stephen interrupted. “In your contract we are able to be flexible with what shows you are on, and like you said you have agreed to public changes in order to receive higher salary and special treatment. Myself and the other producers have agreed to allow you and Ruth to swap roles for the next weeks shows. You will present two shows on QVQ, as well as 5 shows on Loose Women. With Ruth taking your place on the Monday to Thursday This Morning shift. From there myself, Jessie and Katie will assess the impacts to the shows ratings and functioning behind the scenes. On Sunday a taxi will pick you up to prepare you for next week. Contractually you don’t have a choice in the matter, if you choose not to do this, you will owe the network your earnings from the last two years, as well as damages for us to find your replacement.
Phillip sat there in shock, while Ruth smirked villainously and Holly tried not to make eye contact. Steven continued. “We have been in touch with your agency and they agree that that was what was agreed in the contract. So if you have nothing to add I think we will call this meeting to a close, and we will see each other all on Monday.
When Phillip had got home and explained to his wife what had just happened. She had just rolled her eyes and carried on getting ready for a girls dinner she had planned. Phillip had a brief conversation with his agency and they simply repeated what Stephan had outlined at the meeting. Phillip had spent his time over the next few days mentally preparing himself for just how silly he would look presenting Loose Women, and Ruth’s teleshopping shows on QVQ as a presenter who was used to being on much larger shows.
Sunday morning rolled around and a taxi arrived outside of Phillips house, he got out of bed quietly so not to disturb his sleeping wife. As Phillip got into the taxi he was met by Natasha, one of the coordinators at Loose Women who he had seen before. Natasha was blonde and quite pretty, she was noticeably taller than Philip who stood at just 5’10. Quite frankly it had been hard to miss Natasha as she had had rather large breasts and he had often seen her running down the corridors of ITB clutching ahold of her chest as she did so. She must have been aware of the unwanted attention her chest would bring, as she had had a breast reduction only a year after joining. Phillip began to consider whether maybe he just had not noticed her around ITB studious of late due to her breast reduction attracting her less attention.
Natasha was smirking as she passed Phillip a latte “Morning hun, we have quite the day ahead of us to get you ready for next week, so get some caffeine in you! Driver can you take us to ITB studios please.” Natasha seemed very excited to see him and Phillip could not help but blush with all the attention she was giving him.
It was a short journey to Phillips usual workplace, and as they arrived Phillip spotted the broadcasters producers Katie and Jessie waiting outside to greet him. The two producers looked dressed down from their usual work attire, Jessie wore a more casual dress which showed off a lot of her cleavage, the top of her white lacy bra was also exposed, and Phillip had to do his best to focus on her eyes as he greeted her. Katie wore leggings and a tank top which left little to the imagination, as she seemed to be wearing a very thin bra which had her “pokies” protruding as people in the entertainment business would say. They exchanged pleasantries and Phillip noted how they both kept grinning at the each other as they walked down the corridors towards Phillips dressing room.
Phillip was already feeling unnerved as the two very attractive women, who were now somewhat in charge of his career, led him to his dressing room. The walk down towards the dressing room had been distracting enough with Jessie’s deep neckline exposing her large breasts, with each step she took Phillip could not but help but notice Jessie’s substantial breasts bounce and jiggle. As Katie opened the door three more women were now in Phillips presence.
Katie introduced the three women “This is Alisha she will be taking your measurements and will be in charge of your hair, and this is Megan she is helping us today from QVQ she will be your stylist for the week, oh and this is the lovely Daniella she is makeup”. The three women all smiled kindly to Phillip “now we have a tight schedule today so let’s get a move on girlies, first things first we need you to have a shower and then we will do measurements”.
Phillip tried not to blush even more as three more beautiful women stood in front of him, two of the girls Phillip had noticed before but Megan he had not seen before. All three women were very well endowed, with Megan’s bust looking particularly impressive as she had a very small frame. Alisha was blonde and stood several inches taller than Phillip, she was was more on the curvier side than Megan and Daniella, but her large chest helped balance her curves out. Daniella and Megan were both about the same height as Phillip, though Daniella wore much heavier makeup and was blonde. Whereas Megan had dark brunette hair, wore less makeup but was dressed in a more stylish skirt and blouse, while the other two girls wore leggings and T-shirts.
Phillip’s new dressing room had its own ensuite shower, and so far Phillip didn’t see how the next week would even be so bad, hell he even had a whole team of people who were meant to be making him look good. Katie asked him to have a 15 minute shower while they prepared the room, and she handed him a pink bottle of body-wash and a gold bottle of shampoo. She emphasised that she wanted Phil to use the body shampoo all over his body and to massage it into his beard , as he was going to have a light spray tan after his shower. Phillip didn’t take this to be anything to worry about, it was normal in showbiz for male presenters to have a light tan, and even to wear light makeup and have their own stylist.
Phillip quickly got in the shower and followed Katie’s instruction to use the body-wash all over his body, as he was doing so he couldn’t help but feel as if the next week would not be so bad, he was getting if not more attention than he usually would, and the next week could be a chance to reach a new audience. These thoughts soon passed as he felt a strange tingling on his body and he slowly realised what little body hair he had was draining down the sink. Phillip quickly rushed out of the shower and looked in the mirror to see that his body hair was completely gone, and even what little peach fuzz he did have was also gone.
Jessie knocked on the door and told him to hurry up as they needed to get the spray tan done as soon as possible. Phillip sighed and dried himself off, he went to reach for one of his bathrobes and saw that it had been replaced with a lilac silk gown. Phillip sighed again and put the unmistakably feminine robe on and opened the door to his dressing room.
Phillip opened the door and immediately was thrusted with a tiny pair of what looked like red bikini bottoms. The rooms furniture had been moved around a small spray tan had been erected in the middle. Alisha stood next to the tent and appeared to be getting the spray tan ready, she smiled and waved him over.
“I am not wearing these” Phillip exclaimed. “These are women’s underwear”
“Don’t be stupid, these are what all the QVQ girls wear when they have their spray tan” Katie replied. “And if you really have a problem with it, I can have Jessie read you back your contract and you can see how much you could lose just for not wearing a silly pair of red underwear for a spray tan”
Phillip reluctantly returned to the en-suite and put on the red underwear, Phillip was not that well endowed below and he felt the underwear didn’t leave much to the imagination. Phillip walked slowly over to Alisha and she first stopped to take his measurements, she read them out to Megan who took the measurements down and then disappeared out of the room. Alisha told Phillip to shut his eyes and to stay still while she sprayed his whole body. At first Phillip felt embarrassed and ashamed, but after ten minutes he started consider that the girls probably thought he was gay and wouldn’t see any of this treatment as abnormal for a gay man.
Once the spray tan was finished Phillip had to stand still for ten minutes and then have another shower to clean the formula off, admittedly they had not gone overboard with the tan and he thought he might end up looking quite good. But as he stood still for ten minutes he saw Megan and Daniella setting up his makeup table, Daniella had brought two makeup boxes, which seemed fairly overboard for just a bit of powder which is what Phillip would usually have done. Megan had also brought through a clothing rail but the clothes were covered and Phillip dreaded to think what sort of flamboyant attire they wanted him to wear.
Phillip quickly went to shower, the spray tan came off surprisingly easily and despite the very feminine looking tan line Phillip appreciated his subtly darker skin complexion. Phillip dried off and put the red underwear back on, he didn’t want to get into another confrontation and it was the only thing to wear other than the lilac lacy gown he also put on. He returned to the changing room and was ushered over to his makeup table where Daniella stood waiting patiently.
Phillip took a seat on his leather chair, and Daniella pushed into recline mode so Phillip felt as though he was at the dentist. Katie then approached with a plastic cup and put three blue pills in Phillips hand.
Katie smiled and said “Now take these, they’re just anti-histamines in case you’re allergic to any of the products they might make you a bit drowsy but we have a couple of hours until we do your outfits so maybe have a nap while we finish up”. Phillip felt as though he dare not test Katie’s patience again and quickly swallowed the anti-histamines, he wanted to think this was for his benefit but he couldn’t help but also feel helpless at this point.
He watched as Daniella began to open up her large box of makeup, and then Alisha sat beside him and started buffing his nails. He could hear discussions in the background between Megan, Katie and Jessie, but they soon started to fade away as Phillip fell into a sleep.
