Colette couldn’t believe it was summer already and the pirate festival was only a month away. She loved dressing up as a pirate and having fun. She knew her friends Troy and George were dressing up as pirates as well. She always dressed up as a pirate from history, but this year she was going to dress up as one of the pirates from the anime called One Piece.
She found out about the anime from her friends and started watching it on Crunchyroll. She has fallen in love with the anime and loved the characters of the Straw Hat Pirates. She couldn’t pick which character she loved the most from their crew.
Colette knew she didn’t need to make any costumes because of the clothing she had previously worn in the past for the festival. However, she had to check her black powder muskets and make sure they stilled work. She hasn’t fired them since last year.
She walks into her costume room and over to the shelves where she keeps her weapons and other supplies. She looks for the handcrafted box that held a set of muskets she bought online when she was seventeen years old. She finds the box hiding under her pirate hat. She takes the box out and over to her workbench and opens it.
Inside the box were two beautifully made muskets. The wood portion of the muskets was made from oak and the barrels were high-quality steel. The trigger was polished stainless steel, and the ramrod had a bass piece at the end of the rod. There were Celtic designs etched into the wood and on the trigger.
“Hello, beautiful.” Colette loved her musket pistols.
She closes the case and grabs the powder horn and the leather pouch holding the lead balls she made by hand. She makes sure she has everything she needs to fire her muskets. The gun range wasn’t far from her apartment, and she was taking the day off from performing. Not that she really needed to work much. Ever since the bank robbery, the bank rewarded her for stopping the robbers. She used some of the money to have some surgery done on her body. She put some of the money towards the loan she took out to pay for her SRS surgery. The rest of the money she put in the bank for a rainy day.
The insurance policy she took out on herself, since she was an independent contractor paid for most of her medical bills. The bank paid the rest for her. It was a good thing that the policy she had paid for had short-term disability, or she wouldn’t have any money coming in while she was recovering from her wounds.
Colette grabs her scooter keys and drives that over to the gun range. She uses her scooter more than she does her car, but she was glad she had a car. She recognizes a motorcycle of a person she knew and parks her scooter in the parking space next to it.
Colette takes her helmet inside the building with her. The one time she left it outside, someone who knew she was trans put dog poop inside her helmet. So, now she always takes it with her.
The gun range itself wasn’t anything special. It had several counters and a sitting area for those who didn’t like shooting guns. She spots one of the employees coming out of the back, where the entrance to the range was.
“Hey, Bill. How has business been this morning?” As Colette walks up to the display case he was standing behind.
Bill spots Colette walking towards the display case he was standing behind. He noticed she was wearing a backpack.
“Slow, what brings you up here today?” Bill knew Colette didn’t come to the range much.
He watches as she sets her helmet on the glass top of the display case. He knew she owned a scooter and an old Honda Accord.
“I want to use the range today. I brought my muskets with me, and I want to make sure they still fire.” Colette takes her backpack off and opens it.
She reaches inside and brings the custom wooden box that held her muskets out. She sets the box on the countertop and opens the box. She turns the box around so Bill could see her muskets.
Bill looks at the muskets and couldn’t believe how well-preserved they were. He picks one up and examines it.
He could tell these weren’t fakes, but real ones. He looks at it and loved how it looked. He looks at Colette “Where did you get these guys from?”
“I bought them from a gun collector online. He sent me all the paperwork to prove they were genuine and what the marks on them meant. He also replaced the trigger section with stainless steel replacements, but he left the originals in the box.” Colette shows the original triggers to Bill.
“Wow! I’m impressed with these.” Bill was no expert, but he knew these were old and had been restored by a professional.
Bill puts the pistol back in the well-made box. He noticed that the material lining the inside of the box was black velvet. He also noticed that the box itself used the old style of doing the corners with interlocking finger joints.
“Whoever you bought these pistols from did an excellent job of restoring them and constructing this box.”
“Thanks. Do you mind if I fire them on the range?” Colette couldn’t wait to see how they did.
“Do you have everything you need to fire them?” Bill didn’t know if Colette had the ammo or powder for her guns.
“Yep, I have everything I need.”
“Okay, do you need ear protection and goggles?” Bill didn’t allow anyone on the range unless they had proper eye and ear protection.
“I have my shooting glasses, but I need ear protection.” Colette never got around to buying a pair of ear protection.
“No problem.” Bill grabs a pair of ear protection for Colette and hands them to her.
“Thanks.” Colette heads towards the back of the shop and into the range.
She could hear the person she knew firing his massive handgun. She stops at stall four, which was where her friend Burt was. She noticed he had brought six gun cases from his collection with him. He also brought his AR 15 that she knew he had modified too fully automatic.
Colette knew Burt was ex-military and had a large collection of modern and antique handguns. He even competed in gun competitions that were held. The last one he entered; he was beaten by a seventeen-year-old girl.
She continues down to stall six and set up everything she needed to fire her musket pistols. She was going to test-fire them first with just black powder. As she prepares them, she measures out the powder and compacts it down inside the barrel.
Once the pistols are loaded, she puts her mickey mouse ears on and picks the first pistol up to shoot it. Her guns were flintlock-style pistols. She set the hammer and aim it down range. She pulls the trigger and watches as the powder explodes. There was a large flash of fire and a lot of smoke afterward.
“Well, that one works.” Colette puts the pistol down and picks the other one up.
She aims down range and pulls the trigger. Same thing happens like the first one. Colette starts coughing because of the smoke. The one
drawback of black powder pistols was the smoke from the gunpowder.
“Well, that works.” She puts the pistol down and starts prepping the pistol again, but this time, she puts the lead balls in the chamber after the powder.
Colette picks the pistol up and pulls the hammer back. She aims down range at the paper target she set up and fires. She watches as the paper target flutters as it gets hit. She puts the pistol she was holding down and picks the second one up and fires it.
She preps the pistols again and fires again and again. She keeps firing the guns until all the ammo she brought with her is gone. Once she is done, she brings the paper target back towards her and looks at where the lead balls hit.
A smile appears on her face because one of the lead balls hit center mass, whereas the others hit in different areas of the target. She at least had a killing shot.
“You did well for a girl.” Burt had heard the black powder pistols going off when he was reloading.
Colette turns to face Burt “Thanks.”
“You’re welcome. So, why are you using those ancient things?” Burt was curious about why Colette was using such old guns.
“I’m going to use them during the pirate festival.” Colette couldn’t recall ever seeing Burt at the festival.
“Ah! That makes sense.” Burt knew they would be impressive.
“So, why are you up here today?” Colette looks at Burt and watches his reaction.
“Practicing for an upcoming gun competition. Palmetto Gun Club is hosting the competition.” Burt was a member of several different gun clubs in South Carolina.
“Cool, I wouldn’t mind attending to see how you do.” Colette liked watching Burt shoot.
“Let me see how many guests I can bring with me.” Burt didn’t mind Colette coming and watching him shoot.
“Okay, give me a call.”
“Alright.” Burt turns and walks back to his stall.
Colette packs all her stuff up and takes down the paper target. She folds it up and stuffs it into her backpack. She couldn’t wait to get a drink, to get the taste of the black powder out of it.
She walks out of the gun range and pays Bill the rental fee for the goggles, mickey mouse ears, and the range fee as well. She didn’t have a membership, because she didn’t practice with her guns a lot. She also didn’t own many guns either. The ones she did own, were black powder, except for her 9mm G26 Glock.
Detective Penn and Officer Cruz suggested she should buy a gun for personal protection after what happened to her at the circus and the bank. Detective Penn knew that some people might still hold a grudge against her. So, she came to Jim’s gun range and bought a small compact 9mm and also got her carry and concealed permit. He offered a free class to anyone who bought a new weapon from him.
She walks out to her scooter and put her helmet on. She starts the scooter and heads out of the parking lot and towards her apartment. She stops at the Wendy’s near her and orders a baconator combo. She orders a large sweet iced tea to go with her meal. When she gets it, she takes a sip from it, before leaving the parking lot.
Once she gets back to her apartment. She sits down at her workbench and eats her lunch. She was going to clean her pistols after she eats. While she is eating, she hears her cell phone beep, letting her know she received an email. She opens the email and reads it. The email was from Mrs. Fox over at the library. She was asking her if she could show up dressed in a dinosaur costume on Thursday.
Colette looks over towards her costume collection to see if she had one. She spots the raptor costume she wore last summer during dinosaur week on the boardwalk. She puts her burger down and examines the costume. It was still in good condition.
She walks back over to her cell phone and sends a reply to Mrs. Fox. Once that was done, she finishes eating her burger and fries. She throws her trash into the trashcan and heads back into her workroom. She grabs some newspaper and spread them out on her workbench and starts cleaning her pistols.
The rest of the day, after she finishes cleaning her pistols. She does some laundry and listens to some music. She flops down onto the sofa afterward and turns the television on. She had set the station for news last night and there was a newscast from yesterday about the Proud Boys harassing a drag queen at a local bookstore.
She wonders if they might show up at the library where she is supposed to perform at. She knew Mrs. Fox allows drag queens to come in and read to the children. She walks back into her workroom and goes over her specialty gag items.
Thursday Afternoon, Rosewood Public Library:
Colette decided to drive her Honda, instead of her scooter. Her dinosaur costume was in the backseat and as she pulled into the parking lot. She notices that a crowd was already starting to form with supporters and people against drag queens.
“This should be fun.” Colette puts on the costume and grabs her gag items.
One of the items was a portable fart-sounding device she bought. She saw Larry the Cable Guy uses the device inside a mall once on YouTube. He did it as a joke on some of the mall patrons.
Once she has the costume on. She pretends she is a raptor and heads towards the anti-LGBTQ crowd that came to protest. She notices the proud boys were there with their guns.
Since her head was covered up, the people couldn’t see the smirk on her face. She roars and makes the clicking sound the raptors from Jurassic Park movies made. She walks behind the proud boys and uses the fart-making device to make it seem one of them farted. She had brought the foul-smelling gag fart spray with her. She sprays the Proud Boy members and some of the anti-protestors with it as well.
She watches as the people she sprayed with the stuff and those around them, start gagging and retching from the smell. She gets bumped by a few protesters and sprays them without them knowing. Before long, some of the supporters of the LGBTQ community were being affected as well.
She didn’t mean to affect them, but she was glad that the others were being affected. She watches as the big strong men with guns were on their hands and knees throwing up everything in their stomachs. She holds her breath as she walks inside the library. Once she was inside, she releases the breath she was holding.
Mrs. Fox and several others were watching the crowd outside of the library retching. No one knew what had caused it. Mrs. Fox looks at Colette as she stood nearby “Do you know what happened?”
“I think one or several of the Proud Boys and anti-LGBTQ protestors had stomach problems. I heard a lot of farting going on.” Colette was glad that Mrs. Fox couldn’t see the smile on her face under her costume.
Mrs. Fox shakes her head as she watches the protesters and Proud Boys puke. She wonders if it was safe for the kids to go outside after story time.
“I’m going to go ahead and entertain the kids, Mrs. Fox.” Colette was still smiling as she heads to where the kids were gathering to hear Sugar Pop read to them.
Colette knew Sugar Pop and was surprised at how she was dressed. Normally, Sugar Pop was so over the top, that it was a surprise to Colette on how conservative she was dressed now. She looked like she could be someone’s mother today.
Colette roar and make clicking sounds like a raptor and surprises the kids. Her dinosaur costume had taken her months to construct because she wanted it to be so real-like. Even though she was a professional mime. She still enjoyed performing as something else.
By the time Sugar Pop was done reading. Mrs. Fox and another volunteer had set out snacks and drinks for everyone. Colette had several kids giving her hugs and taking pictures with her.
Colette managed to snag herself an apple juice box and was drinking it. She walks over to Sugar Pop “You did good reading that book and making the characters come alive in it.”
“Thanks, Colette.” Sugar Pop, aka Christopher Cole, recognized Colette’s voice.
“I thought you would recognize me.” Colette was smiling underneath her costume.
“I knew it was you from the moment I saw you. You wore that costume at the Pride parade last year.” Sugar Pop knew Colette was a big supporter of LGBTQ rights and such.
“I plume forgot that I wore this costume in that parade.” Colette has done so many jobs, that she sometimes forgets what jobs or performances she has done.
“Well, I know all the queens here in Charleston appreciate what you do for us. How are you doing after being shot?” Sugar Pop had heard about
Colette being shot a few months back.
“I’m doing fine. I only lost some muscle control of my right arm, but I can still perform.” Colette had lost some muscle control in her right arm.
The doctor said it was minor and she could still use her arm. But as she gets older, she’ll notice how much weaker she is in her arm. She was lucky that she was ambidextrous and double-jointed. She always knew she was double-jointed because she could do things her friends and siblings couldn’t do.
Her father still thought she was crazy for wanting to be a performer. He thought she should have gotten a nice paying job like her brother and sister. On top of that, her father was still adjusting to her being a woman, instead of a male.
“That’s good. So, are you still performing?” Sugar Pop knew Colette performed down at the boardwalk and in the park sometimes.
“Yep. I’ll be down at the boardwalk tomorrow.” Colette loved showing off.
“I’ll have to stop by and see you.” Sugar Pop winks at Colette, before walking off to see how the kids were doing.
Colette stays and entertains the kids some more after taking a break. Some kids were scared of her, while others loved her. Even the parents that had stayed to listen to Sugar Pop read were amused by her antics.
Colette waits until the kids have left before taking her costume off. She was wearing a leotard and tights underneath the costume. she was soaked with sweat even though she was inside a building with A/C.
Mrs. Fox walks over to Colette “The kids love you, Ms. Thorton.”
“Thanks, and please called me Colette.” Colette smiles at Mrs. Fox.
“Alright, Colette. You were good with the kids. I’m still puzzled at what happened outside.” Mrs. Fox was puzzled about what happened to everyone.
“Who knows? Me personally, I feel they got what they deserve.”
“You know, everyone has a right to their opinions.” Mrs. Fox believed in that. That was why their country was formed.
“True, they do. However, they should never push their opinions onto other people to cover up their prejudice and ignorance of things they don’t want to accept. Everyone has the right to live their life the way they see fit as long as they don’t harm others.” Colette knew what it was like to be bullied for being who she was.
“True, will you be available next month to entertain the kids again?”
“Sure, just let me know what date and what time and if you want the dinosaur again or something different?” Colette knew she could come as anything Mrs. Fox needs from her.
“I’ll do that. I have already deposited the money for this event to your account.”
“Thanks, and since this may turn into a steady event for me. How about I do a free event for you as well? Just let me know when you would like to redeem it.”
“That’s nice of you. I’ll do that.” Mrs. Fox liked that Colette was willing to do an event for free.
Colette gathers her stuff up and walks outside and past everyone. The paramedics had been called to help the people she sprayed with the fart spray. That stuff was going to be with them until they take a shower or wash their clothes. A grin appears on her face as she makes her way towards her car with her arms loaded down.
After putting everything in the back seat and getting in. Colette heads towards her favorite sub and buys a sub and onion rings to take home with her. While she is driving and listening to music, the song The Queen of Hearts by Juice Newton starts playing. She hasn’t heard that song in a long time and starts singing along with it.
By the time she gets home, the song had ended. She pulls into her parking spot and turns the car off. She gets out with her lunch and grabs the dinosaur costume from the back. She walks up the three flights of stairs towards her apartment with her arms loaded down with the costume and her lunch.
Once she is inside her apartment, she places her lunch on the coffee table and carries her costume into her workroom. She just sets it on her workbench, along with the fart machine and fart spray. She noticed she used half of the bottle on the protesters.
“I better order some more from Amazon.” She walks back into the living room and sits down on the sofa and enjoys her lunch.
Several days Later:
Colette was down on the boardwalk performing like she normally does. She was dressed as a mime and performing some new tricks she learned from a well-known mime she found online. While she is performing the tricks, an older woman in her late forties walks up to her.
“Why don’t you get a real job, instead of out here begging for money, like the loser you are?” Clair has seen the young woman who was dressed as a mime come out at different times and perform on the boardwalk. She has also seen the same young woman wear different costumes and such and help several businesses by stirring them towards their stores and such. Her business wasn’t doing very well, and she was blaming the young girl.
Colette didn’t take the bait and pretended that she couldn’t hear the woman because she was behind a wall. When that didn’t deter the woman, she pretended she was inside a very small box and make it look like she was by kneeling. She noticed that wasn’t going to deter the woman either. So, she stands up and starts mockingly copying the woman. That got a lot of laughs from the crowd that had formed around them, to see if Colette was going to break character.
The woman noticed that the only response she was getting from the mime was her mocking her. She wanted to reach out and slap the mime. Instead, she pulls her cell phone out and calls the police.
“I’m calling the police.” The woman looks at the mime as she dials the number.
Colette pretends she is doing the same thing and when the woman starts talking to the police. She mouths some words, but different from the woman.
“Leave the mime along, Mrs. Floss.” Greg saw Mrs. Floss outside of her store on the boardwalk harassing Colette. He knew she did a good job of performing and even helped out the merchants increase their sales with some of her antics.
Colette turns and smiles at Mr. Eisen. He was always nice to her and brought her a bottle of water or gave her a snack.
“Stay out of this, Greg.” Mrs. Floss looks at Greg when she responds.
“You have no idea how much our patrons like her.” Greg knew the people who visited his store and always wanted to know when Colette was performing next.
“I don’t care. She’s begging and that is making us look bad.”
“She is asking for donations. There’s a difference, Mrs. Floss.” Officer Sagar looks at Mrs. Floss when she spoke.
Officer Scarrett had responded to the call. They happened to be nearby and responded to dispatch.
“I don’t care, I want her removed.” Mrs. Floss was red in the face from being mocked by the mime.
Colette looks at the two police officers and waves at them. She was still in character and was having fun with Mrs. Floss.
Officer Scarrett walks over to Colette “Do you have your permits with you?”
Colette nods her head yes. She never speaks when she is dressed as a mime and most of the police officers that come down to the boardwalk
know this.
“Let me see them, please.” Officer Scarrett knew she wasn’t going to get a verbal response from Colette.
Colette walks over to where her stuff was and pull her permits out. She always kept them up to date. She shows them to Officer Scarrett.
Officer Scarrett looks the permits over and hands them back to Colette. There was a smile on her face as she hands the permits to Colette.
“You never fail to surprise me, Colette.”
Colette smiles at Officer Scarrett and accepts her permit back. She pretends to hug Officer Scarrett. She knew she couldn’t hug her.
Officer Scarrett shakes her head as she returns the hug without touching Colette. She knew Colette wouldn’t do anything to tarnish her reputation.
“Come on partner, let’s go and grab some lunch.” Officer Sagar looks at her partner when she spoke.
“Coming.” Officer Scarrett turns and walks towards her partner and Mrs. Floss.
“You’re not going to do anything to her?” Mrs. Floss looks at the two police officers.
“Nope, she’s done nothing wrong. All her permits are up to date and she’s not causing any problems.”
Mrs. Floss’s face gets even redder as she storms back into her store. She was pissed and would figure out a way to get even with the mime.
Colette waves goodbye to the officers and Mrs. Floss as she continues entertaining people. Thanks to Mrs. Floss's little temper tantrum. The people on the boardwalk donated more money to Colette’s decorated collection can.
Around two in the afternoon, Colette takes a break and grabs some tacos from a nearby restaurant. The manager on duty gives her a discount.
“Thank you.”
“You’re welcome. Keep doing a good job.”
“Thanks.” Colette takes a sip from her virgin pina colada.
Colette sits down at an outside table and watches as people walk back and forth on the boardwalk. She loved the boardwalk and watching the waves as they crashed on the beach. There were some people down on the beach, enjoying the warm weather.
She’ll have to pull her bikini out and go to the beach tomorrow. She takes another sip from her drink and enjoys the ocean air. After a few minutes, her waitress appears with her order. Colette gives the young woman a five-dollar bill to bring to her.
While she is eating, her friend George and his buddies spot her. They walk over to her table “Hey Colette, do you mind if we join you?”
“Nope, please have a seat.”
“Thanks.” George sits down, while his friend Tony goes and orders lunch for them. His other friend Marcus sits down at the table as well.
“So, what are you guys up to, today?” Colette wonders what mischief George and his friends were up to.
“Not much. A friend of mine named Lucas Green is throwing a pool party this weekend. Why don’t you come with me and the guys? I promise you’ll have fun.”
“Sure, why not. I trust you and your posse.” Colette knew George and his friends were nice guys.
“Cool. I’ll text the address to your cell phone.” George pulls his cell phone out and texts Colette the address.
Colette hears her cell phone beep. She pulls it out and notices that George had sent her the address. It’s been a while since she has been to a pool party.
Tony and Marcus return with their lunch. They sit down at Colette’s table and pass the food out. They noticed that Colette was in the process of eating, so they didn’t get her anything.
The four of them sit and talk about the upcoming pirate festival and what everyone was going to wear. When Colette tells them about the One-Piece anime, she has been watching lately. They were interested, especially George. He loved manga cartoons and such.
After lunch, Colette goes back to work. She chooses a different area on the boardwalk, so she didn’t have another run-in with the woman who harass her before. She was honored when several of the owners and managers of the other stores stood up for her.
When Colette gets home, she looks through her collection of swimsuits. She has been buying them ever since she decided to become a girl. Some of them she uses in her performances.
She picks out a nice aqua-blue one that shows off her breasts and ass. She tries it on, just to be on the safe side. She notices it still fits her after
all these years. She has to shave down in her private area, but she doesn’t mind.
Colette jumps into the shower and shaves her whole body. She made sure that there wasn’t any pubic hair or stubble showing. After she finishes shaving, she applies some coconut oil to smooth the area to prevent ingrown hairs from forming.
Peter Crosses House:
Peter and several of his friends have been busy all week organizing and inviting people, mostly friends of theirs to a massive pool party. Peter has heard back from everyone he had invited. His friend George had called and told him that he was bringing a friend.
Peter didn’t mind and wanted to know who it was. Once he learned it was the mime that had been involved in the bank robbery. He was thrilled to have her at his party.
Frances looks at himself in the mirror in the bedroom at Peter’s place. He looked good in his swim trunks. He knew Peter had invited a bunch of good-looking women to the party. He couldn’t wait to see who shows up, because he was in a frisky mood.
He checks the pills he bought to drop into some of the unsuspected women’s drinks tonight. He was going to pick his prey out and bring them back to this room and have fun with them. He makes sure he has plenty of condoms to use. This way they can’t use his semen to get a DNA match on him. He learned his lesson the first time he did this. It’s too bad, the cops near found the woman that he raped.
He leaves the room he was staying in and goes outside to join everyone. He was going to scout his prey out and see which woman he was going to enjoy tonight. A smile appears on his face as he thinks about the fun he is going to have.
Colette arrived with George and his friends. She trusted him and has been friends with him since she moved to Charleston. Plus, he made her laugh with some of his corny jokes and such.
Since she was going to be swimming and such, she wore a sun dress over her bikini. She had a pair of fresh underwear and such in her beach bag. Along with her favorite suntan lotion.
She is shown where she could put her beach bag and get undressed. Once she removed her sundress and walk outside in her bikini. She gets several wolf whistles from George and his friends.
She looks at them “You guys really know how to make a girl feel.”
Frances had been watching the women who had arrived with their boyfriends and such. He spots a short black-haired girl wearing a cute aqua-blue string bikini talking to a group of guys. He liked how she looked. She wasn’t very tall and had a nice build to her. She looked like the type of girl that took pride in how their body looked. He watches as she dives into the swimming pool.
He spots Peter talking to a cute dirty blonde hair girl. He walks over to Peter to find out who the dark-haired girl he spotted was.
“Hey, Peter. Who is that dark-haired girl wearing the aqua-blue string bikini?” Frances points her out.
Peter looks at the girl Frances was pointing out and a smile appears on his face. George had introduced her when they arrived.
“That is George’s friend Colette Thorton. She was the one that stopped a bunch of robbers from robbing a bank three months ago.”
“How did she do that?” Frances was even more interested in her now.
“I don’t know, you’ll have to ask George how she did it.” Peter knew George was good friends with Ms. Thorton.
“I’ll do that.” He and Peter watches as Colette spikes a volleyball in the pool.
Colette had joined George and several guys in a water volleyball game. She was on George’s team, facing off against several other guys. She was the only woman playing volleyball. She loved water games.
Frances watches Colette and how her cute string bikini supported her perky breasts. He liked how her bottom barely covered her ass cheeks. He watches as she bounces around in the pool with the other guys surrounding her.
Peter was mingling with his guest, making sure everyone was doing good. He had hired a DJ for the party along with a catering service that specialized in South Carolina-style barbecue. For those guests that were vegan, the cater he hired had meatless entries for them as well.
Colette plays several rounds of volleyball with the guys before she gets out and grabs a drink. Peter was making drinks for his guest. She gets a virgin pina colada from him.
“Thanks, Peter.” Colette thought Peter was cute.
“You’re welcome, Colette, and thanks for the case of German beer.” Peter was surprised when Colette brought in a cube of German beer.
“You’re welcome. I thought your guest might like them.” Colette knew George and the other guys that came with her, loved German beer.
“Your right. You should grab some barbecue after swimming around in the pool.” Peter saw how competitive Colette was in the pool.
“I’ll do that.” Colette watches as Peter makes her drink.
Peter crushes some ice and add the ingredients to the blender he was using. He presses the button and mixes the drink mix up. He adds a little more coconut milk to the mixture and pour it into a glass and hands it to Colette.
“Thanks, Peter.” Colette accepts the glass and takes a sip from it.
She loved how sweet it was. She looks at Peter “This is good.”
“Thanks, now go and get yourself some food, before it’s all gone.” Colette walks over to the table where the food was and fixes herself a plate.
Frances was watching Colette as she walked around the pool. He let his mind roam about what he was going to do with that sweet ass of hers. He was going to keep a close eye on her.
Nighttime started to fall and the lights in the pool turn on. Music was playing and people were having fun. Colette is surprised when she goes back to her lounger and finds a fresh pina colada waiting for her. She figures George must have gotten it for her since he has been keeping an eye out for her.
She takes a sip from it and it was as sweet as the previous ones she had. She drinks some more of the drink. She has been having fun all day playing games in the pool and dancing with some of the guys. She had danced a few times with Frances and noticed he was sweet to her.
She had to admit, he wasn’t bad looking. He had short military-style black hair. A few tattoos covered his upper torso and he had them on both arms as well.
Colette drinks the pina colada and finishes it off. She stands up and starts dancing when the DJ plays one of her favorite songs. As she is
dancing, she starts feeling weird, lightheaded, and woozy. She looks around for George and spots him. She starts walking towards him, but she stumbles and bumps into a few people.
As she is about to reach George, she is intersected by Frances. She looks up at him through blurry eyes.
“Are you alright, Colette?” Frances had kept his eyes on Colette and noticed the effects of the drug he used on her.
Colette goes to shake her head but felt so lightheaded. She hasn’t felt like this in a long time.
“Why don’t I escort you to a bedroom? You can barely stand.” Frances picks Colette up in his arms and starts carrying her towards the house.
He squeezes her ass as he holds her. An evil smile appears on his face as he looks down into Colette’s hazel eyes. He couldn’t believe that he was going to have some fun with her.
George spotted Frances carrying Colette and rushes over to her. He was worried that something happened to her.
“Hey, Colette, is everything okay?” As George catches up to her.
“She was stumbling around. I was going to lay her down in one of the spare bedrooms.” Frances wanted to get Colette away from her friends.
“Look, if she is feeling this bad. I better take her home. She doesn’t do well waking up in strange places.” George remembers the time Colette had been drugged and photos had been taken of her.
“She’ll be safe here.” Frances didn’t want to let her go.
“I appreciate that, Frances. However, I better get her home. You don’t want to see her when she is pissed off.” George knew how Colette was.
“Alright, where’s your car?” Frances figures he might as well concede. He’ll get her some other time.
“Let me grab her stuff and grab the guys.” George runs off to get Colette’s stuff and the guys.
Frances waits until George is out of sight, before sticking his middle finger up inside Colette’s vagina. He was seeing if she was still a virgin or not. He didn’t feel a hymen and felt her react to his finger being inside of her.
“You are one lucky bitch.” As he pushes his whole fist up inside her vagina.
Colette had passed out because of the drug and didn’t feel Frances shoving his fist up inside her body. She was so far gone that it would take a tactical nuke to wake her. She doesn’t feel Frances having his way with her as he places her in George’s car.
George shows up with the rest of the guys that came with him. He was feeling intoxicated, but he knew Colette would freak out if she woke up and she wasn’t someone where she recognizes.
“George, let me drive. Your too intoxicated to drive.” Troy has had some beers to drink, but not for a while.
“Alright, let's head towards Colette’s place and drop her off.” George was slurring his words.
Troy shakes his head and drives towards Colette’s place. It takes him about forty-five minutes to arrive. Between him and Andrew, they manage to carry her upstairs to her apartment.
“Why couldn’t she get an apartment on the first floor?” Andrew couldn’t believe Colette lived on the third floor.
“She said that she hated when people above her made noise.” Troy knew why Colette didn’t like the ground floor.
“Where’s her apartment key?” Andrew was trying the door.
“Search her bag while I hold her.” Troy held Colette in his arms.
Andrew looks in the beach bag and for the keys. He opens her small purse and spots her keychain. It was a little Pikachu with a silver ring with all her keys hanging from it.
“Found them.” Andrew finds the right key and unlocks the door.
“About time.” Troy was finding it hard to support Colette. He was trying not to wrap his arms around her barely covered-breasts.
Her swimsuit top had inched upwards, exposing her nipples. Andrew spots Colette’s nipples and couldn’t believe how pink her areolas are.
“Remind me to tell Colette how pretty her nipples are.” Andrew looks towards Troy when he says that.
“I would wait a few days, to tell her. She’s going to be disoriented and probably feeling sick.” Troy wanted to know who drugged his friend.
They take her into her place and lay her on her bed. Troy tucks her under her covers.
“Should we call the paramedics or something?” Andrew was a little worried about Colette.
“I’m calling Markus. He’s a nurse at Charleston General and Colette trust him.” Troy pulls his cell phone out and dials Markus’s number.
Markus Place:
Markus was sitting on the sofa cuddled up against his husband when his cell phone starts playing music.
“I wonder who it can be?” Markus picks his cell phone up and looks at the caller id.
He saw that it was Troy calling him. He presses accept “Hey Troy, what’s up?”
“Hey, Markus. Sorry for bothering you and Teddy today, but I have a problem.” Troy felt Colette’s forehead and notices she was running a fever.
“What’s the problem, Troy?” Markus was curious.
“I’m at Colette’s place and I think someone drugged her. Can you come over and take a look at her?” Troy was worried about his friend.
“I’ll be over.”
“Thanks.” Troy knew Markus has seen several women come to the ER that had been drugged.
Troy hangs up and waits for Markus to show up. He gives his keys to Andrew to drive George home.
Forty-five minutes later, Markus shows up at Colette’s place. Troy had spotted him from Colette’s porch. He noticed Markus’s husband Bobby had come with him.
“Thanks for coming.” Troy was glad Markus had shown up.
“Any time. Where is she?”
“She’s in her bedroom. I think someone roofied her.” Troy has seen some women he knew get roofie before.
Markus shakes his head and goes to check on Colette. He had brought his medical bag with him. He checks her vitals and her reaction. He felt weird touching her on the chest because he knew she uses to be male, but now was female.
He doesn’t know what drug was used on her, but everything points to being a roofie. He walks back into the living room where his husband and Troy was.
“She was defiantly roofie. What type was used I don’t know. I can take some blood from her and have it tested.”
“Do it. We need to know what was used on her and how long she is going to be out.” Troy wanted to have evidence to show Colette.
“I have some test tubes in my bag.”
“Why do you carry around test tubes?” Troy was curious about that.
“It’s a long story.” Markus was going to have his blood tested.
He walks back into Colette’s bedroom and takes a blood sample. When he is done, he makes her comfortable and walks out. When he enters the living room “someone should stay with her and make sure she is okay.”
“I’ll stay and keep an eye on her.” Troy didn’t want to see anything bad happen to Colette.
“Okay. I’ll get back to you on the blood results.”
“Thanks.” Troy watches as Markus and his husband leave.
Troy shuts the door behind Markus and walks into Colette’s kitchen to see what she had to drink and eat.
The Next Morning:
Colette wakes up feeling sick to her stomach. She was confused and her head hurt as she sat up. She wasn’t feeling too good, as she falls out of bed and lands on the floor. Her stomach was feeling uneasy. She manages to pick herself up off the floor and stumble to the bathroom.
She notices she was still wearing her bikini as she unties the bottoms and lets it fall to the floor.
No sooner does she sit on the toilet, that the contents of her bowel come out of her anal opening? She could feel that her body wasn’t acting normally. Her head felt like it was in the clouds and she couldn’t remember what happened last night or yesterday afternoon. She remembers stumbling towards George, but after that, everything was blank.
She felt pain in her vaginal opening like something huge had stretched it. She sits there on the toilet, letting her body do what it had to do, trying to recall the events of yesterday. When she was finished, she gets up off the toilet, after cleaning herself and stumbling towards the living room.
She hears some snoring coming from her sofa. She walks over to it and spots Troy sound asleep. She also noticed some empty Chinese takeout containers sitting on the coffee table. She wonders why Troy had stayed. She stumbles towards the kitchen and pours herself a glass of ginger ale to drink. Her stomach was feeling upset and ginger ale or sprite always made it feel better.
She take a sip. After a few sips, her stomach starts feeling better. She still felt light headed, but at least her stomach wasn't so upset.
After letting her stomach settle. Colette makes some toast and smears some apple butter on it. Normally, she would eat some cereal, but with the way she was feeling, she didn’t want to upset her stomach again. While she is nibbling on the toast. She tries to recall what happened yesterday.
She remembers being at the pool party and drinking virgin pina coladas. She also ate the food as well. The thing was, every time she came back from swimming or drank all her pina colada, a fresh one was waiting for her. She knew you could hide the taste of alcohol in the drink if it was done right. However, the way she was feeling reminded her of something that happened when she was younger.
A shiver runs down her body as the memory of what happened to her surface. Everything she was experiencing now brought back the buried memories of that day. She drops her toast on the kitchen table and shakes as tears leak from her eyes. She was finding it hard to breathe as her body started shaking. She grips the kitchen table as she starts feeling dizzy.
Everything she was feeling caused her body to remember it has experienced this before. She grips the table harder to keep from falling out of her chair as she tries to get her breathing under control. She squeezes her eyes closed as feelings of what happened that day come back to haunt her.
Troy wakes up and tries to remember where he was, as he gets up off the sofa he had fallen asleep on and stumbles towards the bathroom. He walks past Colette’s bedroom and notices her door was open, but doesn’t spot her in there. He steps into the bathroom and closes the door behind him as he does his business. When he is done, he steps out of the bathroom and walks towards the kitchen, where he spots Colette sitting on a chair with tears streaming down her cheeks. He notices she was shaking and gripping the kitchen table for support.
“Shit!” He walks over to Colette and wraps his arms around her.
Colette feels someone wrap their arms around her body. She opens her eyes and through blurry vision, she makes out Troy’s face. She wraps her arms around him and buries her face against his shoulder. She holds onto him and cries.
Troy holds Colette’s petite body against his as he feels her shake. He doesn’t know what brought this on, but he has never seen Colette like this before. He knew nothing was done to her, but for some reason, something was causing her to melt down like this.
He rubs her back and tries his best to calm her down. He has never seen her act like this, but there was still a lot he didn’t know about her. He rubs her back and tries to reassure her that everything was okay and that she was safe.
It takes a while, to calm Colette down, but he manages. Once she was calm, he picks her up and carries her to the sofa, and set her down. He covers her with the three stooges blanket she keeps on the sofa.
“Your safe, Colette. Just relax and I’ll get you something to drink.” Troy turns to walk away.
“Thank you.” Colette was still feeling scared, but she tries to get her emotions under control.
She watches as Troy cleans his mess up, before walking into the kitchen. She looks down at the blanket covering her and noticed that the image of Curly was smiling up at her. She takes a deep breath and holds it. She tries to center herself and get her emotions back under control. She knew something was wrong, but what it was, she couldn’t recall.
Troy returns a few minutes later and hands Colette a glass filled with fruit punch he found in the refrigerator.
“Drink up.” Troy sits down on the recliner near the sofa.
“Thanks.” As Colette accepts the glass and takes a sip from it. She drinks half the glass before she puts it down on the coffee table.
Troy watched as Colette downed half the glass of juice. He watches her hoping she is feeling better. He also wonders what caused her to break down like she did. Once she puts the glass down on the coffee table “Can you tell me what you remember?”
Colette looks at Troy “I remember playing volleyball with you and the guys. I also remember eating some food and drinking a pina colada someone left for me.”
“Can you recall who might have left it for you?” Troy knew that Colette didn’t trust many people.
“No. I know every time the drink I was drinking was low or I finished. Another one would be waiting for me.” Colette knew she shouldn’t accept drinks from anyone unless it was someone she knew.
“I can’t say I recall if I saw anyone bring you drinks.” Troy had been busy himself.
“I wish I knew who did, because whoever it was drugged the drink. I’ve felt the effects of being roofied before from when I was younger.” Colette shivers just from thinking about the memory.
“You were roofie before?” Troy was surprised by that statement.
Colette shakes her head yes. She has never told anyone before about the incident.
“If you don’t mind me asking, do you know who it was and why?” Troy was curious if Colette knew who it was.
“Yes, but that person wasn’t at the pool party the other day.” Colette knew the person who roofied her before was behind bars.
“Do you remember anything from the other day, other than enjoying yourself?” Troy wanted to know who would roofie Colette.
“All I can recall from the other day is feeling sick and looking for George and you guys. How did I get home and why do I feel like something huge was shoved up inside of me?” Colette watches Troy and how he reacts. She was good at reading people.
“What do you mean, feeling like something huge was shoved up inside of you?” Troy was curious now.
“Like I just said. It feels like someone shoved something up inside of my vagina. It hurts and I found some blood in my bikini bottom.” Colette had been surprised when she spotted the blood.
Troy looked surprised because as far as he knew, Frances was carrying Colette in his arms. He looks at Colette with a thoughtful look on his face “Do you remember Frances carrying you?”
“No. Why was he carrying me?” Colette had a puzzled look on her face.
“He said he was carrying you to one of the spare bedrooms at Peter’s place. He said you were stumbling around like a drunken sailor.”
“I don’t remember being held by him. Hell, I don’t remember anything except feeling sick.”
“Well, we brought you home and asked Markus to come over and check on you. He took some blood from you and was going to have it analyzed. He suspected that someone roofies you as well.”
“Thanks for looking after me.” Colette trusted Markus.
“It’s no problem. Look, are you going to be okay?” Troy didn’t want to leave Colette by herself if she wasn’t.
“I’ll be fine. I’ll stay here on the sofa and watch the boys today.” Colette knew if she didn’t want to be by herself, she could call her friend Susan or Kirk.
“Alright, but if you have another panic attack like you did. Call me or George and we’ll come running as fast as we can.” Troy stands up off the recliner.
“I will and thanks for everything.” Colette reaches out for Troy.
Troy bends down and lets Colette hug him. He hugs her back “Rest up so we can go out and cause some trouble.”
“I will.” Colette releases Troy and watches as he leaves.
Once he leaves, she gets up and walks over to her DVD collection, and pulls the box set out of The Three Stooges. She’ll watch them first and later watch Abbot and Costello afterward. For lunch, she makes herself a Cobb salad and drinks more of the fruit juice she likes.
The rest of the day, Colette tries to recall what happened to her, but couldn’t. She gets up and walks over to her bookcase and looks for her old high school yearbook. She finds it stuff between a book about famous mimes and a book about the Three Stooges.
She pulls the book off the shelf and sits back down on the sofa. She starts flipping through the pages until she comes to the team football photo. The person she was looking for was in the back row center. She holds her breath as the memory of what happened that night surfaced.
Everything she experienced that night matched how she felt when she woke up. The upset stomach, the dizziness, the memory loss, and the pain afterward. Except, the pain she was feeling now, wasn’t as bad as the pain she felt back then.
She shuts the yearbook and lay it on the coffee table. She was upset that someone would do this to her again. She starts crying and after a while. She stops and gets up and heads towards the bathroom to wash her face. While she is in the bathroom, she hears her cell phone beep.
She dries her face off and heads back to the living room and pick up her phone. She notices that the text was from Markus. It was the result of her blood test. It showed that she was drugged and what it detected.
Markus sends her a second text asking her how she was feeling.
Colette responded telling him she was still feeling the effects of the drug, but she had the boys to keep her company.
Markus: A smiley face appears on her screen.
Colette types back: Thanking Markus for everything he did for her.
She watches as Markus sends: you’re welcome and calls if you need anything.
Thanks, is Colette’s response.
Colette looks at the time on her television set and decides that she’ll take a shower and order from her favorite Chinese restaurant. She places her order for delivery and while she waits for the delivery, she takes a shower. By the time she finishes her shower and put her nightshirt on.
She hears a knocking on her front door. She looks through the peephole and spots the delivery driver. She pulls three ones from her wallet to give the driver a tip. She paid for the delivery online.
“Thanks.” As she hands the tip to the driver.
Once the driver leaves, she closes the door and sits back down on the sofa to enjoy her dinner. She presses play to continue watching the three stooges.
Colette smacks the alarm on the nightstand next to her bed, after what happened to her at the pool party. She didn’t want to get out of bed and face the world. She had a rough time dealing with the problem the first time it happened. However, she made a doctor’s appointment, and it would cost her money if she didn’t attend it.
She finally drags herself out of bed and takes a shower. She wasn’t in her normal, perky mood and decided to dress all in black today. She fixes herself a cup of coffee before she leaves. She grabs her backpack after putting her wallet in it and keys in it. She walks down to the parking lot and over to her Honda.
She made an appointment with her gynecologist to see how much damage had been done to her vagina. She hoped the damage wasn’t too serious. It takes her twenty minutes to arrive at the doctor’s office. She sits in the car and stares at the building. She knew she would have to explain to Doctor Ainsley what happened.
Colette takes a deep breath before leaving her Honda and walking into the building. She spots Carol through the glass barrier as she walks up to it. She was glad it was Carol instead of someone she didn’t know.
Carol was talking to another worker when she noticed Colette Thorton standing on the other side of the glass barrier. A smile appears on her face. “Colette, what brings you in here today?”
“Hey, Carol. I have an appointment with Dr. Ainsley.” Colette tries to seem happy.
Carol looks at Colette and notices something is bothering her. Normally, Colette was always happy and perky, but not today. She checks the schedule for Dr. Ainsley and notices Colette has a nine o’clock appointment to see Dr. Ainsley.
“Okay, I’ll let her know. Is your insurance still the same?”
“Yes, I think my insurance cards you have on file should be the new ones.” Colette couldn’t remember if she had updated the cards on her file the last time she came.
“Yep, I have them, and they are up to date.” Carol smiles at Colette as she looks back up at her.
“Good. I’ll be right over here.” Colette turns and walks towards the waiting area.
No sooner does Colette sit down and start watching the home improvement show on the television, than her name is called. She looks towards the nurse who was calling her name, standing up and walking towards her. She follows the nurse through the door and as she is being led to the examination room. The nurse takes her height and weight.
Afterward, the nurse takes her to the examination room and takes her blood pressure and pulse. The nurse asks Colette some questions and afterward leaves. Colette waits patiently as she hears voices on the other side of the door.
Dr. Ainsley walks into the examination room and spots Colette waiting for her. She knew Colette wasn’t due for her annual checkup until next year. Dr. Ainsley sits on the stool and looks at Colette. “Is everything okay, Colette?”
Colette takes a breath before speaking, “No, doctor.”
“Tell me what’s wrong, Colette.”
“Okay.”
An hour and a half later, Colette walks out of the doctor’s office. Dr. Ainsley discovered that she had some minor tearing and lactation. She wasn’t going to need stitches or anything. She walks towards her car and gets in.
Just as Colette was about to start her car, her cell phone beeps, letting her know she received a text. She looked at the text, and it was a message from Mrs. Wilds. She wanted to know how much she would charge to perform at her daughter’s birthday party.
She texts Mrs. Wilds back, telling her it depends on what she wants her to perform as. She had different prices for whatever she was expected to do. Because she only knew a few magic tricks.
She starts her car and backs out of the parking spot. She didn’t like taking medicine that made her drowsy. Dr. Ainsley had given her one to help her sleep.
The results from the blood test had been forwarded to Dr. Ainsley, so she would know what was used to drug her. As she is sitting at a stop light, her cell phone beeps again. She glances at the message and saw that Mrs. Wilds wants her to perform as She-Ra, Princess of Power. The new one is on Netflix.
Colette waits until she is at another stoplight before sending a reply. She agrees to dress up as Adora/She-Ra for twenty-five dollars an hour. Her going rate for being a dinosaur or a robot was higher, but dressing as She-Ra or any of the princesses was twenty-five dollars per hour. She sends the info to Mrs. Wild before driving away.
When she arrives at the gas station, Mrs. Wilds sends her the time and date. Colette looks at the date and smiles because it was this weekend. That gave her four days to make sure she had everything she needed. She also informs Mrs. Wilds that she uses the cash app—that way the kids don’t see them exchanging money.
Once Colette sends the information, she gets out and tries to put fuel in her car. While standing at the pumps, something doesn’t seem right to her. The pump doesn’t turn on. She looks towards the building and notices that the attendant is being held up. She dials 911 to alert the police.
She reaches into her car and grabs her taser. She moves quickly over to the building, and just as the crook grabs the metal bar on the other side of the door, inside the store. She tasers the handle and watches as the person starts shaking from the electricity.
She stops after a few seconds. She watches as the person falls to the floor and the other person trips over their partner towards the door. She braces the door to keep it closed and watches as the other robber backs up. He points his gun at the glass door and fires at it.
“Yikes!” Colette moves aside before the broken glass hits her.
Colette could hear the sirens coming closer. As the other person tries to run out, she sticks her leg out and trips the person.
“Timber!” Colette watches as the other person falls face-first onto the asphalt.
Colette jumps onto his back and straddles his body. She couldn’t believe the body odor coming off the guy.
“God! You smell too high heaven!” Colette couldn’t believe the stench coming off the guy.
Colette holds the guy down as two police cars enter the gas station. She watches as they come to a stop not far from her and the guy she is sitting on. A smile appears on Colette’s face when she spots who the police officers are.
Officer Green and his partner Cruz spot Colette sitting on a guy. They spot his gun laying near him.
“How come, whenever there is trouble. You are always nearby or in the middle of it?” Green looks at Colette as she straddles the guy.
“I wasn’t looking for trouble. I stopped to get gas and I spotted this guy and the other one holding up the gas station attendant.” Colette stands up and let officer Cruz handcuff the guy.
“Tell me everything from the beginning.” Officer Green gets his notepad out to record what Colette tells him.
Colette informs Officer Green on what happened and how her taser accidentally made contact with the door and went off. She also describes how the guy fell and why she was straddling. She noticed the expression on Officer Green’s face when he hears her explanation.
Afterwards, Officer Green, Cruz and the other police officers that had arrived let her leave. She gets in her car and stops at the Wawa not far from her apartment for gas and a sub.
“Colette, you are suicidal.” Troy looks at Colette as she faces off against Brandon.
The two of them were competing against one another in eating ghost pepper chicken wings. Brandon had bragged that he could eat more spicy chicken wings than Colette could. Troy and Casey knew Colette loved spicy foods.
“Maybe, but Brandon shouldn’t have bragged that he could eat more then me.” Colette looks at Brandon with a sly smile on her face.
“I know I can.” A smirk appears on Brandon’s face.
“I think you’re both are nuts.” Casey looks at both his friends.
“You know Colette. She loves her chicken wings.” Troy had asked checked in on Colette after she came back from the doctor’s office to see how much damage was done to her.
He was relieved to hear that it wasn’t too bad. He also asked about her mental state as well. He knew her past and after the panic attack she had when he was at her apartment. He wanted to make sure she wasn’t facing another one. She did confess to him that she had another panic attack while taking a shower the other day.
Casey, and Troy watches as Colette falls behind in how many wings Brandon was beating her by. He noticed the sweat streaming down her forehead and into her eyes. He could tell she was reaching her limits when she picked up her glass of milk and finished it off.
An evil smile appears on Brandon’s face as he bites into the next to last wing. He knows he has this contest in the bag.
Colette looks at the last three wings and over towards Brandon’s plate. He had one wing left, compared to her three wings.
“Fine, you win, Brandon. I’ll pay for the wings.” Colette knew she wasn’t going to be able to finish the last three wings.
“Told you, no one can beat me when it comes to eating hot stuff.” Brandon finishes his beer and sits back in his chair.
“I think you’re both crazy. No one could eat that many wings and not be affected by them.” Casey looks at all the bones of the forty-seven wings
Colette managed to eat, compared to Brandon’s fifty wings.
“You’re welcome to my last three wings, Casey.” Colette offers the plate to Casey.
“No thanks. I hate ghost pepper wings.”
“I’ll take them.” Troy accepts the plate and finishes the three wings off.
Troy noticed that the wings weren’t too bad, but the more you ate. The more the heat built up in your mouth and throat.
“I don’t want to be near you guys when you have to go to the bathroom.” Casey felt sorry for Colette and Brandon when they have to go to the bathroom.
“Well, whatever goes in, has to come out.” Colette hopes the milk she has been drinking helps.
“Still, I don’t want to be near you guys.” Casey drinks some of his iced tea.
Later on, Troy drops Colette off at her place. He watches from his car as she goes upstairs towards her apartment. Once he was sure she was inside, he drives off.
Colette walks into her apartment and puts her keys in the crystal bowl she keeps by the door. She had fun tonight with the guys as she walks into her bedroom and changes out of the skirt and blouse she wore. Once she was redressed in her night clothes, she goes into her work room to finish up on the She-Ra outfit she has been working on. It was almost done and she wanted to give herself enough time to make adjustments if it needed it. She presses play on her cellphone and listen to some music while she works.
Colette works late into the night finishing up and making adjustments to the She-Ra costume. By the time she quits, its four in the morning. She checks her schedule to see what she has lined up for later and notices she has the day off. She stretches and yawns as she stumbles towards her bedroom and fall onto her bed.
When Colette wakes up mid-day the next morning. Her stomach felt upset. She makes her way to the bathroom and sit down on the toilet. She moans as her bowels releases its contents. She was regretting all those hot wings she ate last night. One day she is going to come to her senses and not let people challenge her.
After doing her business in the bathroom. Colette walks into the kitchen and open a can of fruit cocktail and eat it. She moves the curtain aside to see what the weather was like, because they were calling for rain for today. She notices a few grey clouds in the sky.
She changes out of her night clothes and put on her jogging clothes. She adjusts her sports bra so it was sitting better under her breasts. She was still amaze at how big they got.
Colette links her headphones with her cellphone and leave her apartment. Instead of taking her normal route, she takes an alternate route. That way if someone was watching her, they wouldn’t know which way she would go.
She knew it was going to rain, but she wanted to get some exercise in before it starts raining. She heads down the street that led towards the nearby beach area. Normally, it was only a short drive on her scooter, but it takes her a little longer jogging.
Colette waves to some of the people she passes that she knew. She has lived in this neighborhood for the past five years, since she came back from mime school. At first, it was hard to make a living as a professional cosplay person and as a mime. However, as more and more people saw her perform down at the boardwalk and at the local outside malls and parks. She started developing a reputation.
She quit her part time job as a maid and started performing full time. She was glad she did it, because her heart wasn’t really into being a maid. She loved entertaining people and showing off.
She was glad that she had her operation before she took her classes. Although, paying off the loan she took out to pay for the operation was a huge burden on her finances.
She was lucky she won some money off the scratch off tickets she bought with some money she found that someone had dropped. It wasn’t much, but it did let her pay off half of the loan. She did try to find the person who lost the money, but they were gone.
Colette jogs down the street and cut across an empty parking lot. The parking lot belonged to a company that closed down during the pandemic. So, far no one has been interested in buying the place.
She continues on until she arrives at her turn around spot and jog back towards her apartment on a different route. As Colette is jogging, she witnesses a decked-out Ford F250 extended cab truck ram the rear end of an eighteen-wheeler. The person inside of the pickup truck gets out and looks alright and pissed. The female trucker of eighteen-wheeler gets out of her truck and check out the damage to her trailer.
The old man starts complaining to the truck driver about stopping all of suddenly. She had witnessed the accident and the truck driver hadn’t done that. She was sitting still waiting for traffic to start moving when the guy didn’t stop in time. She calls the police and before long, two police cars arrives and she watches as the officers handle the two drivers. One of the officer notices her and they ask her about what happened. She tells them what she witnessed.
When the police officers were done with taking her statement, she jogs back home.
By the time she arrives back home, the rain had started and she was soaking wet. She walks into her apartment and shivers when her exposed skin is hit by the cold air in her apartment. She walks into her bedroom and changes out of her jogging clothes.
The next morning Colette regretted eating all those ghost pepper hot wings. She wakes up with her stomach hurting, and when she goes to do her morning business. She experiences a burning sensation as her bowels empty themselves.
It was good that she used wet naps instead of normal toilet paper. She hops into the shower and takes a quick shower, unlike her normal half-n-hour one. Afterward, she gets dressed and slips on her low heel wedge sandals.
She grabs her sunglasses, purse, and car keys. She walks downstairs towards the parking lot. She was going to run around, and instead of taking her scooter, she took her Honda.
She gets in the car and starts it up. She adjusts the temperature for the A/C as she puts the car into gear and back out of her parking space.
In the first part of the morning, she knocks out several things she needs to do. She stops at Buns & Things for lunch at one in the afternoon. They made the best bacon hamburgers and homemade fries.
After lunch, Colette visits her favorite antique and outside marketplace. The place was normally busy on the weekend, so most of the places she would normally visit weren’t open. The open places. She visits and finds a few things she could use for her place and some of her performances.
After Colette finishes shopping, she stops at her favorite hair salon to see if Frankie can see her. As she enters the salon, she spots Frankie finishing up with a customer. She walks up to Debbie at the counter.
“Hey Debbie, does Frankie have an opening available?” Colette looks at the young teenage girl.
Colette remembered when she first started at the salon. The poor girl was confused about what her duties were and how to use the appointment software the salon used.
“Hey, Colette. He’s almost done with Mrs. Thomas and can fit you in.” Debbie knew Frankie would never turn Colette away. He would even work through his break for her.
“Cool.” Colette was happy her favorite hairdresser could fit her in.
“I’ll call you when he is finished.” Debbie liked Colette.
She always remembers her birthday and would either send a cake to the shop for her or bring it herself. Colette would also send a birthday card with a gift card inside to her favorite place or to go shopping.
Colette sits down and reads a magazine until Frankie is done with his current customer. She normally would wear a blonde wig, but this time she would do things differently. She knew she’d get some blonde jokes from her friends.
Frankie finishes up with his current client, and when he walks with her over to the checkout. He spots Colette waiting for him. He looks at her “What brings you in today, Colette?”
Colette looks up at Frankie. “I need a major work over. Do you have time today?”
“For you, yes.” Frankie would never turn down Colette
.
Their friendship went back to when they were in high school together. She stood up for him and helped him get revenge on some of the bullies in school. She also comforted him when he found out he was HIV positive.
“Good, because here is what I need to be done.” Colette stands up and walks back to Frankie’s workstation.
After four hours and a lot lighter bank account, Colette walks out of the hair salon with blonde full hair. All she had to do was style it like she needed to for dressing as She-Ra. Her head hurt from the extensions being installed, but the pain slowly faded away. She couldn’t believe she was a blonde now.
By the time she left the salon, it was late in the afternoon. She stops at the Latin House to grab some dinner. None of the patrons knew her there, and she heard the food was nice. The portions were more than she could eat. So, she had leftovers to take home. She hasn’t forgotten about being drugged at Peter’s place.
She wants to know why did the person single her out. She wasn’t the most beautiful woman at the pool party. Hell, compared to most of the women there, she looked like a child. She was just glad she managed to develop B-cup-size breasts.
Her mother wore a DD cup bra, and her sister was in a large size C cup. She preferred to wear D-cup bras because of how big her breasts were. Also, her breasts increased in size even after she weaned her children from breast milk.
By the time Colette arrives home. She stands before her full-length mirror and admires her new blonde hair. She wouldn’t have chosen the blonde color she got, but it was for a job, and she didn’t mind. Also, it gave her an excuse to act like an airhead since most people think blondes are.
Colette takes her sundress off and puts it in the dirty clothes hamper. She slips her night clothes on and heads towards the living room and curls up on the sofa, and watches Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
Colette gets up early the next day and prepares herself for the birthday party. She makes sure her makeup and costume are perfect. She grabs some of her specialty smoke bombs and her specially-made sword.
The sword had blunt edges and made certain sounds for different effects. She double-checks everything and heads downstairs to her Honda. She inputs the address into her cell phone and looks at the directions as she pulls out of the parking lot.
It was going to take her thirty minutes to arrive at the address, which was plenty of time.
When Colette arrives at the house where the birthday party was taking place at. She was amazed at how the mother went all out for her ten-year-old daughter’s birthday. All the guests were dressed as one of the princesses from the television show. The boys that had come, were dressed as male characters from the television show or the He-Man cartoon. One little boy was dressed as a princess from the cartoon.
Colette performs a few magic and juggling tricks she knew. She also performed in a few acrobatic stunts as well. She had a trick rope, that she could cause to rise into the air and stiffen, so she could climb it. She got the idea from an old James Bond movie she had watched. She had an engineering friend of hers build it for her.
By the time the cake and ice cream were served all the girls and some of the boys were interested in other things. It didn’t bother her, as she packed up to leave. She enjoyed having fun at the birthday party.
As Colette was carrying her things out to her Honda, Mrs. Wilds comes out of the house carrying a covered-up plate. She walks over to Colette “I thought you would like some birthday cake to take home with you.” As she hands the covered-up plate to Colette.
“Thank you, Mrs. Wilds. I had fun entertaining your daughter and her friends.” As Colette accepts the covered plate from Mrs. Wilds.
“They enjoyed you as well.” Mrs. Wilds saw how excited her daughter and the other girls were when Colette appeared from a smoke cloud.
“Well, I had fun performing for them. If you ever need me for another job, you know how to get in touch with me.” Colette smiles at Mrs. Wilds.
Mrs. Wilds smiles at Colette, before turning around and walking towards the front door. She was happy she hired Colette to perform for her daughter’s birthday party. She walks back into the house and the backyard.
Colette gets into her car, after securing the plate on the passenger seat. As she drives away from the house. A smile appears on her face as she listens to the music playing through her car speakers.
While she is sitting at a stoplight, a little girl spots her and waves. A smile appears on her face as she waves back to the little girl. She loved children and wishes one day she will be able to have children of her own, but until then. She’ll settle for entertaining other people’s children.
After all the snacks and such Colette had at the party. She wasn’t hungry, so she keeps driving home. As Colette is about to start driving under the stoplight when it turns green. She gets T-bone from a tan Ford Fusion sedan.
The next thing she knows, her airbag goes off and she is spun around from the impact. Her left shoulder hurts from the impact as she is slammed against the side of her car. The front windshield explodes from the impact, as she blacks out.
The next thing she knows, she is woken up as a firefighter uses smelling salts to wake her up. Her vision is blurry, as she tries to make out who was helping her. She tries to move her head but is stopped by the firefighter putting a collar around her neck.
“Easy, ma’am. You might have a neck injury.” The young paramedic helping Colette thought she was cute.
Colette looks at the young man as he helps her. He was a little blurry, but she could still make him out.
“What happened?” Colette couldn’t recall what took place.
“You were in a car accident, ma’am. Do you have any more bones broken?” Locklear noticed the young woman was dressed as some sort of superhero. He didn’t recognize how she was dressed.
Colette is carefully moved from her damaged Honda and carried over to the nearest ambulance. She is secured and transported to the nearest hospital.
Several hours later, she sits next to George in his F150 pickup truck. She had called him to come and pick her up from the hospital. She was so doped up with the painkillers they gave her.
George glanced at Colette as she sat next to him in the truck. She was resting her head against the sidewall of the cab. Her left shoulder had been dislocated and her chest was wrapped up.
When they arrive at Colette’s place, George helps Colette up to her apartment. He knew she was still doped up from the painkillers she was given at the hospital. He helps her undress and lay her down on her bed. Just before he leaves, he looks at Colette “I hope you feel better, Colette.”
Colette looks at George and a goof smile appears on her face “Thanks.”
“You’re welcome. Now, get some rest.” George turns and leaves Colette’s place.
Colette closes her eyes and falls asleep in no time. The painkillers in the hospital cause her to fall into a very deep sleep.
She wakes up around mid-day the next morning. The only reason she woke-up, up was because her bladder needed to be empty. She nearly falls out of her bed, because she was still feeling the effects of the pain medicine and the fact her body was hurting her.
Colette manages to make it to the toilet and sit down before her bladder relieved itself. Her left shoulder was hurting like hell. Her head still hurt her as well. Once she was done doing her morning business.
Colette makes arrangements to go and retrieve her stuff from her Honda. While she is picking her stuff up, she sends pictures to her insurance agent so they can see the damage.
Colette couldn’t believe her Honda was beyond repair. She has owned that car since she was in high school. She had saved up all the tips she earned working as a waitress while in high school. The driver of the Ford Fusion was a damn stock broker with one too many drinks at a meeting. He was racing to meet another client when he t-boned her.
The doctor told her to keep her left arm in a sling for the next two weeks. Which meet she couldn’t do any tricks or anything. It wasn’t the first time she had dislocated her shoulder. Still, she hated it. She could still juggle one-handed.
She taps away on her laptop, looking for a new car. She was at Carguru searching for another Honda like the one she had. Some of the ones she came across had fewer miles than her old one and were within her price range. She spots a black one that only had 86,000 miles and was well-kept.
It would have to be transported to her, but it was below the asking price for a car with that many miles. She sends an email to the dealership that had posted it, asking for more pictures. After searching for a replacement vehicle for her Honda, she checks her email and answers a few of them.
She checks her bank account and notices the money for her Honda had already been deposited. The money she saved would cover the money she will be losing, not performing down at the pier. Trying to get there on her scooter would be difficult with her left arm in a sling.
She checks to make sure her utility bills are up to date. Afterward, Colette ordered some lunch since she was going to be stuck at home. Just as she was about to log out of her computer. A reply from the email she sent arrives. She clicks on it and looks at the additional pictures they sent.
Colette likes what she sees and replies that she would like to buy it. She instructs them to send her the paperwork or whatever forms she needs to fill out and the price. Once that is done, she sends the email.
Colette hears her cell phone beep. She picks it up and checks to see who sent her a text. A smile appears on her face as she recognizes who the text is from. It was her friend Karen down at the costume store she frequents.
She wonders how Karen heard about her accident. She knew Karen had a boyfriend on the police force. Still, it has only been a day or so since her accident. Her insurance agency said they would recover everything from the other driver, which included her lost wages and medical
expenses.
After the delivery driver delivers her lunch order. She sits down on the sofa and watches Blue Bloods and thinks about what she should do.
The next morning, Colette decides she wants to go out and walk along the pier. She doesn’t like being homebound. She carefully changes out of her night clothes and leaves her apartment. She’ll take a trolley that stops near her her neighborhood. She use to take it before she bought her scooter.
The weather outside was a little humid. She was glad she didn’t have her face painted up. She had a feeling that with the weather being as hot as it was, her makeup would start running. A smirk appears on her face as she remembers the photo she saw of a stupid lawyer whose hair dye had started running.
If something like that happened to her, she would feel embarrassed. It wouldn’t be the first time something like that happened, but it never happened to her. It did happen to Florent Dubois.
He was a guy in her clown class and his makeup started running. He didn’t clean his face like he was supposed to or used the right makeup. He was trying to take the cheap route. He learned the hard way why you didn’t cut corners.
Colette sits back and enjoys the ride on the trolley. She loved how open it was and the route it took. In some ways she missed it.
When the trolley arrives at the oceanfront, she gets off and walks down to the boardwalk. She loved performing on the boardwalk. As she walks down the boardwalk, she notices the old confectionery shop was transferring ownership.
She stops and peeks in through the windows to see who was taking over. She notices three young women inside rearranging and moving things around. She wonders what they were going to do with the shop. She loved stopping in and buying their high-calorie cupcakes and sugary sweets.
After watching for a while, she moves on down the boardwalk.
Around noon time, Colette stops at her favorite pizza shop. As she is standing in line, she hears a familiar voice from behind her.
“I can’t believe you broke your arm.” Jerry had spotted Colette standing in line at her favorite pizza spot.
Colette turns around and spots Jerry behind her. A smile appears on her face “You know me, I’m always breaking something.”
“Yes, I do. What happened?” Jerry knew Colette wasn’t above performing dangerous tricks.
“I was in a car accident the other day and I dislocated my shoulder.”
“Ouch! That’s got to hurt.”
“It does, plus my ribs hurt as well.” Colette learned some of her ribs had been broken. They were mostly cracked, but they still hurt.
“Man! That must have been one hell of an accident.”
“It was. My poor Honda can’t be repaired.”
“Next!”
Colette moves forward and places her order. She steps aside to let Jerry place his order. After placing their order, they step over to one of the outside tables and sit down to wait.
“Are you still planning on attending the Pirate Festival?” Jerry knew Colette enjoyed herself at the festival.
“Aye, matey! You couldn’t keep me away from such a festival.” Colette answered in her best pirate voice.
Jerry shakes his head at Colette’s attempt. He knew she was a clown at heart.
“Orders 57 and 58 are ready.” The cashier behind the counter looks toward Colette and Jerry.
“I’ll get them.” Jerry gets up and walks over to the counter to receive the pizzas.
“Thanks.” Colette watches as Jerry walks up to the counter to get their pizzas.
Jerry was a good friend and worked nearby. He loved the pirate culture and she knew he feels he was born in the wrong period. She watches as he walks back over to her and places their pizza on the table.
“Dig in.” As Jerry sits down.
“Thanks.” As Colette takes a slice.

Colette wonders where the music that was playing was coming from. She spots a crowd down on the boardwalk where she normally took a break when she was performing. She makes her way toward the crowd and spots four young teenage girls wearing bikinis performing a popular Beach Boys song.
A smile appears on her face as she listens to them sing. They put their spin on the song, but they were really good. This was the first time that she knew that a band performed on the boardwalk.
All the girls were dressed in cute bikinis and were lightly tanned. The drummer of the group looked like Soleil Moon Frye from Punky Brewster. The keyboard player was a young Asian girl who looked cute. The lead singer/guitar player had curly brown hair. The bass player was a young black girl with a nice figure and light skin.
After they finished singing, the crowd clapped and tossed money into the opened guitar case. Colette pulls out some money from a pocket on her shorts and tosses it into the case. The girls thank everyone who gives them money.
After a few minutes, the girls start playing I’m a Believer from The Monkees. The girls put their twist on the song, which makes it sound like a cross between The Monkees and Smash Mouth. When the young girls finish playing, I’m A Believer. They start playing Love Shack by the B52s.
Colette noticed the girls play beach-style songs from various artists. She liked how the girls choose their songs and how they traded off on the lead singer. Sometimes the lead singer would sing a song, but then she would let the bass player sing the next song or the synthesizer player would sing a song or two.
When they perform Love Shack, the lead singer and bass player would perform a crazy little dance step. When the four girls take a break after playing seven songs. One of the stores nearby sends one of their employees over with bottles of cold water for the girls.
Colette walks up to the girls “You girls are amazing. Is this a standard thing for you ladies?”
Beverly looks at the young woman with her arm in a sling. She has seen her perform a few times down on the boardwalk.
“We’re just starting. Normally, we perform down at the Clam Shack.” Beverly was glad that Charity’s uncle let them perform there.
“Where did you first perform?” Colette was curious about them.
“Our school’s talent show. We came out dressed in one-piece swimsuits and played Surfer Girl by The Beach Boys.” All of them had been
nervous standing in front of their peers.
“Did you ladies win first place?”
“We came in third place, but our band director was proud of us. He suggested we should try out for more contests since we sounded so good.” Beverly knew their little band had a secret about them.
“Well, I have to say you ladies did extremely well. Are you ladies going to be performing down here full-time?”
“Unfortunately, no. We have other venues during the week and weekend that we have been hired to perform at. I’ve noticed you haven’t been performing down here much. Is everything okay?”
“Everything is fine, I was in a car accident and hurt my ribs and shoulder. So, for the next two weeks, I can’t do any performing. My doctor advises against it.”
“I’m sorry to hear that. Why don’t you stick around and we’ll dedicate our next song to you.” Beverly smiles at Colette.
“Thanks.” Colette watches as Beverly walks back over to her bandmates and speaks to them.
Beverly explains everything to her friends and sister. She walks up to the mic “We would like to dedicate our next song to everyone’s favorite mime.”
The girls start playing Watermelon Sugar by Harry Styles. Beverly smiles at Colette as she sings the lyrics to the song. After that song, they perform Dude Looks Like A Lady by Aerosmith.
Beverly and the young black lady in the group start doing a crazy dance step to the song.
The crowd stops and listens to the girls. When they are done performing that song. They play Eye of The Tiger by Survivor. Of course, the song has its twist on it, but it sounded nice.
Colette walks over to one of the vendors not far from where the girls are playing and pays for lunch for them. The vendor said the next time the girls stop for a break, they would deliver the food to them.
Afterward, Colette heads towards the grocery store to pick up a few things. Since she is going to be sidelined for two weeks, she’ll eat at home, instead of going out to eat. While she is in the grocery store, Colette notices the store just got in some fresh scallops. She buys two packages of fresh scallops and some spices for them. She doesn’t normally buy scallops, because they cost too much. But, since these were fresh and just came in, she decided to splurge some and buy them.
Once she pays for everything, she calls an Uber to pick her up. While she is waiting for the Uber driver to show up, she spots a car speeding by the grocery store parking lot, followed by two police cars. Colette shakes her and wonders why the cops were chasing after them.
The Uber driver she called finally shows up. When Colette gets into the car, she spots that Ana had gotten her hair done. It was different than she normally kept it.
“Nice style, Ana.” Colette sits back against the seat.
“Thanks, so what happened to you?” Ana looks at Colette in her rearview mirror.
“Car accident. My poor Honda is damaged beyond repair and with my arm in the sling, I can’t drive my scooter.”
“Sorry to hear that, Colette.” Once Ana was sure that Colette was settled. She drives towards Colette’s place.
“So, how long are you sideline?” Ana knew Colette hated not performing.
“Two weeks. My doctor advises against me doing any performances until my ribs and shoulder are better.”
“Ouch! You hurt your ribs as well?” Ana knew that had to hurt.
“Yep, I bruised my ribs and dislocated my shoulder. So, now I’ll have some free time on my hands until I get the doctor’s okay to perform again.
So, how are things proceeding between you and Jacob?” Colette knew Ana has been dating Jacob for a while now.
“Going well. I meet his parents last weekend. We took them out for dinner at Shelly’s.”
“Man, I bet they liked that. Shelly’s has one of the best menus in the city.”
“And expensive as well. The food was excellent and Jacob’s parents were nice. His mother used to be a school teacher and his father is a bookkeeper for a seafood whole seller.”
“I bet he gets a good price on seafood.” Colette knew most people who work for the seafood industry get good discounts.
“He does. According to Jacob, his father did some horse trading for the large butterfly shrimps for scallops from the company he works for.”
“Lucky devil.” Colette liked seafood, especially the large butterfly shrimp and such.
It doesn’t take long for Ana to drop Colette off at home. It was only a twenty-minute ride from the store to Colette’s place. Ana gives Colette a hand unloading the groceries and carrying them to her apartment.
“Thanks, Ana.” Colette gives Ana a twenty-dollar bill for helping her.
“Any time.” Ana accepts the bill.
Colette watches as Ana leaves. She shuts the door to her apartment and starts putting the groceries away.
Colette checks herself out in the mirror. Her mime make-up was done right and the clothes she was wearing looked straight. She waves to her reflection in the mirror and smiles.
She turns around and grabs her keys and a few dollars to take with her. She walks out of her apartment and down to her scooter and mounts it. She turns the key and puts her helmet on.
Colette figures she’ll head down to the boardwalk and perform today. She glances at the sky and saw nothing but clear skies for today. She loved performing for people. All her friends thought she was crazy for studying to become a mime.
When Colette arrives at the boardwalk, she parks her scooter and locks it up. She was lucky to find a close spot to the boardwalk. She walks out to the boardwalk, pretending that she was fighting a strong wind.
Once she was on the boardwalk, she performs some simple mime tricks. One of them was standing on one leg while leaning against an invisible lamp post. She does another trick of copying a person as they walked by. She does that trick twice when another person walks by.
People give her money for performing on the boardwalk. By early afternoon, she stops and has a few hot dogs from the hot dog vendor. She makes sure not to mess up her make-up. While she is eating and resting. She stays in character and does simple tricks for kids and such. She even copies a police officer and pretends to be a crook for him as well.
Colette knew the police officers that patrolled the boardwalk. She had to show her permit a few times. The permit cost her a pretty penny, but it was worth it. She was done making money on the boardwalk for herself and some of the shops for the first part of the day.
After lunch, Colette performs for a few more hours. Afterward, when she has finished performing. She walks back to the scooter and mounts it.
She starts the scooter and rides toward her apartment. She stops at the nearest KFC restaurant and grabs a bucket of chicken and sides to go with it.
The attendant got a kick out of the simple performance she pulled on him. She loved seeing a smile appear on his face. It always made her feel warm and fuzzy when she could brighten someone’s day. When she pulls into the parking lot where she lives. She parks in her assigned parking space and locks her scooter.
Colette walks upstairs to the third floor, where her apartment is located. She takes her keys out and opens the apartment door and walks into her apartment. The lights come on automatically, as she walks into her apartment. She hangs her keys on the hooks on the shelf by the door.
Colette looks at her apartment and some of the decorations and awards she has won over the years. She was lucky that at least her mother understood her and how she felt. Her father on the other hand tried to understand how she felt but found it a little hard to accept.
She walks into her spare bedroom where all her costumes, make-up mirror, and exercise equipment are set up. She has a gym membership, but sometimes she doesn’t feel like going. So, instead, she works out at home.
Once she removes all her make-up and her mime clothes. she slips on an oversize shirt that exposes her shoulder. She walks into her kitchen and grabs a paper plate from the cabinet and fixes herself a plate. She walks into her living room and curls up on the sofa under a throw blanket that had the three stooges on it. She was a big Three Stooges fan. She was also a big Abbot and Costello fan.
She may be young, but she liked their style of comic relief. There were some other old comedians she liked as well, but they were her favorites. She turns her television on and watches Star Trek: Discovery. She would love to play a character on a sci-fi show.
Colette watches the current episode while enjoying the chicken she bought at KFC. As she lays there on the sofa watching her show and enjoying her chicken. She wonders what her older sister and brother are doing right now. Both of her siblings were married and had kids.
Her siblings didn’t mind her transiting from being a boy to a girl. If nothing else, what she went through, will help them with their children. That’s if their kids develop gender dysphoria or turn out to be gay or a lesbian.
Once the episode she was watching was done. She gets up and throws her plate and chicken bones away. She washes her hands in the sink and grabs a juice from the refrigerator. She heads back into the living room and watches a Disney movie on Disney Plus. She falls asleep halfway through the movie.
When morning comes, her alarm clock on her cellphone wakes her up. She turns it off and checks the weather for the day. According to the weather forecast, it was supposed to be nice and clear for the next few days. She gets up and heads into the bathroom and takes a shower.
After her shower, she dries off and thinks about what she should do today. She did her mime act yesterday and knew doing it twice in a row wouldn’t bring her much money. She looks through her costumes and decides to dress up as Harley Quinn. She dresses like Harley Quinn from the comics and cartoons, not from the movies. She’ll leave that to the actress Margot Robbie. She does a wonderful job playing Harley Quinn in the movies.
Colette gathers her things and takes her scooter to the boardwalk. When she arrives, she notices a crowd down on the boardwalk. A big crowd meant big tips. She finds an area to set up and goes to work performing. She even manages to get some of the sales associates and other businesses involved in her performance.
Throughout the day, she works her ass off. By the time she is ready to leave. She is tired from performing. Some of the business owners want her to come back tomorrow and be Harley Quinn. She agrees since they helped in her performance.
The next few days, she comes back to the boardwalk pretending to be Harley Quinn. On her second day of performing, a few guys show up dressed as Batman or some other goodie-to-shoe from either the DC universe or Marvel universe. She has fun with them as they attempt to capture or stop her. The crowd loves it and gives all of the big tips.
She and the guys head to a nearby bar. It was called Ye’ ole Skull and Bones. The place is normally packed on pirate day and such. The owner of the place was a descendant from one of the pirates that had traveled with Captain Cook. He styled the inside of the bar to look like the inside of a pirate ship.
Colette looks at the guys after they placed their orders with the serving wench. She only knew three of the six guys “thanks for showing up today.”
“Hey, when I heard there was a person down on the boardwalk dressed as Harley Quinn. I knew it had to be you.” Troy smiles at Colette.
“Yeah! Who else is crazy enough to dress like a female villain and run around on the boardwalk with a giant mallet?” George looks at Colette with a smirk on his face.
“Well, I am glad you guys came down. I know everyone enjoys the performance.” Colette takes a sip from the glass of water.
After five minutes, their drinks show up. Ten minutes after that, a large pizza with everything on it arrives. The pizza itself was thirty-two inches round and had at least two lbs. of toppings on it.
“I hope everyone is hungry because this is a lot of pizza.” Troy takes a couple of slices to start.
“I know I am. Do you guys know what it is like to swing that large mallet around as I do?” Colette takes two slices as well.
“Isn’t it made of foam?” Charlie looks at Colette.
“Yes, but still. It has to look realistic.” Colette takes a bite out of the slice she took.
For the next few hours, all seven of them enjoy the pizza and drinks. Colette makes sure to stick to just soda or sweet iced tea. None of the pizza was left over after the seven of them got done with it.
Colette looks at the guys “this was fun guys, and we should do it again.”
“You’re right. How about we do it at the comic con coming up?” Charlie was a big comic book person.
“I wouldn’t mind. Which villains do you want me to dress up as?” Colette enjoyed cosplay a lot.
“Whoever you like. If you come as Harley Quinn, expect to get a lot of attention. You do a good job acting like her.” Troy liked the comic book Harley Quinn over the movie one.
“I’ll make sure to remember that.” Colette covers up a yawn.
“Good, then we can have fun at the comic con.” Troy could imagine how much fun they could have.
“Well, it’s time for me to head home. I’ll see you guys at comic con.” Colette pitches in to help pay the bill.
She grabs her stuff and walks outside to her scooter. She rode it over to the pub, instead of just walking. She puts her helmet on and drives home.
Colette arrives home safely and locks up her scooter. She covers up a yawn as she heads up to her apartment. She was feeling tired and full from all the pizza slices she ate. She unlocks her apartment door and walks inside.
Once she was inside her apartment, she closes the door and lock it. She covers up another yawn as she heads toward her bedroom to get undressed. She’ll put her costume in the other room tomorrow.
She crawls into bed, in just her panties. She doesn’t bother to put her nightshirt on. She sleeps naked, curled up under the blankets in just her panties.
The next day, when she got out of bed. She was feeling tired when she looked outside. She noticed how cloudy and rainy it was.
“Damn!” Colette turns around and changes out of the panties she wore to bed.
She walks out of her bedroom and towards the kitchen to fix herself some breakfast and a cup of coffee. She figures that the weather was going to be nasty today. She’ll work on a new costume for an upcoming performance.
She was putting all those years of clown school and mime school to some use. After fixing breakfast and her coffee. Colette heads into her work room and workout for an hour on the exercise equipment she owns. After working out for two hours and watching RuPaul Drag race on Paramount Plus.
Colette walks over to her sewing table and starts working on her new costume. There was a Shiner circus event coming up and she wanted to be part of it. She works on the costume while watching RuPaul's Drag Race. Some of the outfits that some of the queens wore looked good, while some looked like they were a costume.
She continues to work on the costume and accidentally sews a seam, she wasn’t supposed to. She takes out the seam splitter and undoes what she just did.
“I really, need to pay more attention to what I am doing, instead of watching television.” She finishes opening the seam.
Colette takes what she has done and puts it on the mannequin that was already set up with her measurements. She makes a few adjustments to the costume and tries it on. She notices there were a few places where the costume was too tight and other areas where it was too loose. She marks those areas and takes the costume off.
She glances at the clock mounted on the wall and notices it was almost noon time. She pauses the show she was watching and goes into the kitchen and fixes herself some lunch. If she didn’t eat, her sugar levels would be low.
While she is heating a can of soup, there is a bright flash of light, as lightning strikes nearby. The building shakes from the shockwave and her windows vibrate. She ducks down, just in case the windows in the kitchen shatter. She stays kneeling for a few minutes and slowly stands up.
Colette turns the gas down on the stove and heads towards her front door. She opens it and steps out onto the landing to see where the lightning struck. She notices smoke a few blocks away from her location.
“That was freaking close.” Colette could hear sirens coming towards the fire caused by the lightning.
Corlette walks back into her apartment and finishes making her soup. She was glad that the lightning hadn’t knocked out the power to her apartment complex. After she finishes her soup, she cleans the kitchen and goes back to working on her new costume.
Before she goes to bed, she applies online to perform in the circus the Shiners are sponsoring. She hopes they accept her application. Around midnight, she turns in for the night.
The rest of the week, Colette practices what she wants to perform at the nearby park. The people that travel through the park, stop and watch her as she juggles flaming sticks and sharp knives. She doesn’t use dull knives when she practices, but laser-edged ones.
Between her performances, she takes a sip of cold water from her water bottle. She spots Officer Green and Officer Cruz walking toward her. She waves to them as she takes another sip from her water bottle.
“We need to see your permits, Colette.” Officer Cruz knew Colette always had them with her.
“Sure, no problem.” Colette pulls her permits out of her gym bag and hands them to Officer Cruz.
“What else do you have in that bag, Colette?” Officer Green has never seen Colette perform.
“Torches, knives, throwing rings, and juggling balls.” Colette opens her bag for Officer Green to look inside it.
Officer Green looks inside the gym bag and couldn’t believe how freaking big the knives were. He also noticed how sharp they were.
“Where did you get knives this big?” Officer Green pulls one out to look at.
“I had them custom made. They are made of Damascus steel and are perfectly balanced.” Colette pulls one out and balances it on her finger.
“They must have cost you a pretty penny.” Officer Green hands the one he was holding, back to Colette.
“They did, so what do I owe a visit from my two favorite police officers?” Colette looks at both officers.
“We’re following up on a complaint from a citizen that called the police station saying a person was playing with fire and large knives.” Officer Cruz knew it could only be one person.
“You got to be kidding me.” Colette couldn’t believe someone would do something that mean.
“Unfortunately, no. The woman was complaining about you being dangerous and such.” Officer Cruz just looks at Colette.
“So, what do you want me to do?”
“Nothing. If they call again or if another person calls complaining about you. We’ll just inform them that you have a permit to perform.”
“Thanks, I can’t believe someone can be that petty.” Colette wonders what is wrong with people.
“You know how people are, nowadays.”
“True, they are very, very crazy.” Colette couldn’t believe some of the stuff in the news.
“Be careful, Colette.” Officer Cruz liked Colette.
“I will and you two be careful as well.” Colette watches as Cruz and Green walk off.
Colette goes back to performing for the rest of the afternoon. She makes sure, she is careful when she does. Around early evening, she stops and starts packing her gear up. She drains her water bottle and walks toward her scooter.
Instead of heading home right away, Colette stops at her favorite sub shop and orders a foot-long meatball sub with onions. She was in the mood for a sub for dinner tonight. She arrives home and before she heads upstairs to her apartment. She checks her mail and takes it upstairs to her apartment.
Colette just drops everything she took with her in the living room. She’ll put it away after she eats the sub, she bought. She walks over to the sofa and sits down on it. While she is eating, she turns the television on and watches Blue Bloods. The episode was a rerun, so she was barely paying much attention to it.
Her cellphone beeps letting her know she has an email. She puts her sub down and looks at the email and notices that it was from Shiners. She opens it and they have approved her application to perform in their circus. Instructions were included on what she needed to do and when she could pick her tickets up.
A big cheshire smile appears on her face. She’ll have to come up with a routine, but she already had some idea of what she wanted to do. She goes back to watching her show afterward. While she is watching her show, her mind subconsciously starts working on a routine to perform at the circus.
The circus was still several weeks away, so she had plenty of time to develop a routine. When it starts getting late, she fixes herself some dinner and goes to bed afterward. While she is sleeping, she debates if she wants to do a standard clown or dress as a female Beetlejuice.
The next morning Colette wakes up and just lays in bed. She was so comfortable and didn’t want to get out of bed, but she knew if she didn’t. Nothing was going to get done today and she had a list of things she needed to do during the day.
She finally motivates herself to get out of bed and get dressed. Since she had a lot of things to do. She checks the weather and wears a pair of shorts and a nice tank top with dancing fairies on the front of it. She bought the tank top from a hippie lady that owned a unique store. Everything inside the store looked like it came from the ’60s and ’70s. It had a cool vibe to it. It was relaxing to walk around inside it.
She grabs the keys to her grey 2017 Honda Accord. She normally drives it when she has to do shopping or she is going to visit her family. Otherwise, she uses her scooter a lot to get around.
The first place she stops is Malinda’s Cloth World. She finds a close parking spot and parks. Once she shuts everything down, she gets out of her car and walks inside the store. She stands at the entrance and just looks around. She loved this place. She didn’t spot anyone at the
registers, which wasn’t unusual. If the store clerk wasn’t at the register, that means they were straightening things up or putting up new stock.
“Anna, are you working today?” Colette looks around for her friend and mentor. Everything she knew about designing and sewing she learned from Anna.
“I’m back here, Colette.” Anna sticks her hand up in the air and wave to Colette.
“What are you doing back there?” Colette starts walking toward Anna.
“Rearranging the shelves. We got some new product that came in and I’m making space for it. What brings you up here today?” Anna looks at Colette and notices how casually she was dressed.
She was still amazed after all these years, that the little boy she knew grew up to become a young lady. Nothing could have prepared her for that. Everything Colette did when she was younger never suggested that she was unhappy being a little boy.
Colette stops when she comes to her friend and mentor. There was product in baskets surrounding her.
“It looks like you have been busy.”
“That I have. So, what brings you up here today?” Anna knew Colette only came into the store to buy material for her costumes or to buy some patterns she needed or to modify for the costumes.
“I need pinstripe cloth to make a Beetlejuice costume.” Colette already decided what she wants to dress and perform as.
“Isn’t it a little early for Halloween?” Anna steps over a basket carefully.
“It’s for the Shriners circus. They are setting up a circus in town next month and I asked if I can perform at the event.”
“Let me guess, they said yes?” Anna knew how much Colette likes performing.
“Yep, so I decided last night I wanted to do a Beetlejuice routine.” Colette had a few ideas in mind already.
“You know, you can always buy the costume.” Anna leads Colette over to where the material she was looking for was stored.
“I know, but you know how intense my routines are. So, I need to make them from stronger fabric.” Colette very rarely used store-bought costumes.
Anna looks through several bolts of material until she finds the one, she is looking for. She pulls it out to see how much material was left on it. She locates the tag she puts on every bolt saying how much is left.
“There’s thirty feet of fabric on this bolt. How much do you want?” Anna looks at Colette to see what she wants.
“I’ll take everything left. I can make two or three outfits from it.” Colette knew she’ll need at least two outfits.
“What else do you want?” Anna knew Colette never bought just one item.
“Now that you ask.” A playful smile appears on Colette’s face.
“Up oh! I know that look.” Anna just smiles as she teases Colette.
Colette walks out of the store after an hour with her arms full of bolts of fabric, and several bags of supplies. She puts everything in the backseat of her Honda. Afterward, she gets in and drives towards her next stop.
She stops at a guy’s house that sells real leather and makes leather items. She places an order with him and orders several leather sheets. She was going to need them for making some shoes. She made all her shoes for her costumes.
After Colette was done there, she heads towards Blane’s Theatrical Supplies. When she walks into the place, they were a little busy. She loved this store as much as she loved the fabric shop. She grabs a basket to go shopping for the makeup she was going to need. They also had wigs and a few other items she wanted.
Colette spends about an hour in the store shopping. She was like a kid in a large candy store. By the time she was done buying everything, she was ready to move on to her next stop. She stops by the bank to drop off all the money she had earned from her performances. While she is waiting in line. A bunch of guys wearing a black masks and carrying military-style weapons rush into the bank.
One of them shoots up at the ceiling, while another one orders everyone down onto the floor. The one giving the orders looks at everyone “put all your phones, jewelry, money, and wallets into the bag.”
Another member of the crew holds a bag open and goes to everyone to collect their items. As he walks toward everyone, she watches him. She pulls out one of her knives she keeps on her for protection and hides it. She watches the guy guarding them and when the one guy gets to her. She strikes with her knife, sending it through the foot of the guy collecting the items from everyone.
The one guy guarding them turns to shoot her but gets shoot by an older gentleman. She twists the knife and reaches up and pulls the mask off the guy she stabs. The other two robbers that came in with the two under attack try to run, but one is shot by the older guy.
Colette pulls her knife out of the guy’s foot and throws it at the chest of the fourth person. It strikes the guy and sinks into his chest. He drops to the floor. The guy she stabbed tries to kick her, but she grabs his injured foot and flips him backward onto the floor. She jumps onto him and straddles his chest. She looks down into his hazel eyes “say goodnight, Gracie.”
She knocks him out as her brother taught her. She could hear sirens coming her way. The older guy that shot the one guarding them. He was looking at her with a smile on his face.
Wayne was impressed by the actions of the petite young woman with short dark brown hair. He saw how big the knife was sticking out of the chest of the one guy. He also wonders where she got it and what type of training she had. She was calm when she struck and handled herself pretty well.
Wayne walks over to the young woman as she straddled the robber. He reaches his hand down to her, avoiding the blood from the guy’s foot.
“Thanks.” Colette grabs the guy’s hand as he pulled her up.
“You’re welcome. Where did you learn what you did?” Wayne was curious.
“Self Defense classes. I use to get picked on and beat up when I was younger.” Colette looks at the older guy standing before her.
He had on a nice business suit and was physically fit. He looked like he was of mixed heritage. He was tall and had short light brown hair. It wasn’t a military-style haircut, but a stylist's short hair.
“I mean with the knife. That’s a huge knife and you threw it like it was nothing.” Wayne was curious.
“Oh, that. I’m a performer. I perform juggling sword and knife acts. I carry a knife around with me for self-defense. You never know what creeps might try to take advantage of a girl like me. I saw you carrying a gun. Are you a cop or something?” Colette watches the guy’s face.
“I’m a detective with the Charlestown police department.” Wayne watches the young woman’s expression.
“Well, detective. I’m Colette Thorton mime extraordinaire.” Colette causes one of her business cards to appear and hands it to the detective.
“Well, Mrs. Thorton. I’m Detective Penn with the Charlestown police department. If you ever get pulled over for speeding or some minor
infraction. Just hand this card to the police officer. It's good for one use.” Detective Penn hands Colette one of his courtesy cards.
“Thanks, Detective. I think those officers are going to want to talk to us.” As Colette spots the police cars pull up to the bank.
“Yep, I hope you don’t have any plans for the next few hours.”
“Just some grocery shopping, is all.” Colette hopes she can still deposit the money she had on her.
Detective Penn starts walking towards the entrance. He had his badge out to show the police he was one of them. He tells the first officer that approaches him what went down. He also tells them they need two ambulances.
Several of the people thank Colette for saving them. The bank manager informs her that the bank might reward her. She tries to tell him, they didn’t have to, but he insists.
For the next few hours, Colette is stuck at the bank answering questions. The media had shown up and they had a bunch of questions for her and Detective Penn. They also interviewed several of the employees and customers that were there as well.
By the time she was done with that, Colette debated if she wanted to go grocery shopping. She looks at the items in her car and figures she best go ahead and get her shopping done. That way, she could hide from people if she wanted to.
Colette pulls into the Piggly Wiggly parking lot and parks her car. She heads inside the store and goes about her shopping so far no one has heard what went on. She relaxes as she goes about doing her shopping. While she is in line to checkout. She notices a few kids being a little restless ahead of her.
A smile appears on her face as she throws her voice towards the stuffed animal the little girl held. She watches as the other children try to figure out what was going on. When they start pulling on the plushie, she makes it sound like it was in pain. She leans towards the children “I think you’re hurting her.”
The mother of the children looks at Colette and was amused by her antics as well. She didn’t know who the woman was, but she liked her. Just before she leaves, she mouths “thank you” to Colette.
A smile appears on Colette’s face as she checks out. She was going to need to order a new knife to replace the one she had to leave for evidence. She walks to her car and put her groceries into the back of the car.
While she is driving home, she listens to Katy Perry. She was a big fan of Katy Perry and Taylor Swift. She pulls into her parking lot and park. She has to make several trips as she carries everything she bought upstairs to her apartment. She checks the mail and takes it upstairs as well.
Once everything is in the apartment, she separates the bags and starts putting the groceries away first and starts on the other items, afterward. Even though she bought groceries, she orders some lunch for herself. She changes out of the clothes she wore and into another pair of shorts and a different tank top. She noticed there was some blood on her shorts from the robber. She pretreats her shorts to get the blood out.
Once the shorts were treated and soaking. Colette sits down and starts working on her Beetlejuice outfit. She makes sure to put a stretchy material in the crotch area, so she can do splits and kicks and such. She turns the radio on and listens to the music playing over the airwaves.
After a while, her doorbell rings and she looks at the ring camera and notices it was the delivery guy. She grabs some money from her purse and walks towards the door. She carefully opens the door and notices it was Greg.
“Hey, Greg.”
“Hey, Colette. Your order comes to seven, forty-five.” Greg looks at Colette and notices she wasn’t wearing a bra. He liked her round breasts and wonder what size bra she wore.
“Thanks, Greg. Here’s a ten-dollar bill. Keep the change.” Colette exchanges the money for her food.
She also noticed that Greg was staring at her breasts again. She should have left her bra on, instead of taking it off. She didn’t mind too much for him staring. She was amazed at how big her breasts started getting when she started hormones. Her sister started wearing a DD cup bra, after giving birth to her children. Her sister's breasts got bigger when she was pregnant and stayed that way after she finished breastfeeding her children.
“Thanks.” Greg pockets the money and walks off.
Colette just shakes her head as she shuts the front door. She felt the heat from the food through the paper it was packaged in. She walks over to her sofa and pulls her sub out. It was a nice Philly Cheesesteak from Phil’s steak house. He made the best Philly Cheesesteak in Charleston. She had ordered beer batter onion rings to go with her sub.
She turns the television on and searches for any mention of the bank robbery. She finds that all the local stations were reporting on it. She sits there and watches as they showed what happened. They don’t mention her name at all, which she is thankful for. She doesn’t want anyone to know she was involved.
After she finishes her sub and onion rings. She washes her hands and goes back to work on her costume. She had a lot of work to do.
Shiners Circus, Several Weeks Later:
Colette spotted her sister and brother and their family. She was glad they could make it. She walks over to them.
“Are you guys having fun?” Colette picks her nephew up and holds him.
“I can’t believe you came as Beetlejuice.” Rebecca looks at her little sister.
“Hey, I’m the ghost with the most.” Colette imitates Michael Keaton’s voice for Beetlejuice.
“Keep doing what you did weeks ago, you’ll end up being a ghost.” Michael looks at his little sister with a serious face.
“Hey, I just couldn’t lay there and let those men walk off with my hard-earned money. Do you know how hard I have to work to get enough money to live on?” Colette looks at her older brother for an answer.
“If you got a normal job, instead of clowning around as you do. You wouldn’t have to work so hard.” Michael has never approved of his little sister playing the fool or the mime act she does.
She was talented and smart enough to get a nice job either at his firm or at an insurance agency. He knew his sister was a B roll honor student throughout her years in high school.
“But I love what I do. I make people laugh.” Colette tickles her niece and nephew.
“Still, you can do better.” Michael holds his newborn daughter. His wife had to work today, so he got stuck taking his kids to the circus, thanks to his sister giving them VIP tickets.
“You sound too much like dad.” Colette knew her father didn’t approve of what she did.
Colette spends some time with her family before she must be inside the main tent to perform. While she is performing, she feels a sharp impact on her right leg. She could feel blood sliding into her underwear from where she just got injured while performing a handstand.
She feels another sharp impact on her right shoulder, as she rolls forward from the pain. She was gritting her teeth as she tries to move. Something hits next to her, just missing her.
Bobo spots blood coming from Colette’s right leg and right shoulder. He summons some of the other clowns and runs out to Colette to cover her. She was trying to keep the crowd from seeing her injuries.
“We got you covered, Colette.” Two of the clowns help her up off the ground and support her.
They escort her to where the paramedics were and sit her down on the stretcher. Both bullets had lodged themselves in her body. Colette felt the burning sensation from the bullets She has never been shot before.
She passes out on the way to the hospital. Whatever the paramedics gave her for the pain, it was enough to knock her out. One of the paramedics works on her as the other one drives them to the hospital.
Colette wakes up a day later and looks around the room she was in. She notices her mother was sitting next to the bed she was laying in. There was an IV going into Colette’s right arm and a machine connected to it, to deliver pain medicine to her.
“Where am I?” Colette looks at her mother.
Catherine was napping when she hears Colette’s voice. She opens her eyes and looks at her little girl “you’re in the hospital, sweetie. Someone shot you while you were performing.” She grabs and holds Colette’s hand.
“Man, talk about going out with a bang.” Colette just smiles at her daughter.
“Only you would be cracking bad jokes right now. Do you know who shot you?” Catherine had been informed by her son about what Colette did during a bank robbery.
She and her husband were both proud of Colette and worried as well. According to what her son found out from a friend of his on the police force. One of the bank robbers is the son of a Freddy Duran. He is a known criminal and has connections with several high-level Mafia members.
On top of that, the police never did catch the getaway driver. He was gone by the time they showed up, the getaway driver had left.
“Detective Penn stopped in to check on you. He wanted to see how you were doing.”
“Oh? Is he coming back?” Colette was curious if he was coming back.
“Yeah, he said he’ll be back this afternoon to check on you.” Catherine had seen the concern in his eyes when he looked at Colette, while she was unconscious.
A nurse comes in and checks on Colette. Her blood pressure was low, but nothing to be concerned about. The bullet wound to her right arm and leg was covered, but the nurse changes the dressing, and looked nasty.
“That looks like a very ugly mole.” As Colette looks at the wounds.
“You’re very lucky. The bullet only damages some of the muscles and tendons in her arm. It missed your bone.
“Does that mean, she’ll have to have physical therapy for her arm?” Catherine looks at Colette’s nurse.
“And her leg as well. The bullet nicked her femur.” Nurse DaCosta rewraps Colette’s leg and checks the pain medicine.
She looks at Colette “let me know if you need a stronger dose of pain medicine.
“Thanks, I will.” Colette watches as the nurse leaves.
The rest of the morning, Colette and her mother talk. Detective Penn shows up to check on her and to inform her that she’ll be getting police protection. Until this matter goes to court.
She finds out that he has been harassed as well. She could see where someone had sucker-punched him. The right-hand side of his face was bruised. He leaves and the rest of the afternoon she spends with Colette is visited by her older sister and brother.
Two Months Later:
Colette was a little nervous as she sat next to the prosecutor. Detective Penn was sitting next to her as well. She spotted the gang members that had attempted to rob the bank they had been at. The getaway driver had been caught. He was dumb enough to make a move against her while she was under police protection.
The robbers had hired some high-class lawyer to defend them. Every time he opened his mouth, she would throw her voice to make it sound like he just cut gas. When people look around to see what was going on. She would play all innocent.
Detective Penn gave her a look every time she pulled the prank. She had a feeling that he knew it was her. She just smiled at him as they listen to the defense attorney. He was pretty good and tried to make her look bad on the stand, but she turned the tables on him. By making it seems that his clients were of low intelligence and morons.
The audience and Detective Penn loved the way she played the defense attorney. He did everything he could to make her look like a crazy person when he showed her a huge juggling knife. How his client had tried to help her, but she stabbed him in the foot and killed his friend.
The problem the defense attorney had, was that Colette knew how to make him look like a loser every time he tried to make her look bad. She knew how to twist facts and perceptions as well. By the time the jury made their verdict, the defense lawyer looked like a fool. Plus, it didn’t help that she kept throwing her voice as well.
When Colette and Penn step out of the courtroom. He looks at Colette “was it necessary for what you did in there to be the defense lawyer?”
“He deserved it. He tried to make his clients look like angels while bad-mouthing us and trying to trip us up. He knew he couldn’t get to you. So, he went after me, but I turned the table against him.
“Have you always been this clever?” Detective Penn had to give Colette credit for what she said.
“I’m an entertainer, it's what I do best.” Colette smiles at Detective Penn.
“Remind me to never piss you off. I would hate to see how you would retaliate.”
“Oh, I would have so much fun.” Colette rubs her hands together and an evil smile appears on her face.
Detective Penn just shakes his head as he walks off.
A smile appears on Colette’s face afterwards as she walks off with her family. She looks at the statue of Lady Justice as she walks out of the courthouse “I bet you are smiling.” As she catches up with her mother.
Lavender Lounge:
Colette couldn’t believe how busy the lounge was at tonight. It’s been a while since she went out and partied. After her weekend with the girls at Mona’s house. She has been wanting more of the bonding she did with them.
After what happened earlier today, she needed to relax. She goes out on the dance floor, and in no time, she is surrounded by a bunch of other women. Some of them were out of her league, but a few she might have a shot with if she was looking for a girlfriend.
She is dancing to the music with her eyes closed. She feels someone close to her. The other person's body was extremely close to her own. She opens her eyes to see who it is and notices Officer Wicker dancing in front of her.
“Evening officer, come here often?” Colette was surprised to see Officer Wicker from this morning dancing in front of her.
“Not as much as I like to. Work keeps me busy.” After the day Katrina had, she wanted to go out and relax. She hadn’t counted on running into Mrs. Thorton at the club.
“I heard crime never rest.” A playful smile appears on Colette’s face.
“Except on full moon nights and football Mondays.”
“What, criminals take the time off to watch football?” Colette was surprised by that statement.
“Yeah, they don’t like doing anything on game night. So, what brings you out tonight?” Katrina noticed how Colette was dressed.
“I had a girl’s weekend with some friends and decided I need to start living life instead of just watching television all the time.” Colette figures she spends too much time in front of her television.
“There’s nothing wrong with spending a nice night at home.” Sometimes, Katrina didn’t feel like going out.
“True, but when it's night, after night. Day after day. I think I have a problem.” Colette had to admit she spent to much time at home.
“Well, from what I have heard about you around the precinct. I can see why you spend so much time at home. You perform a lot down at the boardwalk when the humidity is high and the trouble you have helped to stop. Not to mention the bullets you took while performing at the circus.”
“I just can’t stand back and let crime happen around me. Plus, I enjoy what I do, and I know the people who come down the boardwalk enjoy it.” Colette knew the people who came to the boardwalk enjoyed her foolishness.
“Well, tonight. Let’s make sure you enjoy yourself.” Katrina leans forward and kisses Colette.
Colette returns the kiss and, afterwards, starts dancing with Katrina.
The two of them dance close to one another. Grinding their bodies against one another and kissing. They stop every so often to drink some drinks and go back out onto the dance floor to dance.
The following day, Colette wakes up snuggled against Katrina. Both women were nude, with Katrina holding her. She loved feeling Katrina pressing her chest against her back. She turns around to face Katrina and starts kissing her. She presses her groin area up against Katrina’s.
In the next hour or so, Colette explores Katrina’s body and brings her to new heights.
After they were done making love to each other. Katrina joins Colette in the shower, where they explore each other’s bodies more. After showering and getting dressed. They stopped by Colette’s place so she could change clothes.
Once Colette is dressed, they leave and go grab some brunch. Colette and Katrina spend the day with each other, learning about one another. They walk down the boardwalk holding hands.
Katrina looked at Colette as she walked beside her. “I never knew you were a lesbian.”
“I just recently discovered it myself.” Colette hadn’t known she enjoyed sex with a woman before.
“Oh?” Katrina looks at Colette with a surprised look on her face.
“I was surprised as well.” Colette inhales the crisp sea air coming off the waves.
“Well, I hope it's not just a passing feeling.” Katrina enjoyed their lovemaking last night.
“I don’t think it is.’ As Colette kisses Katrina on the lips.
The two of them continued walking down the boardwalk, enjoying each other’s company. The weather was nice out as they enjoyed the view and sound.
Colette and Katrina were out buying new string bikinis. Colette holds up one that caught her attention “what do you think about this one?”
Katrina turns around to look at Colette and the suit she was holding. The color matched Colette’s eyes and the cut of the top section would look nice supporting Colette’s breasts.
“It looks nice. Are you sure you want to wear something so skimpy to your friend’s pool party?”
“Trust me, this is mild compared to what some of the other women wear and what some of the gay guys that will be there. The only person who wears anything smaller is Tina. She’s a ladyboy from Thailand.”
“How did she get here in the states?” Katrina was curious.
“She was a contestant on that drag race program and meet Craig while he was working in California.” Colette knew that when Craig and Tina saw each other, it was love at first sight.
“So, she married Craig?” Katrina knew that was one way to get citizenship.
“Yep, and they have been happily married for the past four years.” Colette picks up a few bottles of suntan lotion. She was almost out.
After shopping for new swimsuits, they visit a gadget store Colette likes going to. Katrina was amazed at the place.
“What are you getting here?” Katrina knew Colette had a lot of places she shops at.
“A few specialties item. I showed Frances’s picture to my neighbor and he said that he looked like the guy that came out of my apartment.”
“So, your thinking it might be Frances?”
“Yeah. What did your criminal search turn up?” Colette knew Katrina did a background search on a few suspects.
“Other then a few traffic tickets. Frances doesn’t have a history of attacking and drugging women.” Katrina was surprised that his police record was pretty clean.
“Well, we’ll see.” Colette buys a few concealable cameras, a special powder that is revealed when you use a special light and another that reveals itself when the body heats up.
Colette was planning on mixing it with her suntan lotion. That way when someone grabs her, the color will give the person away. She wishes there was a way to detect if someone was using a date rape drug in her drink, but there wasn’t.
Katrina was impressed by Colette’s sneaky idea. She wonders if Colette’s plan will work. After shopping for some spy gadgets and chemicals. The two of them stop at a nearby restaurant to have some lunch.
Katrina was glad she took a few days off from work. She was enjoying the time she was spending with her new girlfriend. She was having fun with Colette.
After lunch, and after dropping off Colette’s purchases in her car. They head towards the boardwalk and walk the length of it enjoying the sun.
“I enjoy how nice today is.” Colette looks at Katrina with a smile on her face.
“Me too, sweetie.” Katrina gives Colette’s hand a light squeeze.
The two of them walk together until they get to the end and look out towards the ocean. They stand there watching the seagulls and the waves. There were a few ships out on the water sailing.
“Have you ever been sailing before?” Colette looks at Katrina.
“No, I’ve always wanted too. How about you?” Katrina looks at Colette to watch her facial expression.
“Nope, I wouldn’t mind, though.” Colette would love to go sailing.
“We’ll have to see how much that would cost.” Katrina wouldn’t mind.
Colette leans her head against Katrina and just watch the waves. She has never felt like this about anyone before. They stand there for a while, before turning and heading back towards the car.
The next day, Colette wakes up in her own bed. Katrina had to go to work and fill in for one of the officers. She knew Katrina wanted to spend the day with her, but Katrina was a decided cop.
Colette didn’t mind, because it gave her time to make some adjustments to her straw hat and clean the thermal cup she bought yesterday. It had a hidden camera and recorded voices when it detected someone talking.
Colette throws on a simple camisole and a pair of shorts. She doesn’t bother with a bra or panties. She was going to go commando today. She sits down at her work bench and secure the miniature camera and recorder to her straw hat. She tucks it behind the ribbon that encircles the hat.
Once she finishes with the hat, she puts a GPS tracking tag inside the saddles she planned on wearing to the party. This way, Katrina could track her. She wishes she could get something like the trackers they put inside dogs to put inside her.
Since she never wears any earrings while swimming, she wouldn’t start now. However, she wonders if she could put a GPS tracker inside a small baggy like they use to sell crack in, inside her swimsuit? She grabs her new swimsuit and examine the cups. She might be able to hide a tracker inside the cup.
She walks into the kitchen and grab some plastic wrap and take it back into her work room. She wraps the tracker in plastic and put it inside her bikini top. She tries it on and smooths the cups out to hide the tracker.
After hiding the trackers and double checking everything to make sure it works. She walks into her kitchen and start fixing herself a cup of coffee. She couldn’t wait to trap Frances.
While the coffee is brewing, Colette grabs some frozen chesses toast out of the freezer and put them in the toaster oven. Since she didn’t eat any breakfast, the toast will hold her over until she’ll meet up with Katrina later.
Frances watches as Colette sits on the shoulders of Jessie as they played volleyball in the deep end. He noticed that Colette was wearing a new bikini that was nothing but a piece of dental floss covering her groin area. The small triangle piece of fabric looked like it was giving her a camel toe.
He noticed that Colette had brought a new thermal cup with her that had clowns juggling pins on it. He watches as she manages to send the huge beach ball back over the net. The girl he has been keeping locked up and using for his pleasure had been left out in the middle of nowhere in just her birthday suit.
He had made sure to scrub her body and uses a douche product to clean her vagina of any of his semen he left inside of her. He didn’t have to worry about leaving any pubic hair, because he was cleaned shaven down in his groin area. Plus, giving her a bath to remove anything left on her body washed away any hair he might have left.
He watches as Colette falls backwards off the shoulders of her partner and into the water. Hopefully, he can finally have his way with her. That other girl was a poor substitute for her.
Colette spatters as she surfaces from falling backwards from her friend Jessie’s shoulders. She shouldn’t have tried to intercept the beach ball when it came towards her. Now, she and Jessie were out of the game.
She looks towards Jessie “sorry for getting us disqualified from the game.”
“It’s no problem. So, how are things going between you and your new girlfriend?” Jessie had spotted Colette with a new woman at the club last Friday night.
“She’s remarkable. I love the way she makes me cum.” Colette loved how Katrina took control during their love making and how she brought her to orgasm.
A smirk appears on Jessie’s face “I don’t think I have ever heard a woman talk like that.”
“Well, I’m only a proper woman in public and a slut in the bedroom.” Colette didn’t feel any shame on admitting that she liked sex with her girlfriend.
“I know what you mean. Sex between me and Joey has been remarkable. We’re talking about going on a cruise in December.”
“Where too?” Colette was standing near Jessie cooling off.
“The Caribbean. We’re going to Florida to go on a cruise for a week. I can’t wait to spend some alone time with Joey.”
“That should be fun. What are George and William going to be doing while you guys are gone?” Colette knew Jessie, Joey, George, and William shared a house together.
“They are going camping up at Sherando Park for a week. You know how us bears are, we love mother nature.”
“And leather, chest hair and a few other things.” A playful smile appears on Colette’s face.
“Only George and William are like that. I like my men without any body hair and a thick cock.” A playful smile appears on Jessie’s face.
Colette shakes her head and gets ready for another game. She teams up with Jessie again and tries this time not to get kicked out of the game. They managed to stay in the game long enough to win.
After the game, Colette gets out of the pool and grab a plate of barbecue, potato salad and macaroni salad. She walks over to her lounger and spots Frances standing nearby. He smiles at her.
“That’s a cute outfit. Is it new?” Frances saw that Colette’s nipples were pressing against her cups.
“Yeah, I just bought it yesterday.” Colette spreads her towel out on the lounger and sits down.
“You look like you could go for a cold drink. Why don’t I get you one.” As he reaches for her thermal cup.
“Okay.” Colette smiles at Frances and wonders if he was going to make his move on her now.
“What would you like to drink?” Frances picks the cup up.
“Coke will be fine.”
“One coke cola coming up.” Frances turns and walks off with the cup.
He screws the top off and fills it with some ice and dumps some a little clear liquid into the cup. Afterwards, he fills it up with coke cola and screws the top back onto it. He twirls the liquid inside to mix the drug with the cola.
Colette pulls her tablet out of her beach bag and uses the app that allows her to access the camera on the cup. She turns it on and watches as Frances fixes her drink. She does notices he adds something from a little bottle to her drink, after putting the ice in. She watches as he pours cola into the cup and the blurry image of the cup being twirl around.
“Gottcha!” Colette saves the footage and put her tablet back in her beach tote.
“Here you go, Colette.” As Frances hands the cup back to Colette after walking back over to her.
“Thanks.” Colette pretends to take a sip from the cup but doesn’t.
Frances sits down on the lounger next to Colette’s and watches her. He knew it was going to take more than a small sip to make her pass out.
“So, what have you been up too since last time?” Frances has been watching Colette from a distance. He knew she was dating a cop.
“Not much. I’ve met someone new, and we have been hanging out a lot.” Colette takes a bite from her barbecue sandwich.
She pretends to take a sip form her cup afterwards. She knew she’ll have to pretend she is getting tired suddenly. She eats some more and takes another fake drink.
Frances was watches Colette and wonders how soon with the drug kick in. He knew the dose was strong enough to put a light weight like her out. He was getting anxious and wanted to fuck her soon. He could feel his cock getting hard just from thinking about it.
After a few more sips from her cup. Colette pretends to be getting tired. She looks at Frances “I must have been more tired than I thought.” As she slurs her words on purpose.
“Here, let me escort you to one of our bedrooms.” Frances helps Colette up off her lounger and grab her tote as well.
Colette pretends she is being affected by the drug as she leans heavily onto Frances. She was going to wait for the right time. As she feels him support her.
Instead of going to a spare bedroom, Frances escorts Colette to his bedroom. She could scream all she wanted too in there and no one would hear her. He had the room soundproof and he had handcuffs and ankle cuffs attached to his bed frame to secure her.
When they make it to his bedroom, he shuts the door behind him and locks it. He slowly moves her over to his bed, as he drops her tote on the floor.
“This isn’t one of the spare bedrooms.” Colette has spent the night here before and knew what they looked like.
“No, it isn’t. It’s where you are going to please me.” As Frances pushes rips Colette’s bottom and top from her. He pushes her onto the bed.
An evil smile appears on Colette’s face as she rolls backwards off Frances’s bed. She looks at him “did you honestly think I didn’t know you have been drugging me?”
Frances looked surprised when Colette rolled backwards off his bed and stood up. He looks at her naked body in surprised “I don’t care if you did or not. One way or another, your sweet ass is going to be mine.”
“Fat chance, dumb ass.” Colette uses the wall behind her and jump towards Frances, shoving him into the wall behind him.
“Hump!” As Frances feels his back hit the wall behind him.
He goes to grab Colette, but she had already moved. He knew she was quick, but he hadn’t realized how quick she was. He charges towards her and knocks her backwards onto his bed. He forcefully kisses her mouth.
Colette grabs Frances lips with her teeth and bite down hard, while bring her knee up to his groin and knee him hard. She wasn’t going to let him get the better of her. She digs her fingernails into his back and scrape hard leaving bloody welts on his back.
Frances flinches when he feels Colette’s teeth grab his lips and when he feels knee hit his groin area. He knew he was lucky when she hit, because she missed his testes by a few inches. He arches his back, when he feels her sharp fingernails dig into the flesh of his back.
He yanks his mouth free and tries to punch her face with his right fist. He watches as she moves her head in time and feels her get her leg up under him. The next thing he feels is her kicking him in the chest and sending him falling backwards from her.
Colette kicks up after sending Frances falling off her body. She was lucky she was so nimble and could get her legs up between them. She walks over to Frances in the face.
She follows through with another fist like her older brother taught her to do. She saw that Frances was trying to block her punches, but she faked him out.
“I bet you never got beaten by a woman before.” As she kicks him hard between the legs.
Frances doubles over when Colette’s foot connected with his groin area. He spits up blood from the force alone. He looks at her standing naked before him “how?”
“Because I’m smarter than the average BEAR!” As Colette knocks Frances out.
She looks around notices her straw hat was nearby. She grabs her sundress out of her tote and unlocks the door to the room. She goes to find
Peter and George to let them know what happened.
She spots Peter and later finds George as well. He looks at Peter “you need to come with me.”
“Alright.” Peter wonders why Colette was dress the way she was.
All three of them walk back into the house and towards Frances’s bedroom. When they enter the room, they find it in a shambles with Frances knocked out on the other side of the bedroom. He was bloody and had blood coming out of his mouth.
“What happened?” Peter looks towards Colette for an answer.
“This.” Colette pulls the footage she recorded from her hidden devices.
The three of them watch it as Colette kicks Frances’s ass. They hear everything he said to her before and during the fight. Peter glances over towards Frances as he laid unconscious.
George looks at Colette “damn, girl. You are flexible.”
Peter and Colette shake their head at his comment. They knew what he meant and couldn’t believe he had commented on it.
“Thanks for showing me this, Colette. I had no idea Frances has been doing this to you.” Peter didn’t know every time Colette came over Frances was drugging her.
“I don’t blame you, Peter.” She lays her hand on his shoulder.
Frances is picked up by the police and all the footage Colette has, she makes a copy of and gives it to the detectives handling her case.
Afterwards, she heads home and runs a bath. By the time the tub fills up and she was undressed. She collapses in the tub and freakout.
Colette’s Place:
Colette stumbles into her apartment and falls face-first towards the rug-covered floor. She blacks out with her apartment door slightly opened. Since she is unconscious, she doesn’t feel herself picked up and carried toward her living room.
Frances looks down at Colette with an evil look on his face. He finally had her where he wanted her. The drugs he slipped into her drink without her knowing, were finally working. He had been informed that she would be at a party a mutual friend of theirs was throwing. He made sure to confirm that she was going to be there, before selecting the drugs he was going to use on her.
He was already tired of the prostitute he took off the street and kept her as his plaything. He has worn the poor thing out after using her for one last time. He left her naked on the outskirts of Charleston without any id after cleaning her up.
He has been fantasizing that she was Colette and did to her what he has been wanting to do to Colette. As he was about to have his way with Colette, there was a knocking sound coming from Colette’s apartment front door. He lets out a little growl, as he walks over to see who it was.
He looks through the peephole and saw an older man standing on the other side of it. Frances opens the door to see what the man wanted.
Bobby had seen Colette stumble up to their floor after being dropped off by an Uber. He has seen the car before and knew it was someone
Colette knew. As he was parking his car. He spotted a shadow moving up the stairs. After parking his car and rushing up the stairs, he spotted the shadow entering Colette’s apartment. Something didn’t seem right to him.
So, he stopped at her apartment door and knocks on it. He wanted to make sure Colette was okay. He knew she had just been in a car accident, which left her valuable.
He knocks again until the door opened and spotted a young man on the other side of it. Something about the young man didn’t seem right to him as he looks at him.
“Hi, I’m Colette’s neighbor, and saw her stumble up the stairs. Is she okay?” Bobby was trying to see past Frances.
Frances knew this wouldn’t work for him. He was going to rape her and leave no presence. This guy saw him and that complicated things for him.
“She fell down inside her apartment unconscious. I just got finished putting her to bed and was going to leave.”
“If you don’t mind, I would like to check on her. I care for her like my own daughter.” Bobby wanted to make sure Colette was okay.
“Sure.” Frances steps aside to let the older man inside.
He watches as the older man walks toward the master bedroom. He hated the fact the guy ruined his plans. He wasn’t going to get many more chances to have his way with Colette.
Bobby looks in on Colette and notices she was still wearing the dress she had worn. He walks over to her and makes her more comfortable by removing her heels. He lays the throw blanket laying on a nearby chair over her body.
Once he was sure she was okay, he walks back into the living room, where Frances was standing. A smile appears on his face “She’s going to have a headache when she wakes up.”
“I think you are right.” Frances had used a drug that would give Colette the runs.
“I’ll check on her later.” Bobby starts walking towards the front door.
“I’ll call later and check on her as well.” Frances follows Bobby out of the apartment after checking the door was locked.
The next morning Colette wakes up and rushes towards the bathroom. Her bowels were about to empty and she didn’t want to have poop all in her underwear or dripping down her legs. Her bottom hits the toilet seat just in time as her bowls release their contents.
As she is sitting on the toilet, doing her business. She wonders what the hell happened last night at the party. She doesn’t drink alcoholic drinks, but it felt like her drinks had been spiked. On top of that, she made sure to keep a close eye on her drinks after what happened at Peter’s pool party. Whatever she was given last night, it was playing hell with her stomach and giving her the runs. She finishes up doing her business in the bathroom and head towards the kitchen to fix herself some light breakfast. Her mind was still a little fuzzy from whatever was given to her.
Her shoulder was still hurting and there was a huge bruise on it. She pours herself a bowl of frost mini-wheats and sits down at the kitchen table to eat. She watches an episode of MASH 4077 while she is eating. She likes the pranks that Hawkeye and BJ pull on Major Winchester.
After she finishes eating, she goes into her workroom and works on a few projects. Every once in a while, she has to get up and run to the bathroom. While she is working on her projects, she hears someone knocking at her front door. She leaves her workroom and walks towards the living room, and looks through the peephole to see who it was.
She spots that it was Bobby White from the apartment across from her. A smile appears on her face as she opens “Good morning, Mr. White. What do I owe this visit?”
Mr. White smiles at Colette “I thought I would check on you and see how you are doing after last night.”
“Please tell me I didn’t do something stupid that will come back to hunt me.” As Colette steps aside to let Mr. White into her apartment.
She shuts the door behind him and escorts him to the living room. She looks at him “Please, have a seat.”
“Thank you, my dear, and no, you didn’t do anything stupid that you’ll regret. Your friend made sure of that.” Mr. White sits down on the sofa.
“My friend? I don’t recall riding home with anyone.” Colette looks at Mr. White with a puzzled look on her face.
“You don’t remember a gentleman with dark stylish hair coming into your apartment, last night and putting you to bed?” Mr. White watches Colette’s reaction.
“Nope, I remember getting into a Uber and coming home. I was so out of it last night. That I was slurring my words, would you care for a cup of coffee or anything to drink?”
“No, I’m fine, Colette. There was a nice young man with short stylish black hair that said he was a friend of yours in your apartment last night.”
“Did he give you a name, Mr. White?” Colette doesn’t remember coming home with anyone. She had a confused look on her face.
“I’m afraid I did ask him, Colette.”
Colette sits down next to Mr. White on the sofa. She looks at him “Do you remember anything else about him?”
“He was well built and real nice. He was dressed all in black. He was also about six or seven inches taller than me. He seemed that he was concerned about you.”
Colette knew a lot of guys that match that description. She tries to remember if anyone came home with her.
“I have no idea who it could be.” Colette was stumped on who it could be.
“Well, I’m just glad you're okay.” Mr. White wonders who the guy was he met last night.
“Thanks. So, other than checking up on me. What have you been up too?” Colette watches Mr. White.
Mona’s House, Charleston, S. C.:
Colette couldn’t believe she let Rebecca talk her into being in the nude. Her arm was still in a sling, but they were in the backyard lounging around the swimming pool. Rebecca’s girlfriend Mona was sitting in her favorite lounger in the nude. Her friend Carol was walking around in the nude as well.
Between the four of them, Mona’s breasts were bigger than all of them. They were like two huge globes resting against her chest. On top of that, Mona’s whole body had a nice dark tan to it. Not one inch wasn’t tanned. Rebecca on the other hand, had tan lines from where she wore her thong bikini to cover her body.
Carol on the other hand was as pale as herself. The two of them stuck out like a sore thumb with their pale skin. Carol was a nurse who normally worked the night shift at Thomas Medical Hospital. Rebecca was a dancer and normally traveled with her dance troupe.
Colette was lying on her stomach with Rebecca rubbing suntan lotion onto her body. Every once in a while, Rebecca’s fingers would rub the side of Colette’s breasts. Colette felt Rebecca straddling and sitting on her butt.
“Turn over, I want to put the lotion on your chest.” Rebecca stood up so Colette could turn over.
Colette turns over and looks up at Rebecca’s face “You just want to feel me up.”
“That too.” A playful smile appears on Rebecca’s face.
“Rebecca, you are such a flirt.” Carol looks over at her friend.
Carol knew Rebecca was married to Mona. The two of them have been lovers ever since college and when same-sex marriage became legal. They went to Vegas and got married.
Mona inherited her fortune from her grandfather and invested half of it into Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, and a few other tech companies. She had a natural talent when it came to money. She knew which stocks or investments would do good and which ones wouldn’t. She didn’t have to work if she didn’t want to.
As for her body, she was never happy with the one she was born with. So, she has had several plastic surgeries and trained hard to achieve the look she has today. She has always wanted to have big breasts.
Rebecca straddles Colette’s waist and sits right on her groin area. She made sure her vagina folds of skin were covering Colette’s. An evil smile appears on Rebecca’s face as she squirts some lotions onto Colette’s chest and starts rubbing it in.
Colette shakes her head as she feels Rebecca rub and grope her body. She knew Rebecca was a big flirt and loved playing with a woman’s body. What she knew of Rebecca’s background, she knew Rebecca came from a conservative family and attended catholic school her whole life.
Colette knew Rebecca’s life changed when she met Sister Mary Jo. It was during that time she went to a convent in Europe to see if it was what she wanted. The feelings she had been burying for a long time surfaced, thanks to sister Mary Jo. During her entire time in Europe, she learned what it was like to be a lesbian from Sister Mary Jo.
When she came back to the United States and started changing. Her parents didn’t know what had happened to her and when she turned eighteen years old, she joined a dance troupe and started traveling to get away from her family. It was while she was at a party she met Mona and they started seeing each other.
While Rebecca is straddling Colette’s waist, she looks down into Colette’s hazel eyes “When was the last time you had sex with anyone?”
“When I healed from my surgery. I went out and had sex with five guys.” Colette wanted to try out her new vagina and so she went bar hopping looking for just one-night stands.
“When was the last time you had sex with a woman?” Rebecca leans down and kisses Colette on the lips.
Colette returns the kiss. She has never had sex with a woman. She thought about it, but she wanted to try to be a normal girl and enter into a male and female relationship. She loved how Rebecca tasted and the feeling of her hands on her breasts.
The next thing Colette feels, is Carol and Mona joining them. Carol was bisexual and enjoyed her boyfriend's thick cock inside her pussy. However, she did like eating out a woman and tasting their juices.
For the next three hours, all four ladies enjoy each other’s bodies but are careful with Colette’s injuries. They slip into the pool to cool off. While they are relaxing in the pool, Mona calls her favorite Korean restaurant which delivers and orders food for them.
While they are waiting for the food to be delivered, Rebecca makes drinks for everyone. When she starts passing the drinks out and gets to Colette “Here, you’ll like this.” As she hands it to Colette.
Colette looked at it and normally, she didn’t drink alcoholic drinks. But since she was among people she trusted, she went ahead and drank it. She had to admit, that Rebecca was right. She did like it.
After dinner, Rebecca puts a show on for the group. She has Mona join her as they dance skin to skin. Rebecca and Mona pull Colette and Carol out of their lounger and have them join them. Mona, Rebecca, and Carol all sit and grind on Colette’s face. All three women make Colette drink their juices as it flows out of their bodies and into her mouth. They also please her as well.
Once all four women are worn out, they go inside and up to their rooms. Colette is pulled into Carol’s room, where the two of them make out for the next few hours before falling asleep. Colette slept like a baby from all the sex, and swimming they had been doing. She snuggles up against Carol during the night.
When she wakes up the next morning. She finds herself being held by Carol. Carol was pressed tight against her body and was holding her against her own body. Colette could taste Carol’s dried fluids on her lips. She was also enjoying being held by Carol as well.
She closes her eyes again and just enjoys being held and the warmth of Carol’s body against hers. She still didn’t know which way she preferred, but she was enjoying being held by Carol. She’s woken up when Carol releases her and sprints to the bathroom. She turns around and watches Carol's red burned butt as she runs towards the bathroom.
After a few minutes, she heard Carol letting out a moan as she relieved her bladder. Colette watches as Carol walks up to the sink and wash her
hands. Carol left the bathroom door open.
“Feel better?”
“Yes, how about you? How do you feel?” Carol walks over and sits on the bed, next to Colette.
“Confused and happy.” Colette knew it had been a while since she had had any sex with anyone.
The sex she had last night with the girls was enjoyable and pleasant. Even the sex she had with Carol was enjoyable.
“I’m glad you enjoyed yourself.” As Carol leans down and kisses Colette.
Colette returns the kiss. She loved how Carol’s lips felt against her own. After a while, she stops kissing Carol.
“Come on, let’s go and grab a shower together before we join Mona and Rebecca.” Carol grabs Colette’s good arm and drags her out of bed.
An hour and a half later, the two of them walk downstairs towards the kitchen. When they walk into the kitchen, they spot Rebecca dressed as a cat. The outfit she was wearing looked like something from Andrew Llyod Webber's musical CATS.
“What is up with Rebecca this morning?” As Colette feels Rebecca rub up against her.
Mona watches her wife as she acts like a cat. She knew Rebecca loved roleplaying and cosplay.
“She’s in one of her moods this morning.” Mona didn’t mind, because Rebecca’s antics made her laugh.
“Meow?” Rebecca looks at everyone with her cutest look.
“So, I take it that we are staying in today?” Colette didn’t mind.
“Since it is planning on raining in a few hours. I would have to say yes. I got a bunch of movies we can watch and if nothing else.” As Mona walks over to Colette “We can enjoy each other like we did yesterday by the pool.”
Colette’s cheeks turn beet red. She had to admit she enjoyed herself yesterday with all three ladies.
“Look how red Colette is turning.” Rebecca had an evil smile on her face.
“Alright, I enjoyed myself yesterday.” Colette couldn’t help it.
“Come on, let’s make some breakfast and watch a movie or two.” Carol pats Colette on her butt as she walks past her.
Colette wakes up in her bed a few days later after spending the weekend at Mona’s house. She enjoyed herself with all three women and wanted more of it. The meaningless sex she had after her surgery didn’t turn her off to sex with men, but she felt the sex she had with another woman meant more.
She gets up out of bed and walks into the bathroom to take a shower and do her morning business. Her shoulder was doing better and figured by next week, she could stop using the sling. After Colette finishes her shower, she brushes out her hair and checks her email. One of her clients wanted to know if she would be willing to do a funny strip show for her.
Colette just smirks when she reads the request and who the email is from. She wasn’t surprised that the request came from Mrs. Corning. She always liked to do something unusual, plus she has known Mrs. Corning since she started performing.
Colette responds to Mrs. Corning's request and asks her who she would like for her to perform as. She knew Mrs. Corning always had an idea of what she wanted to see. Once she was done answering the numerous emails she got. She gets dressed in a pair of leggings and a sleeveless top.
Colette grabs the keys to her new, used Honda and her purse and walks downstairs to her Honda. She just received it a few days ago and hasn’t driven it much. Since she has a doctor's appointment, today. She was going to drive over to see her doctor.
Colette drives over to see her doctor and is told she doesn’t have to use her sling all the time. She is told that she can’t be doing any handsprings or cartwheels. Neither can she be doing any juggling either.
After visiting the doctor, Colette stops at the nearest convenience store to buy a soda. She needed the quick energy boost. Since she has been at home a lot, she needed to restock her pantries.
As she is walking out of the store. Colette notices some sketchy individuals walking towards the store. An evil smile appeared on her face as they came closer.
She hangs nearby and watches as they walk into the store. She could see what was going on inside. One of the young men grabbed a cube of beer and walked towards the cashier to pay for it. Just as he gets close to the cashier, he runs towards the door with the beer. The other two guys that came in with him, go to block the cashier from intervening.
Just as the guy with the beer goes to open the door, she sticks her foot out and watches as the guy falls to the ground. The other guys following him, fall on top of him, after tripping on him.
“Smile guys, you’re on the dumbest crooks around TV.” As Colette records them with her cell phone.
One of the guys looks up at the young woman recording them. He gets up and tries to knock Colette’s cell phone out of her hands. He misses as she steps back from him.
“Sorry, but I have already sent the picture to channel ten. You guys are going to be famous.” A smile appears on Colette’s face.
The police show up and arrest the young men. When they searched the guys, two of the three young men found two Glock handguns on them
with the serial number filed away. While Colette explained what happened and showed the video, she sent it to channel ten. She noticed that the female police officer that had shown up, kept looking towards her.
Colette wonders why the woman kept looking towards her. She watches as the older woman walks over to her. There was a smile on her face.
“Hi, I’m Officer Wicker, could you tell me what you saw, Ms.?”
“Thorton, Colette Thorton, mime extraordinary.” Colette liked adding on the last part.
Officer Wicker looked at Colette and couldn’t believe that this young woman had been the one she had been hearing about at the precinct. Some of the officers who knew Ms. Thorton spoke about how trouble always seemed to find her.
“You know, Ms. Thorton. You have a reputation down at the precinct.”
“Let me guess, trouble seems to follow me around?” Colette figures that was what people were saying about her.
“Yeah, it seems that trouble likes to find you.”
“I’m not hard to find, officer.” Colette smiles at Officer Wicker.
“From what I hear, that is true. Now, if you could tell me what happened. You can be on your way.”
“No problem.” Colette noticed that Officer Wicker had hazel eyes.
Colette starts telling Officer Wicker everything. She even shows the video of the guys as well. She notices that Officer Wicker smirks when she spots the young men fall to the ground.
After giving the officers a copy of the video. Colette leaves and goes to pick up some lunch. After lunch, she heads home to see if she has everything, she needs to do the strip show. She never exposes her own body but uses a nude body suit that has the right prosthetic body parts to cover her body.
She checks her email again and finds out that Mrs. Corning wants her to show up as Harley Quinn. A smile appears on her face, because she loved playing Harley. She knew the body measurements and the prosthetic parts on the nude stocking matched the ones for Harley Quinn.
It’s been a while since she has worn the body stocking. The last time she wore it, was for a gag she pulled on her friend. Her friend’s wife and her dressed similar to each other and pranked her friend.
She takes the suit and toss it in the washer, along with a few other items and run the washer on delicate. That way the suit won’t get damage. While the laundry was going, Colette walks into the kitchen and looks at what she wanted to make for dinner.
Colette decided to order out instead of cooking something. She dials her favorite sub shop and order a sub and onion rings. While she is waiting for the delivery, she selects a Batman, cartoon movie to watch.
Colette loved lying next to Katrina. The past two weeks since they started dating and having sex have been wonderful. She’s learned so much about herself from Katrina and about women as well. She didn’t know a woman was capable of squirting out a milky liquid or that when she brought Katrina to an orgasm, she squirted out a clear liquid. At first, she thought Katrina was peeing herself, but when she tasted the liquid. It didn’t taste like urine, but something different.
Whenever they licked each other’s vaginal and anal opening. She enjoyed it and she knew Katrina enjoyed it as well. She listened to Katrina’s breathing and could tell she was in a deep sleep.
Colette slips out of bed and puts on a t-shirt Katrina had in her dresser drawer from a former lover. Katrina had said the T-shirt didn’t mean anything to her. She doesn’t bother putting on any underwear. After all the licking and fingering they did last night, her groin area needed to be aired out. She licks her lips and still tastes a dry substance on them.
A smile appears on Colette’s face as she remembers how hard Katrina squirted into her mouth. It was like she had opened a flood from how forceful the fluid came squirting into her opened mouth. She enjoyed the warm fluid as she swallowed it.
Colette walks into Katrina’s kitchen and starts gathering stuff to make breakfast. While she is cooking breakfast. She listens to some music from her cell phone.
It was a good thing she knew how to cook. Once the food was done, she put it on a plate along with a cup of coffee and made it the way Katrina liked it. She finds the bed tray hiding in the pantry. She loved how it had folding legs.
Colette puts everything she made on the tray, including the coffee, and carefully carries the tray to Katrina’s bedroom. She notices that Katrina has changed how she was laying in bed. She sets the tray down on the dresser and walks over to Katrina’s sleeping form. She slowly moves the blanket down, exposing Katrina’s nipple. She leans in and licks Katrina’s nipple.
She hears Katrina moan, as she does it again, except taking the nipple into her mouth and sucking on it. She watches as Katrina opens her eyes and holds her close to her breast. Colette gently holds onto Katrina’s nipple and she pulls away some. She hears Katrina moan even louder.
Colette looked up towards Katrina’s face and could see that Katrina was enjoying what she was doing. She sucks and stretches Katrina’s nipple. After a few minutes, she lets go and moves up to kiss Katrina.
“Good morning, sweetie. I made breakfast for you.” Colette smiles at Katrina.
“I thought you were breakfast?” Katrina looks at Colette’s face angelic face.
“I’m brunch.” Colette picks the tray up and sets it across Katrina’s lap.
Katrina removes the cover of the various dishes and inhale the aroma of the food. Everything looked incredible. Katrina takes a bite from the main course first.
While Katrina was eating, Colette’s cell phone beeps. She picks it up and notices it is a text message from her friend George. According to George, she and her girlfriend have been invited to Peter’s house for another pool party. They were celebrating Sam’s birthday.
Colette had to remember who Sam was. She has only met him a few times. After a few seconds, she remembers who Sam was. She had met him at Comic-Con last year. He was dressed as one of the characters from Overwatch. She couldn’t remember who the character was, but she did remember the character was from Overwatch.
Colette looks at Katrina “How would you like to go to a pool party, this weekend?”
“Whose house is it at?” Katrina has met some of Colette’s friends.
“My friend Peter’s house. He has a nice in-ground swimming pool and makes the best barbecue around.” Colette knew she hadn’t introduced Katrina to all her friends.
“Is he gay?” Katrina knew Colette had a lot of gay and bisexual friends.
“Peter is, but his roomie isn’t. His roomie is a manly man type of person who thinks women were made to worship him.” Colette didn’t like Frances that much.
Something about him turned her off about him. Her womanly intuition was screaming at her not to trust him.
“What are you thinking about, sweetie?” Katrina noticed that Colette was thinking about something.
“Just some events that have been happening lately.” Colette knew everything started when she went to Peter’s last party.
“Like what?” Katrina was curious.
“Nothing I can’t handle.” Colette didn’t want to drag Katrina into her problem.
“Sweetie, if it concerns you, then I want to know. That’s what being in a relationship is all about.” Katrina looks into Colette’s eyes.
Colette looks at Katrina and wonders if should she pull her into her problem. She weighs her options “Here is what I know.”
Katrina keeps eating her breakfast while listening to Colette explain what has been happening to her. She knew Colette was cautious about what she drank and how many drinks she had. She knew from what Colette had told her, that what she had been experiencing, sounded like someone had been drugging her.
“Sweetie, from everything you have told me. Someone has been drugging your drinks. I have heard about several women who have experienced the same thing you have just told me.”
“The question is, who is drugging me? I know all the guys I’ve been around, except maybe a few of them.” Colette trusted a lot of the people she had been partying with.
“Do you have any footage from these pool parties?” Katrina was thinking maybe she might be able to search through the images.
“Are you kidding? My friends love recording everything. I’ll show you after you finish breakfast.” Colette knew her friends loved recording the
parties they went to or hosted.
After breakfast, Colette uses Katrina’s computer and shows the pictures on Facebook and TikTok of the parties her friends throw. She was sitting on Katrina’s lap as they browsed the pictures together. She feels Katrina’s hand down between her legs fingering her.
“I think between me and your friend Carol, we have corrupted you and turned you into a nympho.” Katrina wonders how long Colette has denied herself from any type of sex.
“You know something, I don’t care, because it is so fucking amazing.” Colette was enjoying what Katrina was doing to her.
A smile appears on Katrina’s face as she brings Colette to a massive orgasm. She could tell when it rocked Colette’s body. While she was pleasing Colette, she was looking through the pictures. She takes a few snapshots of several of the people.
“Sweetie, if your mind is still functioning, can you point out who Frances is?” Katrina knew Colette was still recovering from the orgasm.
Colette tries to concentrate long enough to point out Frances in one picture. The description she had gotten from her neighbor resembled Frances a little.
“My neighbor gave me a description of the guy that was in my apartment. I think he was describing Frances.” Colette wanted to feel more from Katrina.
Colette gets off Katrina’s lap and moves down between her legs. She leans in between Katrina’s spread legs and….
Along The Coast Of South Carolina:
A few days later, Mona, Rebecca, Colette, Carol, Katey, and Katrina were out sunbathing without their swimsuits on board a yacht Mona had rented for a week. She did it after she heard what had happened to Colette and the creep Frances. She figured that Colette needed to be surrounded by her friends after the mental and physical breakdown Colette had.
Katrina had heard about the incident from one of the officers who had responded to the call to arrest Frances. According to what Katrina heard, Frances wasn’t his true name. His true name was James DeSalvo and was of Irish/Italian descent. He was originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and was responsible for several unsolved rapes that ranged from a minor of the age of twelve up to an elderly woman who was seventy years old.
According to the file, he inherited a large sum of money from her when she died. He used that money to change his appearance and start a new life.
“How are you doing sweetie?” Katrina looks over towards Colette who had been quiet since they arrived on the yacht.
“I’m doing better. Being here with my girlfriends is helping.” Colette looked at all her friends who were lying near her without their swimsuits on.
Mona was lying near her on her stomach with Rebecca rubbing lotion all over her body. The new girl Katey was straddling Carol’s waist and was kissing her. Katey was a young girl who had been a victim of a joker box.
Carol spotted her one day standing at an intersection holding a sign saying she would work for food. The poor thing didn’t have a place to live and lost her job. The place she worked at had gone out of business. The shitty thing about it was that they didn’t inform the staff about it. So, when everyone showed up for work, they found the doors to the place locked.
Carol took her in and helped her get a job at the hospital where she was a nurse. Carol had put in for vacation a month ago and was given it. Katey had been hurt when a drug patient got lost by some cops and attacked her. The perp stabbed her with a pen and damaged an artery. So, she was on medical leave while she recovered.
“So, how long is he looking at for all the crimes he has committed?” Mona looks over towards Colette when she asks.
“Life in prison if he is lucky.” Katrina knew the trial hasn’t started yet, but even she knew that with all the women he either killed or raped. He was looking at life in prison.
“You know, you should get a private detective license or something like that with as much trouble you get into, Colette.” Carol heard about the incidents Colette has been involved in. That wasn’t counting the bank robbers she helped stop.
“Something to think about.” Colette lets out a moan as Katrina rubs the baby oil on her body.
For the next five days, all six ladies enjoy themselves on the yacht. Between sunbathing, swimming, partying and having small orgies. All six ladies feel energized by the time they pull back into port.
Colette hugs all her friends as they depart and head home. She felt better after what she went through and hoped the judge would throw the book at Frances/James. Katrina walks Colette to her apartment door and gives her a goodbye kiss.
“See you on Friday, sweety.” Katrina turns around and walks back down to the parking lot.
Colette enters her apartment and drops her overnight bag in her bedroom. She emptied her bag into her hamper and put her dirty laundry in the washer to be washed. While that is going on, she sits down at her computer and looks up what the requirements are for getting a PI license. It didn’t sound like a bad idea and with her talent for entertaining people. She could use those skills to monitor and watch people without being suspicious.
She signed up to take a course in law enforcement and paid the enrollment fee. Since she sends in a copy of her fingerprints as well. She keeps a copy of her prints on file, for her performance and conceal license. Once that is done. She checks her emails and notices she has several jobs that people want to hire her for.
Epilogue:
Several months later Frances/James is convicted of sexual assault and the use of illegal substances. On top of the crimes, he committed against Colette. The authorities in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania want him brought to Pennsylvania to face charges up there for the rapes and murder he committed.
Colette informs Katrina what she was thinking about doing and Katrina is supportive of her decision. She wants Katrina to go with her to the pirate festival, but Katrina has to work crowd control those days. She ends up going to the festival with her friends.
While Colette is taking the classes, she needs to get her PI license. She gets hired by a PI firm as an assistant to a licensed PI to see what she is getting herself into. The first case she works with the PI is an insurance claim. The next case involves a cheating husband and wife. Both of them were cheating on their spouse.
The woman who hired them was cheating on her husband with a twenty-one-year muscle builder. The husband they were hired to watch, was cheating on his wife with an eighteen-year-old yoga instructor that went by the nickname of cinnamon.
They found out by accident that their client was going to the same hotel as her husband. Sometimes the husband went to the house and sometimes to a high-class hotel or the woman’s apartment.
Colette learns a lot from the person she is working with.
