The question

In life we ask our, selves questions
We ask our, selves questions like what am I,
And who am I am I really what I think I am?

We also ask our, selves questions like why do
I feel like I am a boy, or why do I feel like I am a girl

We might even ask our, selves why I feel like I
A girl when everyone says I am a boy, or why do I
Feel like a boy when everyone says I am a girl

Sometimes we ask questions like should I really
Change who I am to fit the way I feel inside

Someone that is transgendered might ask these
Kind of questions

Someone that is transgendered might even ask
A question like is what I am doing wrong, or is it
Wrong to feel this way

They might even ask how can this be, did god make
A mistake with me

Some transgendered people even ask questions like
Am I an abomination, they may even ask does god
Love me, even though I am I feel like I am in the wrong
Body

We all ask our, selves these kind of questions, when we
Are trying to figure out who and what we are, and why
We are the way we are

But we must all answer these questions in our own way
and in our own time

We all have blessings in our lives
we only need to take time to look
to see the blessings we have

some of the biggest blessings we have
is family whether they are our real
family or friends whom we become
so close to that they become family

the biggest of all blessings is when
family and friends look at you and
accept you just as you are with out
regaurds to what you are in real life

the biggest of all blessings is when
family and friends look at you and
accept you just as you are with out
regaurds to what you are in real life

when the look at you and they do not
see anything other then what shines
from within you and for what and who
you truely are no mater what then
they are a true blessing in your life

if they can see past what ever body
or form you take where it is your
real physical body or a 3D virtual
body, and they see past all of it
and in to your soul and ignore all
else then you are truely blessed by
them as they are true friends and family

Only Love Makes Us True Humans

Since I am part Creek Indian, I am on the family role of Chief William McIntosh of the Creek Nation. Among my people, there is a basic belief about paths in life. One of those paths is the path to being a true human. The Buddhists also teach something similar in their teaching to obtain enlightenment, Part of this belief is showing kindness to others, and living in harmony with the world and nature — respecting both people and nature and one’s self. This is often the most difficult thing for people to do, because we sometimes carry hatred within our hearts, not just towards others, but also towards ourselves. In order to be on the path of a true human, and to obtain enlightenment, one must let go of such hatred, and humble one’s self. That is not always easy to do, but it is a MUST to becoming a true human and reaching enlightenment.

Interestingly, this is not always so hard for some transgender folks once we accept what we are and who we are and what we must do to live in peace with ourselves and the world. Yet, some of us still find this difficult as we cannot let go of the past hatred aimed at us by others. Often, this comes from our own family. But to fully transition, I believe we must let go of hatred — without doing so, we will not reach a complete transition. Without letting go of hatred, all we are doing is simply presenting as the other gender and taking hormones, and telling a different lie to ourselves: that we have made a full transition. We may be accepted as the gender we present, but can we honestly tell ourselves we have reached our goal?

I started letting go of my hatred when I started therapy in 2006. I knew I had to, or I would die as something I was not. I still find at times there is still some hatred in my heart at times, but it is not the kind of hatred I once carried. I am not really sure I should call it hatred as it is more along the lines of a dislike when others show their hatred. I do my best to be willing to identify and purge any remaining hateful tendency.

Hate is not acceptable any longer, and that is what we need to teach the world and society. But I ask you, my transgender brothers and sisters, can we really do that if we are ourselves carrying around the same hatred? I want to be on the path of a true human and to obtain enlightenment; I hope that is what we all seek with our transgender advocacy and activist groups. I know this is my wish!

transgender love

love is something different for someone that
is transgendered, it is unlike any other love
it is about aceptance, understanding

it is about being with someone that can not
only see you for the person that you are on
the outside, but the person you are on the
inside

it is about understanding and looking past
what you was born as.

it is about loving the person you have become
and strive to be, it is about loving someone
that has over come many difficultiys, to be
what they knew was different inside them

some transgendered people fall in love with
males, some fall in love with females, and
some fall in love with other transgendered
people

when a transgendered person loves they not
only love the other person that they are with
but love them selfs, and when that happens
they are truely happy in the world

transgendered love is unique, it is something
beautiful, and offten last a life time

when transgendered are in love with someone
else both parties are both understanding and
acepting of each other, and that makes for a
long lasting love that is beyond any thing that
can be put in to words or on paper
