At their heel sat their old dog, the third in the 30 yrs of marriage. Times were tough and this job offer seem almost to good to be true, caretakers of an estate and must love dogs, a dream job. As the man open the office door, the women called to their pet to follow and enter the office, her husband right behind her.

Once inside they were greeted by the receptionist who after taking their names place a quick inner office call to which they were informed that Mr Sands would be right out and to have a seat in the waiting area. Moving to the area, designated by the receptionist, they sat and were just reaching for a magazine with a gentleman appeared, his right hand out to shake the husband had. "Jim, Jackie, I'm Mr Sands, your contact at 'Must Love Dogs', welcome". Jim stood up and taking Mr Sands hand in his own quickly stook it and introduced his wife and pet to Mr Sands. "Mr Sands, my wife Jackie and our dog Comet". "ahh, Jackie welcome and Comet, a big welcome to you young lady", a quick smile from Mr Sands to them both and then turning to Jack, "Alright then, if you would all follow me, we get this interview and questionary over and done with ASAP".

Leading them to a conference room down the hall, Mr Sands held the door open for them, moving in they moved to seats closes to the door, but Mr Sands moving to the other side of the conference room motion them to join him where some papers and a pitcher with glasses were waiting on the table. In the center of the table sat one of those conference phones. As they sat down in front of the papers, Jim could not help wonder about the single large chair next to them. Mr Sands pulls it back and call for Comet to have a seat, and surprisingly Comet jumps into the seat.

In the stack of papers were general contracts of hire for both, insurance, medical papers as well as wavers regarding shipment of any pets to the estate. In the contract were clauses stipulating that all of them would in fact be attending special schools and vocational training. One last paper ask about previous pets, names, age when they died and causes of their deaths, and location where buried, Jim thought this last was strange, and question Mr Sands about, where as Mr Sands explained, "you both are going to be asked to look after some very important creatures, and we here at 'Must Love Dogs' would like to make sure we are right in asking you to do that. One last piece of paper for you, this is a power of attorney for the corporation to handle all your legal aspect of your life during the time you are in training, please note the dates, the power of attorney is only for the next six weeks, and at the end of that period all of you should be well on your way to becoming the caretakers we wish for". Signing the last paper, Jim started to stand up from the table and suddenly felt very dizzy, sitting down he reaches for the water, the room seem to spin, his wife's head rested on the table, one last look up at a smiling Mr Sands and all goes dark.

Chapter 2

A flood of bright light from a huge skylight shines down on him, he could see bat like creatures flying in the sky above it, a voice to his right, "ahh your are awake, good". Turning his head he sees a very beautiful, very young Jackie! The shock of seeing her as she was 35 years ago was nothing to the next, hearing a dog's whine he turns his head to see three dogs sitting next to the bed, all looking at him, "Jupiter! Starfly!, wait my voice". Raising a hand to his face, he exclaims, "my hand, what in the hell did they do to me, to us, and how is it I am seeing Jupiter and Starfly as well a Comet!?" His voice almost a shout as he sat up, as he did long red hair fell across his face, his hand held it for a moment the puzzle look growing more and more, the dogs seeing her sit up all became excited yapping, tails waging quickly, all heads and paws on their side of the bed waiting for her to pet them.

Turning back to the dogs, she bends and reaches for the first scratching him across the top of his head, "Jupiter, how is it you are here, and what is here"? Getting sloppy kisses from him caused her to giggle, Starfly was next, forcing her way in between Jupiter and her demanding equal time as well, scratching Starfly's head she again asked, "Starfly, you are here also? How is this possible"? Another dog's whine, this from Comet who feels left out, "Oh Comet you know I love you to, come here girlfriend". Patting her lap, she motion for Comet to join her on the bed, and with a huge leap she has Comet in her lap. Getting sloppy kisses all over her face she giggles and giggles.

Jackie voice, "she is awake Doctor, yes we wait for you before answering any questions". Turning her head she sees Jackie hang up the rooms phone, she gets a look that she knows all to well from the 30 years of marriage and turns her attention back to her three pets, alternating between the three she scratches their heads she asks, "how is it possible they are all here, Comet I would expect, but Jupiter and Starfly, both have been dead for years, and how do you explain your youth, my youth, I sound like a little boy, yet you said SHE over the phone!" Another look with a raised eyebrow from Jackie and she shuts up.

The door to the room opens and in walks a doctor in a long white lab coat, looking at his face she exclaims, "Mr Sands! You have got a lot of explaining to do, what did you do to us and where are we and how is it my previous pets are here?" Turning her face to her wife, "And Jackie, why the look at me? Wait for the doctor? You could have answer my questions? Well?" Turning back to the now smiling Mr Sands. With a slight cough he cleared his throat and then corrected her on one point, "Its Doctor Sands, and I like to welcome you to the Dragon Riders Academy Jill. "

"Jill? My name is agg Jill, wait why can't I say Jim, what? I can say the name Jim, but my name is agg Jill, what did you do to me? And what is this nonsense about a Dragon Rider's Academy?

Jill if I may answer your questions, you are a Dragon Rider, and your pets are your dragons. All Dragon Riders are female, and normally have just one dragon, rarely do we see riders with two and in your case, a very rare fine, three dragons!"

"Dragons?! You people are nut cases, how do you see dragons here when I see three dogs, granted two were decease?"

"Jill Madisome" his wife's voice suddenly knifes through him, she turns her head to look at his wife, that look he always got when he was in the wrong was there, "you shut your mouth young lady and listen to Dr Sands!"

"Yes Mother, wait I tried to say Jackie, but", getting another look from Jackie, "yes mother, I'm shutting up right now mother." and turns her head back to the Dr.

"Good" the Dr continue, "as I was saying all riders are female who were once older males much like yourself. We found that by having a more mature male in a younger female that they were better able to control their pets as well as handle the stress of flight with them. Even your Air Force found that certain female pilots could handle more G forces then most males could. As to where you are, this is not the Earth you knew, we are in a pocket universe between other dimensions. You are here to train with your pets for the next six weeks in which time you all will be returned to your Earth to help that world prepare for the invasion of the World Eater".

"World Eater?" She asks, a confuse look on her face?

"yes a entity that seeks to consume life as we know it. It will be visible to your world Scientists in six years, in seven years its scouts will be landing on your world and in ten it will enter your solar system. Your world must be warn and also prepare for it, and you are the one that will see to that, along with your pets and of course your lovely mother".

"Mother?! me? why only me?"

"Yes you!, but you are not returning alone, there will be a total of 196 Dragon Riders, but most of them will have one pet only, a very small list of them will have two, where you will be the only one with three, each rider will be responsibly for insuring the country they are from agrees with what the UN says regarding their conduct and the receipt of the Armor Division from Dragon Island."

"Armor Divisions, Dragon Island?"

"Yes, when you return the world is going to be very concern about two very large islands, one in the Atlantic the other in the Pacific. The one is the Atlantic is the armory, its there countries will take delivery of the armor strike team, instructors from our world will teach them the uses of the new weapons, our tech people will also show those countries the technology for building ships, huge under ground shelters, force fields, smaller hand weapons, they will train on the island and then return home with the new equipment to prepare and protect from the incoming scouts.

The island in the Pacific is going to be home for all 196 riders, pets and mothers as well as visitors, guests, teachers, etc.. Both islands are protect by Force shields that only have one area that may be dropped to allow planes, ships to come and go. No one can land at the island except in those areas, and only Dragons and Mothers can depart the islands and return by means of teleportation."

"Teleportation? And why only the mothers and dragons, why not the riders as well?"

"Jill quit interrupting the Dr, this will go far quicker with little interruptions, trust me I know."

"Yes Mother."

Dr Sands cleared his throat once more, "Powers that you all have I believe will answer your questions, all mothers have teleportation, area coverage force fields, invulnerability and the knack of knowing where their daughter is 24/7. You as a rider have, invulnerability, above average strength, and the ability to influence gravity, very useful in space but can be used on the ground as well. The dragons all have teleportation, flight, invulnerability, super strength area force shields, and their own individual attacks."

Risking a look from Mother she asks, "Attacks"?

"Yes, let first show you your pets as dragons and explain their power attacks, Comet if you would please teleport to an area above the skylight". In a flash Comet is gone, my looks of shock must have given my mother concerns as she quickly announces, "Baby look above you!" Looking skyward I see a huge white dragon floating above me, "Comet?" With a Roar Comet vanishes only to reappear back in my lap, "Comet that was you?" A gentle push by her confirms she understood my question.

Dr Sands then turns to other pets, "Jupiter teleport please," In a flash he is gone and above me I see a huge black dragon, in a flash he vanishes and Jupiter is back sitting next to the bed. "Starfly teleport please," Again another flash this time I see a huge golden dragon, each dragon is the color of the dog they are, a white german shepherd, a golden retriever and a dober pinscher. In a flash Starfly is back. "Comet Attacks are cold base, she can shoot a beam that can instantly freeze to a minus 500, and she can also do an area effect attack by lower the temp miles around her to below zero in minutes. Jupiter attacks are base on black hole, he can shoot a beam that would cause an object to collapse into itself. and can cause the gravity in the area to suddenly increase, something he is able to control, so no building would fall but people, machine within the area would not be able to move. Starfly attack are base are the energy from the stars, she can fire a beam of energy much like the phaser attacks on that Trek TV show, only 100 times more powerful and she can also make what we call torpedo or mine attack, firing short blast that seek and chase moving targets, she can also melt the area around her. All the beam attacks are line of sight, if they see it they can hit it."

A million questions were flying through her mind, yet when she looked into the eyes of her pets she understood and nodded to them, a link was now established between them. Yawning she snuggles next to Comet, followed by Jupiter and Starfly jumping into bed next to her. Her mother leans over and with a kiss on her forehead whispering "Sweet dreams my Princess". To which she mumbles "yes mother", and drifts off to a dream fill world of dogs and dragons.

Jackie turns towards the Doctor, "When will she awake this time?" "Tomorrow", he reply, "here put her Dragon Bracelet on her, when next she awakes she will be a Dragon Rider". Handing the bracelet to her, he turns and leaves the room.

As she turns and slips the bracelet on the wrist of the sleeping child, she whispers, "Jim my darling, I love you but I must confess I love my new daughter more. Sweet dream my love". With those words she teleport out of the room.

Chapter 3

Such a every day sight they made, a mother and daughter walking hand in hand, the women was young, early 20s, very beautiful, her long red hair almost to her mid back, her young cute daughter at her side, wearing matching outfits, sundress, floppy hats, sandals and carrying a small purse, heads turned as they walked by. The six weeks in the pocket universe seems to fly by, here they were back on their Earth, in New York City, just outside the United Nation Building.

During their walk to the building they had passed new paper stands all hawking the latest news on the islands in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The islands had appeared the day before and as of yet no one had been able to fly over or land on these islands. Aircraft were turned away by some unknown forces and any boats that tried to land were also stopped by some unknown force.

Her pets were all in dog form, teleporting roof top to roof top. Awaiting her final commands to join her once they were inside the United Nation Building. The UN Security Council was in emergency session but that did not stop the tours, no way was some silly islands appearing going to stop the tourism of NYC.

Approaching the Cashier’s desk in the Visitors Lobby Jackie asks for two tickets for the the family tour, "One adult, one child for the family tour please". "Yes Ma'am, that will be $25.00 Dollars please". Jackie passes the request amount and receives the two tickets and pass the child one to her daughter, "Here you go Jill". "Thanks Mother". The Cashier looked down at the cute child, "oo you are such a precious angel, how old are you child?" "I'm eight years old and today is my first visit to New York". "Well welcome to New York City, I hope your visit with us is a enjoyable one". "Thank you." Looking back up to Jackie she explains, "The tour will start in 5 minutes the group is gathering now for it right over there", and with her hand indicates an area just off to the right. Grasping Jill hand within her own she reply, "Thank you, Jill say bye to the nice lady". As they walk away Jill turns her head and with a small waves says "bye", "Bye bye honey you have a good time on the tour" also doing a small finger wave to the young girl before turning back to her register. "Such a sweet looking child".

Joining the group for the tour, they waiting a short time while the escort got ready, as the guide spoke they all were brief that the tour would take 45 minutes and that during the tour they were asked to stay with the group and not wonder off, the guide's eyes on young man that seem to have his hands every where except in front of him got this message loud and clear and a smack to the back of his head by his mother, "Oww! Ma!" "Hush! you better behave or else". "Yes Ma" he tries to move away from her, but she to quick and snatches his hand, pulling him next to her.

Seeing this Jackie smiles and looks down at her daughter next to you, Jill looks up, her smile echoes her mothers. All through the tour they slowly move, letting others pass them till such a time the General Assembly is in sight and they are well in the back of the tour group. With a nod to Mother and a silent signal to her pets they teleport to the floor of the General Assembly. All are shock as a women, child and three dogs all appear in front of them, the guards that flank the podium are the first to vanish as Jupiter and Starfly move to intercept and remove them, her mother throw up a shield that that covers the entire area of the podium and most of the open floor. "Comet Freeze them". Outside a huge white dragon appears over the UN building and then the temperature drop causes all in the area to quickly flee to warming locations. The building is completely block off of any outside aid and also forcing all within the building to remain right where they are.

Simultaneously, world wide 195 Dragon Riders appeared in the skies over each of their capital city mounted on a dragon. Those with two dragons did double missions with fly by of all naval forces that were around the Dragon Islands. Using advance technology of the Dragon Academy Jill's face appears in the monitors flanking the podium, again simultaneously world wide that cute face appears over ever city that a dragon flies over. "Jupiter go, Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Jill and I am a Dragon Rider, Starfly, warm us up a bit". A large black dragon appears over the sky of Washington DC, again Jill's face appears and her words echo across the world. With a nod from mother she begins to speak to the world, simultaneously in 198 locations her words are broadcast translated to the language of that country.

"Greetings to all of Earth, my name is Jill and I am, no we are Dragon Riders.", her hand waves to the screen and across the world images of the other riders appear on the monitors and skies, all waving back. "No doubt you have seen our islands and wonder about them, your arm forces have naval blockages at both locations and you have failed to obtain any news of them due to a shield blocking you."

A lone security officer moves forward with his weapon drawn only to see it melting on the floor, a beam of light had hit it, fired from Starfly eyes, he withdraws quickly.

"A one aircraft recon mission will be allowed to flying over each island at this time, the map coordinates for the fly over for both island will be displays below, each aircraft will be escort by a dragon, any error in the flight path and the aircraft will be forced down. Do not doubt the powers of the dragons, any attempts to attack them will be meant with greater force. Jupiter, The squadron of F22 flying around you, force one to land at the white house, he has been invited to have dinner with his Command in Chief". On the monitors all see the dragon vanish then appear above a fighter jet, the jet firmly grasp in the claws and then its on the ground, engines off, cockpit canopy open and the pilot on the ground looking up at Jupiter, then he alone as Jupiter is back on station above the Whitehouse. "Now he is going to have a tale to tell at dinner tonight".

A look from mother got her attention, "Ok back to earth and why my sisters and I are here. We are here to warn you and prepare you for an invasion from space", An image of the World Eater appears on the screen, "At its present location within the galaxy it will be several years before it can be seen by your Scientists so we have time to be ready for the scouts that will soon come, the longer we are able to keep the scouts reporting the Earth the more time we have to prepare all of Earth to battle this monster, believe me when I say we will need that time".

"That is all I am going to say today, except I will return tomorrow at this same time to speak to the UN Security Council, please make no attempt to stop me and please be sure to have all members of the council waiting when I arrive, or they may not like what happens when we pass out goodies, I can see by the reports that the recon flights are done and you all should have some very good pictures of the islands, rest assure that Embassy Row on Dragon Pacific will be awaiting for your ambassadors, Starfly be sure to melt all the ice and not damage the building. Mother I am ready".

Jackie takes Jill hand and they vanish just as the NYPD SWAT team finally enters the building, as the SWAT members rush the podium everyone is trying to speak at once, and it only the pounding the gavel from the chairman that order is brought back to the UN. Ever dragon and rider had vanished, back to Dragon Pacific.

They say time flies when you are having fun, it had been several weeks since that first meeting in the UN. The meeting with the UN Security Council went off with only one little hitch, the NYPD SWAT had tried to stop Jill, members ambushed her, rushing forward to grab her as she teleport in with Starfly, but they found that it was way to hot as Starfly turned up the heat, and burned a huge circle around her. Then Jupiter and Comet arrived and all the members of the team found them self hanging from the flag poles outside, Fire and Rescue had to be called to get them all down. Once inside the Security Council's chambers Jill voiced her concerns about the NYPD delaying her.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, sorry for my delay, but the NYPD decided that I was a threat to your safety. They have seen the error and I think they will not be joining us any time soon. Now in front of all of you see a small box", With a wave of her arm small little boxes appeared. "In that box is a device that will allow you to understand any dragon rider or Mother, sorry its not a universal translator, so you will still have to have those boys and girls to speak to each other, but with this handy dandy translator, you will understand any dragon rider. Comet drop the temperature 30'. We'll bring the temperature back up as soon as all members are wearing the Universal translator."

A shiver went through the members as they felt the temperature drop, some members tried to move away from the council's table, but found a invisible wall around them. Opening their boxes they placed the small wick like device in the ear and the temperature begin to rise where they were seated. Of course there is always one holdout when you try to get everyone to go with your plan, the USA. But Jill continue as if nothing was wrong, but she could see that the USA member was getting very cold.

"Just place it in your ear, the next rider to speak to you may not speak English and you can't push #1 to hear English here". Looking about the room she see the USA member final put the wick in her ear. "Very good, Comet turn it off, Starfly get us nice and warm, but easy on it. Now if you would hold any questions I will explain why I am here and what you all will be doing to prepare your world. As you know we have two islands, Dragon Pacific is our home, Dragon Atlantic is our port of arms and training grounds. Now each of you are going to send to Dragon Atlantic personnel from five combat Divisions, three air squadrons, fighter and bomber, and air naval personnel to equip your aircraft carriers with the latest in hover jets with beam weapons. These people must be made available asap, it will take at least six weeks to train them on the weapons and the sooner they are trained the sooner you can rotate more in We hope to have at least 10 Division per country in a year, those smaller countries maybe one to two. Now I will take your questions".

China: "How many Divisions will you be able to train and equip every six weeks?"
"We will be able to train 25 full divisions, 15 squadrons and at least three Carrier wings. Next?"

Great Britain: "Will ever country get access to this training and equipment and will they be able to attack other counties with it?"

"To answer the first question, yes. The answer to the second, no. Only on Dragon Atlantic will they be allowed to fire upon others using a system we borrow from the 'Yanks' called MILES, let them explain that to you if you not sure what it is. Can they attack other countries using the equipment, no, unless you consider moving across an border an attack, their weapons will not fire upon any other person, the weapons are design to fire on the scouts only. We however can, if need be, remove those weapons from any countries leaving the personnel behind where they sit".

USA: "So what good is these weapons if we cannot protect ourself from attacks from other nations?"

"Any nation that has an Embassy at Dragon Pacific would be under the Dragon Rider's protection and that the Mothers of the Riders will be the first people the Ambassadors of those Embassies will meet. Dragon Island will also launch stealth satellite that will monitor world communication, much like the CIA does today, as well as some very very special ones that will look for and help eradicate coca, poppy, marijuana plants except those that are ear marked as medical needed. The Man power that this will save your governments alone would pay most of your salaries here.

Of course you all have your convention weapons to defend yourself, let just say if a convention tank fires at a dragon tank, they going to be really shock to see that round bounce right back at them. Same for jets, no locks for SAM missiles possible, and machine guns rounds cannot knock a dragon ship down. Also each soldier will be equip with personal body armor, guarantee to stop anything short of a 50 Cal. But they will not be able to use that armor with your convention weapons, the armor would reject any other weapon".

"Ladies and gentlemen, time is our main concern here and I have waste a lot of my by coming here to explain this to you. Our main concern is to equip the nations of your world to fight an enemy not only here on Earth, but soon we hope on the other moons and planets of this system. I have three requests to you all, #1, remove any and all occupying forces in other countries, #2 get your ambassadors to Dragon Pacific. Tell them to bring their family, our Academy will teach grades KG-12 and we will have staff from the greatest schools, colleges, universals, be sure to ask about the school uniforms, and final #3,any further chats will be through your ambassadors on Dragon Pacific, Good day". With a touch on Comet she vanishes from the room.

Today was the first day of school for the riders and others, (children from the ambassadors) Months had come and gone, problems rose and fell and the riders moved on them. First it was North Korea, but 196 riders with dragons took care of it in mere minutes, South Korea had wanting to cross the borders then but the riders held firm that they would not allow it and South Korea backed down. China had rattled the saber but when 196 riders turn and face you. After that any other country that even looked like it was going to try something got a visit from a rider. Iran's weapon grade nuclear rods disappeared one day, there are rumors they are on the moon.

Todays' worries, the school uniform, the riders hated it, but the mothers loved it. Its a colored checker pleated skirt, white blouse, with a matching tie, white socks and black shoes. The boys got to wear pants, solid color, white shirt and back tie. The only time we riders got to wear pants was Martial arts and dragon training. Riders were no longer involved with the every day crises, our mothers and academy staff handle that, if you wanted to speak to a rider you went through diplomatic channels to arrange that. Each mother was assign an ambassador, my had the USA.

Now today, a rider's school day started at 6am and ended at 8pm. From 6am to 7am was Martial arts, having 196 riders singing cadence during their morning training was something to see, and the world was going to see it soon. Just days before Jill was told that an American News Crew would be filming her for a week and today was the first day, when she asked, "Why me?" Mother said "Because you are the American Rider and your last public speaking event was the first day at the UN, The people of the USA want to get to know their rider, Other countries are also doing it, I am sure you will see the news crews all over the island". So from 6 - 7 the crew filmed the Martial arts training, uniforms were the Chinese traditional martial arts suit in red, she joked with the crew that it covered the blood very well, then one member follow her home filming her as she got ready for school. In school the crew follow her to her very normal classes. From 8 - 12, Math, English, History, Chemistry. 12 - 1 lunch. 1 - 3 Biology, Computer Technology. 3 - 6 Modern Dance/Ballet - Dragon Training. 6 - 8 Dinner, homework, baths and bed time. When asked about the 8pm bed time, she told the crew, when she turns 14 she would be allowed to remain up till 9pm, but Sunday through Thursday bed time was 8pm. During the filming of the dragon training crews would lose sight of the riders on the dragons due to the new chameleon feature, something the riders were all having fun with.

On the weekends, riders worked with their pets, most taken the whole day on Saturday and a few hours on Sunday. For six straight day the crews filming the riders were everywhere. Sunday evening she sat down with the News team to answer questions, her mother was there as well as the ambassador from the USA.

The News Anchor, turn to her crew, "Are we taping now? Good" Facing back forward, she ask her first question, "Jill that first day at the UN, were you worried that you might fail?" Looking first to her mother she turns her head back, her hair falls across her face and with her hand she brushes it back. "Were we worried we would fail? No way, our main concerns was some joker thinking he was God, the Hulk all rolled into one and try to cross the hot zone. Lucky for us we had no heroes to kill".

"For an eight year old girl you talk like a well rounded individual, may I ask how you learned to speak with such force and drive".

"Well my mother can vouch for me here, I love history, much can be learned from reading, listening and watching, people like Churchill, Kennedy, King, Dalai Lama, MacArthur, so many more, I guess you could say I am a bit of each".

"Well your words reach millions of people that day, changing their life's forever. On day two of the UN raid you were attacked by NYPD members of SWAT and had a private meeting with the UN Security Council, can you in your own words tell us of that day?"

"Raid? Mother can still show you our tickets stubs, we paid for the tour". A slight smiles crosses her lips, "What can I say about the meeting I had with the council, very little, the ambassador will vouch that I conducted that meeting with one goal in mine, to brief them of the threat we all will face and what we can do about it. As for the NYPD, I have the up most respect for them, and I am glad I did not have to hurt any of them that day". To show our admiration for those folks we have given the NYPD the latest dragon equipment in drug and bomb detection, not to put the old K9's out of work, but where they had just one K9 team they will have a hundred such teams using the equipment. This equipment will also be given to each major law enforcement agencies as well as all the larger coaster cities besides NYC. Teams of officers will be attending training at the Dragon Atlantic island soon, those officers will train their counterparts at their home station".

"Right, can we ask questions concerning Dragon Atlantic?"

"I have not been to Dragon Atlantic, I'm sure that the ambassador can help with that, maybe even get you a tour there."

"Ambassador?"

*cough* "I'm sure once the Embassy receive your written request that it can be arranged".

"Alright we do that as soon as possible Ambassador, Jackie if we may ask you a question, up till three months ago you and your daughter did not exist, there is no records of a Jackie Madisome age 24 anywhere, nor a Jill Madisome, can you please explain?"

"Let just say, we are humans from earth and beings from another dimension, a dimension where Dragons are very much alive, changed us to who we are today, who we were three months ago is of no concern today and it is a closed subject as many of us still have family that will be protected best by not saying any more on that."

"I see, alright then Jill, our crew followed you for a week, during all this time we did not see a child having fun, but a warrior training. What do you do for fun? Favor movies, Ice cream, are you boy crazy yet?"

"I really don't have the time for fun, my best times I would say is when I am with my dragons flying high in the sky. Movies, sorry I've not been to one, no time, mother says maybe later when I am older, ice cream I have to say vanilla, and boys, sorry no way, yick, besides mother said I cannot date till I am 16, ask me then."

"So Jackie will you and daughter leave the island during the holiday, or is it stay at home?"

"Jill will be training with the American units during those periods, but will be back ever evening for dinner. My plans, hang out here on the island, go shopping, while she is training. I've not been able to do anything for myself since our return to Earth, later maybe when Jill is happy with the American forces, she may join me for another walk through New York City, we did not get to see much that day".

"ahh I am sure they will welcome you both with open arms today. Jill any special request concerning New York City?"

"I like to see the Zoo"!

"The Zoo? OK That a new one for me, but I am sure that can be arranged for you someday. There you have it Ladies and Gentlemen of American, Jill Madisome and her Mother Jackie I am Destiny Stone for ZNN, good night."

Spring break, two words that most school age children love to hear, because of the other children that attended the Dragon academy were from other countries, the academy had adopted the normal breaks such as Spring, Summer, and the winter holidays breaks. For Jill and the other riders it meant seven days of training with the country they were from, for Jill it was going to be at Fort Irwin, CA. Because the Dragons could teleport her home every evening, she would not be staying over night during any training exercises.

Its been two weeks since the airing of the ZNN story, so a lot of News reporters were going to be covering this, and the Academy had promised that life size robotic scouts would be used during this training. The scouts look like a blue dragon, a pelagic sea slug, they roughly the same size of a dragon when full grown and can attack using beam weapons, as well as using the tail like a whip to hit objects. They have no forcefields and can take a lot of damage from normal convention weapons, but beam weapons are quicker, doing far more damage. Now since scouts normally landed like a meteor and grew to their true size within minutes of escaping the shell of the meteor, the Academy was going to teleport the life size units straight to the impact area where units would be able to conduct live fire exercises on them. These life size units would also be able to fire back, but the weapons used far less of a charge and the most anyone would get from a discharge would be a mild tan if in the beam for any length of time.

9am, or as the military officer next to her had said when she ask the time, oh nine hundred. She been sitting there with this Public Affairs officer for over 2 hours. The unit that was to go through the live fire with her had been sitting on its can since 5am. "Hurry up and wait", she mumbles. The PA Officer, "Sorry, what did you say?" "Jill turns to face him, "Tell me why are we waiting and for whom are we waiting?"

"The Post Commander is at the Air Field, waiting for the Secretary of the Army's plane to land, then they will motor cade here, then the Secretary will address the troops and have a press conference with the News folks present at which time the live fire will commence."

Pushing a stone on the Dragon bracelet a 8'x8' screen appears out of nowhere in the air just above her wrist on the screen her mother's face, "Mother I need to know where the Secretary of the Army is right now and what he or she looks like." "Problems dear"? "Yes, I'll tell you all about it this evening, now can I have the information I requested?" "Sure thing sweetheart, here you go." On the spilt screen two items appear, first a radar image of Air Force One and a picture of the Secretary. "Comet", pointing to the screen, "Fetch". Comet blinks out and blinks back with the Secretary.

"Dragon Academy, drop fifty scout combat setting at level 2". "Roger out". Mean time the PA officer is holding on to the Secretary, "Sir, welcome to Fort Irwin sir". "How in the hell did I get here"? "She did it", pointing to Jill. Mean time Jill is now addresses all the combat units through her bracelet, "Live fire will commence, in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, now" Just as she says that last word, fifty scouts lands, all turning and firing, at level 2 setting, their beams stun unprotected troops, turn off any running vehicles to simulate battle hits, offices commanded troops to return fire, but its to little to late, every vehicle has taken a multi hits from scouts.

"Starfly, place a force shield over all of us here, Dragon academy, remove all but three scouts". "Roger, out". forty seven scouts vanish. She then turns to the Secretary, "You or the Post Commander, or both of you are at fault here today" Her finger pointing up at his face, the news crews are snapping away while the PA officer is trying to stop them. "Jupiter, teleport that officer", pointing at the PA officer, "to the air field now". Turning back to the very shock Secretary, "I'm going to say this once, so you better shut your mouth and listen. I am here to train with the American units".

"You little Bit- aggg". His eyes are like saucers as she hold her hand in the air, her fingers moving slowly, she lower her voice to almost a whisper, "Sorry its not the Force, I'm just using one of natural talents to control gravity at your larynx, by compressing on it, you cannot speak, now you shut up or else". Release her grip on him, she continue loud enough for the News crews to hear all that is said.

"Now I am leaving here for the rest of the day, and tomorrow morning when I return at oh seven hundred live fire will commence at one minute after that. There will be no delays nor press conferences and if you ever make another rider, mother or academy staff wait for your sorry butt then I will make sure you are sitting on top of the Washington Monument, Control turn the scouts level to maximum".

"Roger out".

"Dragons destroy those scouts!"

It took the Dragons 60 seconds to do as she commanded, more then enough time for the news folks to get some really great shots of her pets in action.

Rest of the week's training with the American Units in California went very well after that first day with the Secretary of the Army. Of course she was questioned by Mother on why she was home so early that first day, and when she explain what had happen and the 'B' word, Mother really flipped out and with her in tow, teleported to the USA Embassy. Let just say the Ambassador was not to please to get an ear full from Mother that day and placed a call to the President. By then the big cheese had already gotten an ear full from the Secretary of the Army but after hearing the report from the Ambassador he asked to be put on speaker. "Ladies I must first apologies for the Secretary actions and that I will be speaking to him in person here in the Oval Office very soon, rest assure you will no doubt be receiving a face to face meeting with him soon and he will be coming to you for that, so feel free to make him wait as long as you wish, again I am so sorry and for what happen, if there is anything I can do for you ladies you need only to ask".

"Mr President, my daughter and I thank you and give our best to the First Lady. Jill you have anything to add"?

"No I'm good, thank you sir".

"Good, Good, then goodbye for now, Ambassador thank you". "Thank you sir"! The line went dead with a soft click as the President hung up.

"Ambassador King, thank you for your quick action, since Jill is home so early I'm afraid my schedule will have to change for the rest of the day and that I'm going to make this a Daughter-Mother outing today".

"No worries Jackie, I will have my secretary reschedule our stuff for another day.

Well Mother's day of Mother-Daughter outing was shopping, she had a Gold card and mother put some damage on it that day, they must have visited every Target, JC Penny, K Mart and Walmart Super Center in the area. She had her try on at least 60 outfits, and that when she realize that she was going to become a clothing horse. But she did agree with mother that she looked cute in the clothes. She asked mother if she could have some pants shorts, but was veto by mother.

"Not till you grow out of your Tom boy ways young lady"!

"But Mother"?

"No buts, and no pants or shorts, now let get something to eat. Burgers or pizza"?

"Pizza"!

A late lunch at the local Pizzarella was fun, then one last stop at the Walmart to check some more outfits. Through out the shopping trips mother had teleport home with the purchases, dropping them off and popping back in a blink of an eye. There been no problems but when she went to pay for our last purchases she was gone just a little bit longer, hung up at the check out line, more then enough time for some shaded character to see a little girl all alone, he been eyeing her and her mother and had almost given up of getting the girl alone, but after losing sight of them for one second and then seeing her alone he decide to grab her and run.

Jill felt his presents more then she could see the man behind her, and before she could turn he grabbed her his one hand covering her month while he held her in the other. She knew they were moving to the closes exit and could have called the dragons but decided that she was going to do this one right here.

Suddenly his little red hair angel felt like she weight a ton, he trips, falling hard on his face, the little girl is on her feet, her falling, feet first, cracked a tile under her. He stands, wiping the blood from his nose, he reach for his prize once more and fines himself flying through the air, a simple judo toss, but done by an eight year old girl. He feels some weight on his chest and when he open his eyes there is a huge black doberman with its feet on his chest, then the girl's mother appears as if from no where and the light comes on in the frig, he had tried to snatch a rider. Later the security tape times would show that this all took place under two minutes.

He tries to move but a growl from Jupiter makes him freeze, turning his face towards Jill he says, "Can I have you autograph, please"?

A smile breaks across her lips then a giggle, then laughter so hard she sits on the floor, her mother, also laughing, join her. The stores security fines them all in the center of the aisle laughing.

When the Police arrived the store security turn the would be kidnaper over to them, and no he did not get the requested autograph, seems Mr.Blankenship was a known sex offender, and this was his 2nd strike. The video of his attempted kidnaping was turn over to the law as well. The Officers were having fun with that, seems it was leaked to the Internet and posted to Youtube. By the time Jill had returned from the training with the American Units in CA, it had gone to 2.5 million views and was still climbing.

A week after Spring Break Jill was showing Mother a new trick she learned using the Dragon Bracelet, her gravity powers and a crazy dismount 100 feet in the air. Since the bracelet allow you to store the flight outfit and did a instant change storing the street clothes the person had on Jill found she could dismount from her pet, use gravity to slow her decent to the ground and change from the flight uniform to her street clothes in mere two seconds. The bright flash of the bracelet did not allow anyone to see anything when her mother got a call from the Ambassador.

Seems the DA needed to see Jill concerning the case of State Vs Mr.Blankenship, and that the court appointed Public Defender had also requested a meeting with her. Since Jill was a minor her mother would have to be present for both meetings. She would miss most of school on the days talking to these Lawyers, but mother said that her homework would be sent to her.

Getting the contact information for both party from the Ambassador, mother called both, setting up appointments, the first was with the DA office tomorrow 10am, the 2nd would be the next day 10am with the firm of Jackson & Jackson, this meeting would take place at the DA office also.

The next day we are off to the big city. Mother wanted to quietly enter by herself so teleported alone to the side entrance but Jill wanted to come in the main door with her pets, they had discussed the night before that her pets may not be allowed inside but a plan was hatched that would push the envelope, she would enter the building, her pets would follow, when asked to remove the pets she would refuse. The morning of the appointment with the DA, a huge shadow suddenly drops over the area of the DA office, looking up they see three dragons in the sky above, then a body, a child, jumps from the back of the white dragon, falling to the steps below. People scream, many moving away as the dragons vanish and three dog appear on the steps. The child seems to slow almost stopping then a flash of blinding light and there is a little girl wearing a dress and a hat, white knee high, black shoes. Stepping inside the door the first thing she see are the medal detectors, her pets are right on her heels. A deputy sheriff officer steps up and says, "I'm sorry miss but pets are not allowed here unless they service dogs".

"I'm a rider and these are my my dragons", her hands pointing down to the dogs, "They go where I go".

"Miss, I'm sorry but they still cannot come in, pets are not allow, please have them wait outside".
Turning to her pets she says one word, "Go", the dogs vanish only to reappear on the other side of the medal detectors, not wasting any time Jill walks through the detector joining her pets on the other side. The deputy seeing the pets inside then orders Jill to remove her animals.

"Miss, I am going to tell you once and once only to remove your pets or else action will be taken".

"Sir any action taken will be you and your comrades sitting on the two flag poles outside like the NYPD SWAT did last year at the UN. I am a rider and my pets go with me always"! Then homing in on mother's signal the four of them teleported to DA office on the 2nd floor.

"Problems dear"?

"No mother, just some over zealous officer of the law".

The meeting with the DA went pretty good, the DA, Mr Blacksmith, was doing this one himself, of course there was some concerns about the pets, and even more when he heard what had happen downstairs, so paper work was put in declaring the three dogs service pets. This way they would be allow into the court room during the trial. Mother ask and got the location of the room they were to use when schedule to meet the Public Defender. Seems they were doing this one pro bonus, but the DA said it was a slam duck with the Video evident. Knowing the rooms location would allow them to teleport directly to it. The meeting over mother took her hand and teleport home, her pets right behind her.

The next day, at the DA office, the public defender, Mr.Blankenship, (who was out on some bond), the DA, were all sitting in the room schedule for the meeting, at exactly 10am Jackie, Jill and Jupiter teleport in. Comet and Starfly were out side the rooms only door. Seeing them pop in was something new to the PD, but he quickly recovered, shuffle some papers and then introduce himself.

"Welcome Ladies, my name is BB Wright, I'm a associate at Jackson & Jackson , and I am defending Mr Blankenship on the charges of attempt kidnaping". Again as before they watch the video evident, Mr Wright asking just about the same questions the DA had asked the day before. Through out this Mr Blankenship had his eyes on Jill most of the time, any move he made was watch closely by Jupiter.

After the video was over, Mr Wright turn to us and tossed an large envelope to the DA. "There was no kidnaping, just an uncle playing with his niece".

Opening the envelope the DA see pictures of Mr Blankenship on Dragon Pacific with Jill and others.

"Where did these come from"?

Mother was quick, using her bracelet she scan them, "They all fakes Mr Blacksmith, all photo shop on a PC.

"Prove it in court Ms Madisome, we plan on showing these as evident that Mr Blankenship was just playing with his niece, a fact that all of you were aware of since at the end of the video when security arrived you were all on the floor laughing".

"He asked for my autograph, as you can plainly hear in the video, it just crack me up after him trying to carry me off. Now if he pleads guilty to all charges in court I will give him a 8x10 autograph picture he can hang in his 6x6 prison cell".

Mr Blankenship turns and whispers to his lawyer, Mr Wright then picks up the papers off the desk, places them back in his briefcase closing it. "We have a deal, my client has agreed to your terms, I believe we done here today".

After Mr Wright and Mr Blankenship have left, the DA turns to them both, "Well shut my mouth, I wish all my cases were like this one, for a minute after seeing the photos I had some worries that he could get off, but not now, its a open and shut case, my thank little lady".

"Jill which picture will you autograph for him"?

"Mother", a small grin on her lips, "the one where he is flying through the air." Everyone in the outer office stops as loud laughter from the DA escape from the conference room.

The Islands Bakery had been working overtime to get 196 cakes ready, because there were so many cakes the Mothers had decided on keeping it simple and just do one design, but even then they were rushed to finish them all. Tomorrow the Dragon Riders would all be nine years old. Their mothers would all have a private little birthday breakfast with their daughters, and give them their gifts. At noon there were to be parties at all the Embassies, cake and ice cream to be served, blow out the candles etc., Jill would be attending the party at the U.S. Embassy. That evening a State Dinner was planned with all Riders, Mothers and Ambassadors. There would be a few words said by the Academy Staff members, Doctor Sands was schedule to speak regarding news of the Base on Mars.

Today it just another normal school day, yet you could feel the excitement in the air through out the academy, riders were buzzing, tomorrow was their birthday, a whole year had passed! The last time the riders all felt this excited was the day Doctor Sands spoke to them in the pocket universe, they all just completed five and half weeks of training with their pets, and the speech from the doctor was the last time he had spoken to them just before the U.N. mission.

Jill had just finished up her Modern Dance/Ballet classes, next was Dragon training, and she was going to try something new using her gravity powers. With a single dragon in flight, she was going to wing walk, spinning like a cork screw, centrifugal force would have thrown her off but by countering that with her gravity powers she was able to remain on her pet. She found she could even walk across the dragon's back and wings. Next was a loop the loop, follow with a inside loop then and outside loop, her gravity powers keeping her locked in place aboard the dragon. Last was a good old barrel roll with a dive, she rode like a surfer riding the wave.

During the training, her bracelet beeps and the 8x8 screen pops up with her mother's face center on it. "Jill, after training could you meet me at the U.S. Embassy"? "Sure mother, is it ok to pop over with the dogs"? "I would say yes, the Secretary of the Army is there and has ask to meet with you to apologize for the Fort Irwin incident". "Has he been waiting long"? "The Ambassador says he been here all day, but did not wish to interrupt your classes". "All right mother, I'll be right over as soon as training period is over". "Thank you dear, see you then", a little finger wave and she is gone, the 8x8 screen vanishes.

"OK, one last run of the spinning cork screw, Jupiter, center stage, Comet left, Starfly right". As the dragons spin, she wing walks, across Comet, Jupiter, then Starfly, and back. She notes that her flight suit's chameleon properties work perfectly, changing from white to black, to golden and back as she cross the dragons wings. Stopping on Jupiter's back, "OK guys we are done today, lets pop over to the US Embassy , I hope that windbag's apologies is a short one".

In a blink of an eye, the three dragons are over the U.S. Embassy, as the dogs teleport to ground Jill drops to earth like a stone, feet first, then mere seconds to impact she slows to almost a full stop, then a blinding flash and there she is in her School Uniform safe on the ground. The Marine guard on duty salutes her and informs her the Ambassador and party are inside at his office waiting for her. Throwing a two little finger salute at the marine she walks off towards the entrance tossing a small reply back, "Thanks gunny".

Arriving at the office, she was told they were expecting her and to go on in. As she did, the Ambassador and the Secretary both rose to their feet. Mother remained seated waiting for Jill to come over. Moving next to her mother, she bends slightly giving her a small kiss to the cheek, mother returns it with a small air kiss and ask, "How was the training"? Oh it was great! We did a spinning cork screw, in formation, wing tip to wing tip and I walk across all three and back"!

"Greetings once more Ambassador, and Mr Secretary, I hope your wait was not to long", a slight grin played across her face as she turned her head from him just at that moment.

"Greetings and salutation to you Ms Madisome, please have a seat", the Ambassador motions to a chair next to her mother. Moving over to it she turns and sits looking at the Secretary.
"No, no, I been having a wonderful time chatting with the Ambassador and your mother, the Ambassador even gave me a tour of the island by electric car, lovely place, I'm just happy that I finally meant you in a more pleasant atmosphere and I hope you will accept my sincere apology for our first meeting".

"Apologies accepted Mr Secretary, and to show their are no hard feelings if your schedule allows it we having a little party here at the Embassy tomorrow, its my Birthday and there will be a State dinner that evening. Doctor Sands will be dropping in as well during this to update us on the Mars base".

"I love to, but I have a meeting with the Joints Chiefs tomorrow and will be flying out this evening. Thank you".

"No problem, sorry you can't make it", turning to the others, "I've got a ton of homework may I be excused"?

"Oh yes dear, I'll see you in a few for dinner". Jupiter pops in and they blink out to home.

She awakes refreshed, ready for this day, in fact eager with excitement, today is her Birthday, she and her sisters are nine years old. Because it is such an major event, the academy has canceled all classes today, declaring the day a Island holiday!.

As her feet touch the floor, her pets all pop in, each with a small package held ever so gentle in their mouths. "Jupiter, Starfly, Comet, what is this? Gifts for me from you? Did mother help with the wrapping"? A whine from them all as each one step forward and presented her with the small gift they carried. From Jupiter was a Star Diopside, "ooo Such a manly stone Jupiter, did you get this from your hord"? Another whine and a paw up over his eye, "Thank you Jupiter". Next was Starfly, her gift was a Fire Opal, "OOOh Starfly, it glows like you when the light hits it, thank you". Starfly sit up, paws in the air and barks twice. Comet, not to be out done by her brother and sister, first a bow to Jill, steps up and gentle drops the gift in hands. She then steps back and sits waiting. "Oh milady Comet I thank thee also". Opening the small gift she fines a Danburite. "OH! Comet such a beautiful stone, it looks almost like a diamond yet its so white". Dropping to her knees in front of the three dogs she gives each one a very big hug, and a big kiss, each is told how much she loves the gift and how much she loves them.

"Breakfast is ready Jill". "Be right down Mother", grabbing her robe, she quickly puts it on tieing the sash and after jumping into her slippers she rushes down stairs with her pets right on her heels, "Mother did you see the gifts Jupiter, Starfly and Comet gave me"? "Ha, yes I did young lady, I was wrapping yours when they pop in on me and each place a stone from their hord in my hand". "How about we have the jewelers make a necklace with them, it is something that could be wore anywhere. "Yes! I like that idea"!

As her mother sits her breakfast at the table, she pulls her chair out and quickly take a seat, "giggles". "Oh what so funny young lady?" "How you fixed my plate Mother". On the plate, two pieces of toast, cut corner to corner at the top right and left, below two sunny side eggs side by side, and just below them two sausage links sightly curved as if a smile. A glass of juice was next to the plate. "Just a little humor from your Mother dear, now eat up we have a long day ahead". "Yes Mother".

He stood there looking out at where the "Blue Box" had first appeared so many years ago, the warning of the impending attack upon his world from the silver haired old gent that called himself the "Doctor" and his help in the advancement of their own tech to battle and defeat it, and the promise they made that "Doctor" that they would do all they could to help other worlds, other dimensions with their knowledge of Time and Dimension Travel, TDT they called it, and to honor the "Doctor" every Engineer was titled Dr.

"Dr Sands? Remember you are to be on Earth Prime for the Birthday party". He turns to his assistant. "Be sure that the TDT gate is ready after the party for the first Dragon Rider to leave on her first mission". "Once they receive their final gift from us they will be on their own for a long time, their only link with their home world will be a telepathy link with their mothers. But when they return from that mission they will be far more powerful". "Yes Dr, all will be ready". With that he turn and once more look back where that Box had landed so many years ago. "Thank you Doctor, may the dragons bless you".

The first thing after breakfast Jackie took Jill to the islands' Jeweler to see about getting a necklace made using the three stones gifted by the dogs. Now before when you sought something such as they sought this day, a commission piece of brand new work would take weeks to complete. Not here on Dragons Island.

Staff at the island were by far the best from the Engineer's home world. Teleporting out front they both quickly enter, the ding of the overhead bell being the first greetings, the second coming from the Jeweler himself. "Ms Madisome, Jill! What can I do for you today?" Placing the stone on his work surface, he activate it and a 3D image of the stones appears before him, as he rolls and sizes each stone in the image the stones on the work surface copy move for move, once sizing he then has a drop menu appear over each stone, looking at them and the stones he selects what he thinks would be the best "Bells and Whistles" for each stone from the options listed. "Ms Madisome, Jill, for the Bell and Whistles the Fire Opal will be able to create a warming zone somewhere around 100 yards if necessary, but can also be pull in much closer. For the Danburite a cooling zone much as the Opal does. The best will be Diopside, here we will put infinity storage. Touch an item and touch the stone will result in that item being stored until needed. By touching the stone alone a menu will appear before you and when you select an item from the menu it will appear before you ready for use. Great place to store cash, snacks, bottle water, clothes etc.." "Now Jill don't get any ideas about trying to sneak something out of the main kitchen for your dragons". Turning back to his work surface, he picks up two bars, one is gold the other silver, "Now which shall we used for the necklace Jill?" "I like silver best, what do you think Mother?" "Yes silver is good." "Silver it is then." He place the silver bar next to the stones on the work surface, an image of the bar appears in the 3D overhead. Touching the bar image first he moves his fingers across the area and strands of silver move from the bar on the work surface. The work surface is copying move for move from the 3d display. Like working with clay, his fingers dance across the 3d image, the strands twisting till it look like a serpent scales, a solid thin bar running across the center, the three stones resting securely within it. Seeing a bit of silver left, he touches all three stones on the 3D overhead and another drop menu appears, with a touch on it he copies all three twice, but at far smaller sizes, then with another wave of fingers over the silver image he makes matching stud-less earrings.

"With your Mother's permission I would like to give a small gift with the necklace." "Of course Dr Kent, you have it, she is old enough for earrings." "Oh Mother, Thank you, thank you both". Dr Kent picks up a ear gun, much like what you see at any cross town jewelry shop. "All right lean in bit", and quickly he touches the gun to each lobe of her ears, only no pain or sound, "There all done". He then pick up one of the earrings and places it over the area where he had used the gun, the earring is held in position, "No holes or studs to clean." "giggles". picking the other he repeats the process on the other ear. Holding a mirror up for Jill he ask "well, what do you think?"

She looked in the mirror to see two dragon images, wings up in flight, the opal was at the eye on each, and the other two stones were at wing tips. "I love them Dr. Kent! Thank you!" "Your welcome, now raise your force shield for a brief moment then lower it". With a inquiring look she did as requested. "Now Ms Madisome, if you would try to remove one of her earrings." "Ahh I see, I cannot, they are lock to the lob of the ear". "Yes only Jill can now remove them when getting ready for bed or bath". "Oh wow!" "Very nice Dr Kent." "Now for the necklace." He holds it to her upper chest and reaches behind her neck, Jill helps by holding her hair up out of the way, when secured he then tell her to repeat the force shield once more. "Good it to is locked to you and only you can remove it. Now as we know little girls grow up to be big girls," a look from Ms Madisome, "women, and childhood trinkets out grow them self, not so your necklace." Handing her another bar of silver, "when it is time to get the necklace resized, hold this bar of silver to it and touch all three stones, the necklace will adjust to fit you once more, let this be the first treasure to be stored in the infinity storage." Holding the bar out in front of her, she touches the black stone and the bar vanishes from sight. She then touches the stone and sees the drop menu, the bar being the only item listed. "Oh thank you Dr Kent, they are perfect." "Your welcome Jill, Ms Madisome, If you need anything else feel free to ask." "Thank you Dr Kent, now Jill we have much to do to be ready for the party, Good day Dr Kent." grasping Jill's hand she give him a brief nod as Jill does a finger wave, he nods and waves back as they vanish from the shop. Home once more, Jill goes to show off the necklace to her three pets, something about getting doggy treats, Jackie pop upstairs to lay out Jill dress for the party at the American Embassy. It was a lovely white satin party dress that fell just below the knees and zips up the back, puffy shoulders and long sleeves. There was a large blue sash that went around and tied in the rear, a full white slip, matching panties, knee high white stocking with little blue bows at the very top and white princess pumps with a 2" square heel. She knew that Jill was going to look super cute, and made sure to have the house computer take lots of photos of her transformation. She then made sure to lay out her own outfit for the party before dashing off to check on Jill and the dogs.
She found her pulling doggy treats out of the infinity storage and was please to note that the house computer had taken several pictures already. "Jill I would like to give my gift to you now, before the party." "Yes mother", moving to stand before her, her pets all lining up next to her. With a smile on her face Jackie pops out returning almost to the second with a large box next to her. Jill lean a bit forward to peek, "no peeking just yet Jill". "Yes Mother." "First for your Guardians, three special collars. All are marked with the Rune for Hope and their names. When they transform to dragon the collar will vanish but will return when they transform back, these collar also serve as tracking in the event you become separated from them. For you I have a new flight suit with some very special items, far to many to just chat here, and I feel you will enjoy time alone when you play with its special abilities."

Just then the door bell rings, "Ahh saved by the bell." "giggles." "That will be our Beautician to get us ready for the party, time to be pamper my girl!"

Oh the party was a great success! The Ambassador sent over his Limo to pick us up, when she ask Mother why the Limo her reply was, "Class, one does not teleport to a party in designer gowns baby". As they pulled up center on a huge red carpet, the honor guard in full dress uniforms snapped to attention. The NCOIC open their door, and first out were the dogs, all wearing new kerchiefs of pink for the girls and blue for Jupiter, not to be out done by the honor guard, the dogs quickly line up, girl, boy, girl and sat up, cameras were flashing as News folks tried to capture all they could before the group enter the embassy grounds. Mother was next, she was gorgeous in her gown, her escort was none other then the Ambassador himself. As Jill was just started to get out of the Limo, a gloved hand took her hand, words that followed, "Here you go Rider, let me help you". As she looked up she see the Gunnery Sergeant from before, "Sure thing gunny, thanks!" "My pleasure Ms". Hand in hand they walk through the gates her pets following in behind her.

Was it busy after the party, a message from Dr Sand for all riders, moms to meet at the Auditorium at 9PM. Before this, huge shipments were off loaded for all riders. Engineers were handed out what looked like backpacks but were infinity storage, when she was given one, she asked, "What happens if you put an infinity storage device inside another infinity storage?" "Nothing, its still just an item that is stored." She then stored it. "Ahh this will be a lot easier for you then, as you have to use your wrist com with the backpack on your back to load and unload items, here is the inventory that you will need to store before your 9PM meeting." As she looked over the list she was surprised to see that it was a HUGE load of items, crates & crates of items, food, clothing, equipment, weapons, much was for her use as well as for the pets, but other items struck her odd. "Why so many weapons, uniforms etc..?" "Not my department, just following orders from Dr Sands, all riders are to get the same amount of items with one exception." "Oh, this one exception?" "Is you, Ms Rider, orders are to double yours load, any more you will have to wait to see Dr Sands." Seeing she was not going to get any more answers she quickly went through the list, storing all items in her infinity storage just finishing when her Mother paged her, "Yes Mother?" It seems time flies when you are busy. The Birthday party had been a great success. She had a load of fun, something her Mother knew she would need. That evening all Riders were present for a State dinner, it was there the bombshell was dropped by the Head Engineer, Dr Sands. All Riders were leaving on very special missions through the TDT gate tonight, most would not return for sometime, talk was years while others said only a year. This talk of how long these missions were to be was why her Mother had called her.

"Jill are you done?" "Yes Mother, I just finished with Supply, hard to believe all I have in the infinity storage, why these even a few landing and flying crafts. " "You may need them from what I was briefed about early." "Oh? How so Mother?" Something to do with TDT effects, for us you will be gone a year maybe less." "A year? For you? What of the rider?" Depending on where and when they are and the missions, they could return in a year or two, or more." "Or more?" "You could be gone a very long time and only in the TDT gate will you have any communications with home. While out of it you will have no contact with me." "When are we to leave?" The gate had been working for hours, Rider after Rider said farewell to Mothers, then began that long walk down that spinning, corkscrew like tunnel, they had been told in training, 'The further you walked down that spinning tunnel the further in time you will travel, each time you return to your gate that tunnel will be there to take you to the next time or dimension'.

"Gate moderators, be sure to calibrate for three and the rider." "Yes sir, doing so now." "Jill just like in training, when told, start walking till you see the gate, once there you will be allow to exit the tunnel at the other end, once you exits the gate will vanish so that the local population does not intervene, once your mission is complete you will be able to signal for the TDT to return." "Jill." "Yes Mother?" "Be safe my daughter. I love you." "I love you to Mother, don't worry we will be back." A shout, "Sir calibration complete, gate is ready." "Jill." "Yes sir, Mother." A quick hug, then she steps up inside the tunnel, with one last look back, she turns and begins the walk down the tunnel. the dogs right in step with her, then they were gone!

Before her was an sea of golden waves of grass, stepping out of the TDT gate and touching the soil she realize she was no longer on her Earth. Behind her the gate closed, it would not reopen for her till she was ready to call it. Looking at the grass, her computer comm informed her it was wheat. "Hey guys, its wheat. Computer says we are in central Kansas. Better get some eyes in the air." A touch of the necklace, small menu only she can see. "Drones, small, camera only." Once the drone appears, she orders it to fly overhead. Looking at the 8x8 image above her wrist she sees waves of golden grass for miles, then one lone house when suddenly a face of an angel appears on the screen, "Well, well, a toy?" Looking up she sees a young lady wearing some sort of costume, white top, red cape, blue shorts, red boots. "Supergirl?" "Yes that is my name and you are?" Still holding the drone she lower her altitude. "A minion of Darkseid from Apokolips? Or a New God from New Genesis?" "I'm sorry, but neither, I'm from." A male voice interrupt. "Earth Prime." Looking around where the voice came from she see, "Martian Manhunter!" Next to him is several other members of the JLA, "Oh wow." Green Lantern, Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, The Flash. Wonder Woman ask, "Manhunter are you sure?" "Yes Diana, and this child is known as a dragon rider. Her three pets are not as they seem." "Thank you sir, my name is Jill Madisome and these three are Jupiter, Starfire, Comet and I am sure you know why I am here." "Yes I do Jill Madisome, yes I do indeed."

Its not everyday the JLA appears in a wheat field you think that there be people running for the hills, or at least the local bomb shelter. Not so the Kents. A loud shout, "Kara, Clark invite your guests on over, Mom has fresh baked Apple pies". Jill's stomack 'growls' and the dogs all sit up. Everyone just about fell down when that happen, even Batman smiled, "Looks like we are having pie Kara, welcome to the Kent farm Jill." "Thanks Superman". "Call me Kal". "Kal and thanks". Turning to her dogs she points over at the farm house and all four vanish appearing next to Mr Kent who took a step back in surprise. "Whoa, who is this?" "Hello Mr Kent, my name is Jill and these three are Jupiter, Starfire, Comet". Martian Manhunter's comment can be overheard as JLA also joins them, "As I said they are not as they seem". "Land sakes Pa, where your matters, lets get these folks inside, pie is all ready to serve". A blur of red flies by and inside The Flash is eating his third piece, "I have a high metabolism". "Mercy look at this child". "Hello Mrs Kent". "Would you like a piece of pie young lady"? 'growls' 'blushes' "I assume so, well sit here child I'll get you a piece of pie and a glass of milk. As she sits there eating that pie she begins to tell them of her mission, and just as she finishes the last bite, "So you can see I have a lot to do and with your help I can get quite a bit done here." Mrs Kent, "Child how old are you?" Looking at the Manhunter she lies, saying to herself, 'please, please', "I'm nine, yesterday was my birthday." He looks at her then the Kents and does not reply. "My goodness, who would send a child to do such a danger mission"? Manhunter, "People that have to". "Mrs Kent, I'd like to give you something for your hospitality". "Child you don't have, Oh my? Is that a diamond?" "Yes, please accept it as my gift to you". "Child I," Batman, "Take it Mrs Kent, she would leave it here when she left anyway." Mrs Kent nods, "Quite a sleight of hands there, the black gem is some sort of storage device"? "Yes we call it an infinity storage". "I take that by the name the storage is huge?" "Very, when I touch the stone a menu appears that only I see, then I just ask or select what I need." Kara, "Like this drone I grabbed?" Batman, "I've been looking at it and there are some very amazing qualities within that drone." "Please Batman, keep it, I have others, I can even download the schematics for it". "That would be nice". Manhunter, "I think its time we left here for the station, there Jill can start the first part of her mission." "Agree". "Yes". "Kal can I go"? Chapter 22

It was coming up on three weeks so far, up here high in orbit above the Earth below, not her Earth, the Earth. Manhunter had taken her under his wing so to speak that first day, to show her around, assign quarters, etc.. Of course they had a little chat concerning her white lie to the Kents, which of course was shared with the rest of the senior members of the JLA. They were surprised as well as shocked, except Batman, he knew there was something off that first meeting and was glad that Jill had come clean.

Only ten, that was all she could copy, of course teleportation was one, which she did ASAP, far easier to get around when you could teleport. But the other nine, she had to go slow here and was working on a list, she was limit to a person one power not all, like with the Manhunter, he could shape shift, turn invisible, phase through any object fly, she would not be able to copy all of his powers specially if she wanted to get more seriously stronger powers such as Super strength, speed, flight. The list of heroes had been long and she was working on lower it more and more each day. Of course she had her own powers as well, invulnerability, above average strength, and the ability to influence gravity, and her Dragon Bracelet was for her Force Shield. It was like her Necklace and Earrings, only she could remove it, and did so very rarely.

So far she had on her list, The Flash's Super speed, Superman's super strength, Flight, she was going to ask Kara for that, besides she had promised to see her again. That would leave six more she could aquire, and there was the trip to the 30th Century she was planning after confirming with the JLA members that the Legion of Super-Heroes did exist, but first she needed to finish up here. She been down to the Earth a few times, mostly in Gotham City at Wayne Enterprises where she had met Lucius Fox. So far all was going well there, her drone was a BIG hit with him, seems there were features it had that the current drones of this world did not and had been promised a HUGE shipment of items that she would be able to take back to her Earth. Still her attempts to reach the owner of LexCorp in Metropolis, a Mr. Lex Luthor were being stonewall, by a Ms Lana Lang, the current CEO of LexCorp, so she was concern that she would not be able to get the technology she was seeking. Rumors had it that Lex Luthor had mastered seemingly every known form of science, including space travel, extra-dimensional travel, biochemistry, robotics, computers, synthetic polymers, communications, mutations, transportation, holography, energy generation, spectral analysis, and more. His current whereabout were Top Secret, but word was he was piloting a prototype jet on a proposed trip around the world.

Chapter 23

Oh man was she glad she was only doing one power at a time, that first day when she copied The Flash's power was an eye opener. Manhunter had suggested they do it off the Watch Tower, someplace large, empty, flat. Nevada desert was picked. That first day was so bad with her tripping over her feet so many times, had it not been for her teleporting powers she would have ate a lot of sand. The Flash was there with her, more or less a coach, he to remembers the problems he had the first time he ran. By the end of day five he was full of praise, "That good, you are doing great, now try the phasing through the rock once more". Doing that only took mere seconds and on the other side he again congrats her. "Excellent, I think you got it, race you to the LA transport station".

Jill, "OK, on your mark, get set, GO"!

Manhunter looks down at the dogs, "Guess we will meet them on the station, come on you three". Up and away they were.

The next day she met Manhunter and Superman in the kitchen of the station. They were in one of the prep rooms. There on a huge table were cases of eggs, a huge empty bowl and empty egg cases.

Superman, "Manhunter came up with this training aid, its something I have to be concern about all my life, and my Pa did just this trick with sending me to the hen house to get eggs for breakfast every morning".

Manhunter, "After you copy his power of Super strength you are to remove those eggs from the cases to the empty cases, any eggs you break drop in the bowl, the shells can be fish out and the eggs can be used for breakfast tomorrow. Here you might need this", hands her an apron and hair net.
Putting the apron and hair net on, she turns towards Superman, who puts his hand out, she places her hand in his and presses the stone on her bracelet. Superman, "Done"?
Jill, "Yes".
Manhunter, "OK, then we will see you later".
Superman, Good luck, you'll need it".
Jill, "Thanks".

That first day she had to ask for more eggs and another huge bowl, moving eggs by finger from case to case seem easy, but not with super strength. By day two she manage to get a case filled, but broken them trying to repeat the process going the other way. Day three far more make it, day four again far more made it. By day five all the eggs made it and she was asked to break eggs in the bowl, minus the shells this time. For another five days every morning she reported to the kitchen and broken eggs for breakfast. On the last day she was a moving blur using not only her speed but her control on getting and breaking eggs for breakfast.

Shipments of items were being delivered daily to an empty ware house own by Wayne Enterprises, here she would take delivery of these items places all in storage. The aid she was getting from them was without question inspiring. When she told Mr Fox this he just said, "Little lady the tech you gave us has double our profit this quarter, and we expect to triple it next quarter, all thanks to you and your toys".

Jill, "Glad I was able to help. I wish I been able to talk to Mr Luther about some of his tech or ideas".

Mr Fox, "Well reports have that his plane crashed in the Andes, no body was recovered so no one knows if he dead or alive. I did try to talk to that Ms Lang for you, but she refused to talk to me and I am sure she is busy with trying to save LexCorp".

Jill, "Save LexCorp"?

Mr Fox, LexCorp's Board of Directors are seeking full control of the company, no doubt to oust Ms Lang from the CEO position".

Jill, "oh well, I guess I can just give up on speaking to him then, and continue on with the training".

Mr Fox, "What is next"?

Jill, "Flight, I'm to meet Kara today at the Watch tower, then off to train for a few days".

Mr Fox, "We will be sure to have another load here soon".

Jill, "Thank you sir, I will see you then in a few days"?

After leaving the ware house in Gotham City, Jill returned to the Watch Tower using the teleport station at Wayne Enterprises. Once aboard her ear piece (given to her by Manhunter) picks up a message for her. Manhunter, "Jill? Kara is waiting for you at the Kent's Farm, I will tell the watch to teleport you there"?

Touching her ear, "Understood Manhunter, standing by". To her pets, "Well guess we are going flying guys"! Blight light and next they standing in front of the Kent's house. Kara, "Jill! Great to see you little sister"! Looking around she see Kara, still in her 'farm clothes' leap/fly over from the barn towards her, "Wow, you make that look so easy"!?

Pa Kent, "Hello Jill. I see Kara turn to teach you? Guess I lose my best helper for a few days"?

Kara, "Don't you worry Pa, I'll make sure to keep up on my chores. We'll be only training a few hours in the morning and afternoon, so I'll have time to catch up on anything that I need to do", giving Jill a wink.

Pa, "Well, ok then, you two be sure to be back at Lunch time, Ma will have it ready for us then".

Kara, "Will do Pa".

Jill, "Mr Kent"?
Pa, "Yes, and call me Pa, same goes for the Mrs, we are your Pa and Ma as long as you are here".

Jill, "Thank you Mr err, Pa, would it be ok that I leave the dogs here this first day? I'm sure that they will be pretty bored with watching me try to fly, and they can be a great help to you".

Pa, "Sure no problems, hey Jup, Star, and Comet, you all up herding a few cows for me"? All three sit up, then stand looking around for the cows." Once more we mere humans break down from the actions of our pets.

Well not much happen that first few hours of training, Kara and I went to a quite spot near the barn and she then hover just about two feet off the ground. "This is how Kal help me learn to fly".

Jill, "Oh? How? What am I to do"?

Kara, "Visualize that you are floating just off the ground like I am. Now this may take some time, it took forever for me and I had to practice daily".

Jill, "OK". Closing my eyes, I visualize that I was off the ground, it felt like I had less weight, yet I still felt the soil under my feet. I could feel the sweat from my brow as I concentrated for what seem hours till I heard.

Ma Kent, "Girls, lunch time, come and get it".

Kara, "OK Ma. Jill time to quit for now, we will pick up where we left off at right after lunch, OK"?
Jill, "OK." I open my eyes and I felt my feet come firmer in contact with the ground below me, the look on my face made Kara giggle.
Kara, "You felt it didn't you"?
Jill, "Yes I did, I was off the ground, not much but I was off it".
Ma Kent, "Come on girls or I'll give it to the dogs".
Kara, Jill, "Coming Ma".

During lunch we got a full report on how well the dogs did with the cows, Pa warn Ma that a few might be giving cream after being teleported by one of the dogs back to the herd when they try to break out. Some mean old matriarch tried to stare down Jup, till she was teleport back to her place, brought a huge laugh from all.

Well right after lunch it was right back to lessons, more of the same trying to hover. But three hours later I was able to get a full six inches off the ground, I was so happy, I could fly and felt myself rise just a few more inches.

Kara, "Yes, your spirit helps with flying, I think that is enough tonight, get a good night rest and be back here in the morning, when you can get Ten feet up and hold that we will try higher and faster lessons".

Jill, "Sure thing Kara, thanks for today, I'll be back in the morning". Over at the house she calls for her pets, turns and waves to the Kents, gives Kara a hug and another promise to be back tomorrow, "Watch Tower, four to beam up".

Chapter 27

The next day Jill is right back at it, more of the same as she and Kara continue to train, the dogs help with the farm chores. Carrying slop to the pigs was never as easy as this was, grab the handle of the pail, teleport to Mr. Kent, step back from the pail and watch him pour it in the trough, the dogs like this game and were happy to help. More of the same with feeding the calfs. Again the dogs made it a game. Herd the cows in for milking, far easier this time, even that old matriarch had learn her lesson. By lunch time Jill was a full five feet up and able to hold it, so Kara was having her push to ten if possible by the end of the day, which meant real flying tomorrow if she got to ten feet today.

At lunch, more tails of the three best little helpers every. Then back to training. By the end of the day she was at fifteen feet. She was no longer grounded, and tomorrow they would start with tethered flight.

Being tethered with a harness was new. We had moved away from the barn to a more open location, here I was to try and move while floating in the air. Getting up in the air was easier now, but to move, I had no clue.

Kara, "Jill, pick a point on the horizon and try to move there". For the first hour it seem nothing was happen and I was getting really upset and wanted to kick, scream at how frustrated I was getting.

Kara, "Jill calm down, you need to be focus on the horizon, not right here".
Jill, "Easy for you to say, you can fly all I can do is float".
Kara, "It will come, now pick your point and try to move there".
Jill, "Yes Sergeant".
Kara, 'giggles'.

Looking out over the horizon she see the dogs herding the cows again for Pa, and notices the fun they having and wishes she could join them when all the sudden she is moving toward them and only the tether that bring her up short.

Kara, "Wow, what brought that on"?
Jill, "The dogs, they having so much fun and I wanted to join them".
Kara, "I think we can let go with the tether and try just flight, let me unhook you and we will join the herding operation, it will be fun for you".
Jill, "OK".

Once unhook they both flew over to the area where the dogs and cows were, Pa waved from the gate area, and Kara did a loop where as I just barely wobble a bit. But flying with the dogs was far more fun.

By lunch time Kara had told me that we would try higher altitude for some more aerial movements.

That afternoon we were at 200 feet, the dogs had joined us and were floating at locations along the flight path she was to take.

Kara, "The dogs are speed bumps that you have to move around to get to me, think of them as tall building, trees, mountains".
Jill, "OK".

At first she kept hitting the speed bumps, Kara kept giggling each time she hit one of the dogs, but by the end of the day she was getting better at making course connections to avoid hitting the 'tall building, trees, mountains'.

"Kara, OK, that enough for today. We will go higher tomorrow, less building", giggles, and try for more speed".
Jill, smiles, "OK with me, I am so glad you have the patience to work with me".
Kara, "Jill I went through all you did with me when I first came to Earth. I did not have the years of experience my cousin had and had to learn like you are doing now".
Jill, "Hard to believe, you move so graceful in the air, it was why I asked you for help".
Kara, "Thanks".

Back at the house, Jill gives Kara another hug with a promise to return tomorrow and waves bye to the Kents once more.

The next morning sees them at 1000 feet. Kara is surprised that the dogs are able to do sub sonic and super sonic flight, she did not think they could move that fast, yet they were keeping up with her. Kara, "Wow your pets are fantastic, they are able to keep up with me and copy every move".

Jill, "You should see them in dragon mode".
Kara, "Can I"?
Jill, "Lets check with Watch tower if its ok for them to do it here, I hate to have a airliner hit some turbulence caused by them".
Kara, "OK".
Jill, "Watch Tower this is Jill, can you give me some information on air traffic near us, I want to have the dragons release"?
Green Arrow, "Jill, stay below Angels 10, air traffic at Angels 20".
Jill, "Roger that Watch Tower, thanks. Green Arrow says we can, but stay below 10000 feet".
Kara, "OK, good."
Moving up a few 1000 feet Jill gives the following commands to her pets.
Jill, "Alright guys, dragon flight, diamond formation on my mark, mark".
Instantly the dogs are gone and in a perfect V formation are her three Dragons.
Jill, "OK guys lets keep circling a bit".
Kara, How fast can they go in this form"?
Jill, They are able to fly at hypersonic speeds, but can't do that to close to the ground as the winds they would generate at such speeds could knock over a forest or buildings".
Kara, "How did you stay on them when in flight"?
Jill, "I have the ability to influence gravity, not only myself but anything else I wish".
Kara, giggles, "So more or less you glued yourself down"?
Jill, Smiles, "Yep, that just about what I did, but now I'll be able to fly with them".

Looking up they see three opening and multiple figures emerging from them.
Kara, "Jill we need to get out of here and wait for JLA to get here".

Dropping like rocks their speed increase, when suddenly Kara is jerked back by a very long whip, and a crackle of electricity.

Chapter 30

Kara, "Arh"!
Jill, "I'm coming for you Kara. Jup, Star, Comet attack".
Kara, "Arh! Jill NO run, wait for the JLA, Arh"!
Granny, "Stompa and Mad Harriet grab the little one, Parademons attack those giant lizards"!
I flew back up toward Kara, passing two female figures, grabbing her hand and teleport her out of the whip's embrace. She dropped like a stone well out of the combat area, just then I'm hit from behind, little harm just knocking me off course, I spin around and see the two I passed while saving Kara.
Stompa, "Well, well, this little one can take a hit Harry".
Mad Harriet, "Don't call me Harry, grab her"!
Stompa moves in, her arms reach for Jill.
She drops quickly and touches one of Stompa flight disk, causing it to vanish, having just one causes Stompa to suddenly fall over and down.
Stompa, "Harry save me", and down she drops.
Mad Harriet, "Don't call me Harry", but turns to go after her. Jill see her chance and makes one of Mad's disk vanish as well. Quickly Mad has both feet on her remain disk, but she has no control and just hover till Jill removes that one as well.

Kara well out of range sees Stompa falling, then Mad Harriet. There are far less Parademons around as well, the dragons had made short work of them, most were fleeing up pass Granny, then she see Jill go after Lashina.

Lashina, "Oh no you don't you little bitch", and slashes with one of her whips, just as it hits it vanishes, Lashina cannot even fathom what happen to her whip, she slashes with the second one only to see it also vanish once it hits this little bitch.

Jill is now super pissed, moving at super speed, she does the remove trick on Lashina's transportation and the third fury is also falling to earth. Looking up she see Granny on some sort of sled, granny sees her also.

Granny, "Parademons attack her"!
Jill, "Jup, Star, Comet, hit them hard, finish them"!

Jill teleport up pass the battle her pets have, "Hi granny, nice ride you have here, mind if I borrow it"?
Granny, "What?! NO! Get away from me you little witch, Get away"!
The sled vanish and down goes Granny, her cries can be heard all the way down.

From her ear piece, Manhunter, "Jill you OK"?
Jill, "Yes, I'm good, someone might what to catch Granny she should be passing Angels 3 about now".
Manhunter, "I have her, meet us on the ground, we have the other furies all wrapped up".

Down on the ground she could see that the JLA had the three Furies in some really special cuffs, and Manhunter was putting another pair on Granny, Batman had small boxes in his hand.
Jill, "What are those Batman"?
Batman, "Mother boxes, we removed them from these four, they allow individuals to open gates much like your TDT gate, they call them Boom Tubes. Here, your people back home might be able to copy this and do away with the current Gate you have".
Jill, "Thanks, I'll do that". Touching her necklace the box vanished. "What about them"?
Manhunter, "We are going to open a Boom Tube here for Apokolips and send these four back to Darkseid".
Superman, "Yes, he will be very pleased to see these four after they failed to abduct Kara".
Kara, "HA, yes he will be, NOT"!
Furies and Granny, Crying, "No please we beg you don't send us back, please"! Begging.
Manhunter, "Opening the tunnel, be ready to toss them through quickly".
Superman and Kara, "Right".
'BOOM' She could see it looked just like a gate, Kara was just about to toss Granny through when suddenly two bright orange beams emerge from the tunnel striking Granny Goodness.
Batman, "Darkseid, everyone scatter".
Jill, "Granny is gone, how"?
Kara, "It Darkseid's weapon or power, its called the Omega Beam, don't let it hit you"!
A second set of beams emerges from the tunnel, this pair tracking Kara, both Superman and me yell warning, while Kara ducks, twist, spins, turns trying to avoid the attack, but it follows her like a missile. Just as its about to hit her, I blocked it, not even thinking about it, I could not let that weapon hit her. My force shield stop it, but it did knock me around a bit.
Kara, "Jill are you ok"?
Manhunter, "Let me check, she's ok".
Superman, "Good, Batman close this gate we will send the remaining Furies to a special prison they have for Supers.
Batman, "Been trying to do just that, but it seems the gate is now being control from the other side.
Superman, "Dam, Watch Tower, you better send the rest, this Boom tube is being controlled from Apokolips".
Green Arrow, "Roger, the Calvary is on its way".
Superman, "Kara, get the prisoners away from here before another attack".
Kara, "Dang it, you are just trying to get me out of the way again cousin".
Superman, "Yes I am. Now get those prisoners out of here"!
Kara, "Yes Sir".
Superman, "Jill you better get back as well. You and your pets may need the room to fight if they have to go dragon".

Jill, "no worries there, I will be sure to maintain a very low profile, besides I can do more that way". Turning to her pets she give them instructions to help block further attacks.
Two more beams come flying out, again I block them, their target had been Batman who was still trying to gain control of the gate using the Mother boxes.
Jill, "I'm good, the dogs helped with that one, their force shields are a lot stronger then mine".

Twice the attacks came, while more and more JLA members kept appearing, the Watch Tower was sending them as fast as possible. Both times she and the dogs blocked those beams. The intensity of each attack was growing, something she pass on to Batman.
Batman, "Sounds like you are getting him pissed and or I'm doing something right by jamming the tunnel with these boxes, only problem I have is I'm burning up these boxes ".
Jill, "Do you need that other box back"?
Batman, "Ya better give it here, we can stall for a bit more, give our people more time to get here and to prepare".
Jill, "OK, here you go". Passes the box over, another beam attack, again she and dogs block it.
Again another attack, again they block. The intensity was off the scale on this last one.
Jill, "Batman if I was to rate these attacks on a scale of 0-10, 10 being the higher, that last one was a 11".
Batman, "Sounds like he is really pissed at us".
Darkseid, "Now how can you tell"?
Stepping from the tunnel he fires once more at Batman.
Jill, "Jup, force shield", pointing at Darkseid, she then teleports, Darkseid beams are stop cold by the shield, he increase the intensity even more trying to punch through when he see a little girl holding on to his arm. As he turns his head to look at her, her eyes glow bright orange and he is hit with a blast of Omega Beams.

Within the enclose space of Jupiter's force shield the blast of beams are even more intensify, ricocheting back at those within the shield. Still the blast shock wave radius outside causes everyone to stumble and trip. When the smoke and dust clears, Darkseid, the tube are gone and Jill is on the ground unconscious. Those closes rush to check her.
Batman, "Jill"?!
Manhunter, "She is breathing, yet there is cause for alarm".
Superman, "Oh! What is wrong"?
Manhunter, "Her eyes, look at her eyes".
Even closed they could see a bright glow behind those eyelids.
Batman, "Lets get her to medical at the tower and then we need to contact New Genesis".
Kara rushes forward.
Superman, "Kara the prisoners"?
Kara, "WonderWoman is watching them. Whats wrong with Jill, and did I hear someone say New Genesis"?
Batman, "She copied Darkseid power and turn it on him, she is unconscious and only New Genesis may be able to help now".
Superman, "Watch Tower, medical emergency", Looks and see Kara and the dogs. "Six to beam up". Bright light, they are gone.
Batman, "Watch Tower start beaming up the teams we have here, be sure to have medics on stand by to check for any injuries".
Wonder Woman, "Tower I also have three prisoners here, we need to contact the proper authorities to take the Furies off our hands.
Green Arrow, "Roger out".

Much later several members are in the medical wing of the tower. The Tower chief medical officer has little news for them.
Doctor, "There little we can do right now, her condition seems to be stable, yet I have high concerns"?
Manhunter, "Oh?
Doctor, "Well when Jill joined us weeks ago I did a full medical sweep on her and the dogs".
Superman, "Yes?"
Doctor, "Well she has gain two inches in height and fifteen pounds since that last screening? I would swear she is at least 11 years now and it may continue till this new power of her is checked".
Batman, "Grown Spurt"?
Doctor, "I don't think so, it has to be something with this power she copied".

Few minutes later Orion walks in, "So I hear you all had to beat Darkseid up once more"?
Manhunter, "Granny and some Furies tried to abduct Supergirl once again, they were stopped".
Batman, "Darkseid was a bit upset with them and fire Granny".

Superman, "We were trying to send them back to Apokolips when Darkseid attack through the tube".

Two weeks had gone by, Batman was the Watch Officer, Batman" Boom Tube, incoming message, Transport from New Genesis, redirecting to Hanger one".
Station Staff as well as JLA members rushed to hanger one. Once the transport landed its doors begin to open and light from the interior was blinding so at first all they saw was shadows but as the doors open further and the people started to step out you could see them even more. First out was Orion who carefully look around before giving a slight nod to those behind him. Next was Kara followed by the Highfather of Genesis, then three dogs, last was a young lady with long red hair who looked at least 13 or 14 wearing a uniform, costume with the same color as Superman's a letter J on the front.
Superman, "Jill"?
Jill, "Yes, its me. The medical folks at New Genesis were able to stop the ageing almost as soon as we arrived".
Superman, "Why the uniform change"?
Jill, "Mainly to piss off my adopted Father".
Manhunter, "Adopted Father"?
Kara, "Darkseid".
Everyone, "What! Darkseid"??
Jill, "Short version, the only way he would help me with my new power was if I became his adopted daughter".

Batman, "So how old is Jill now"?
Doctor, "With her current height and weight, she appears to be 13 or 14 years now. She is now 5 foot 5 inches, and 105 pounds".

Highfather, "No that has been stopped, she will age normally for her that is, she is from some very remarkable people, they have manage to slow ageing down, once she had reach 18 years it would slow down even more".

Manhunter, "Orion we know of your relationship with Darkseid, you told all of us. How is it he is now her adopted father"?
Highfather, "I can best answer that, since it was I,,that sent for him to come to New Genesis, for who better to help with the Omega Effect then the one she took it from. He first refused to come and sought to have the child transfer to Apokolips, when she overheard that, her remarks were, 'Like hell I will, I sooner let him be my daddy before I would go to Apokolips', He accepted, of course I was surprised but the very next day he arrived on New Genesis and began to train Jill, or as he called her Jilseid".
Superman, "Jilseid, renaming her just as he tried with Kara and I. Are we sure she is ok? No brainwashing, no clones, she is our Jill"?
Orion, "Yes, all is well with Jill, Darkseid did not try anything on New Genesis, and she even got him to promise in writing with witnesses something you will like".
Batman. "Oh? What was that"?
Highfather, "A promise to never attack this Earth ever again, and to come to your aid should this Earth ever be attack or invaded and to leave once that help is no longer needed".

The station open mess, Jill, Kara and dogs were all at one end of a large medal picnic table. Huge Plasma Screens were hung up at different location around the area. They had just finished watching the battle between Darkseid and Jill. Then the screen changed showing Jill, Kara and the dogs. She looks up, over head is a small drone.
Batman, "We started using them on all missions, each team sent from the Watch Tower during the last battle had one".
Stargirl, "Please tell us what happen after that battle"?
The Flash, "Ya you said at dinner time", working on his third plate.
Kara, "Well as you already know, Jill was unconscious, mainly from the Omega Effect, and it was causing her rapid growth spur".
Orion, "Yes, had you failed to contact New Genesis she would have been a young woman today".
"Highfather, "Once on New Genesis, we were able to stop this growth spur, however that did not stop the main problem".
Batman, "The Omega Effect"?
Highfather, "Correct, and the only one that was more experience with this was Darkseid".
Manhunter, "She had to be trained"?
Jill, "Yep, I had no control over the Omega Effect. The slightest bit of anger on my part would result in those near me being at risk. That why we, Kara and I, were gone so long, I could not be trusted to not damage the station or hurt someone here".
Captain Marvel, "So how was it? I mean have a villain such as Darkseid coming to your rescue"?
Jill, "It was creepee, I had read so much about him, the fiction from my world and the after action reports here, in everything I had seen he was one of the most bloodthirsty ruthless villain in all times".
Captain Marvel, "And"?
Jill, "He was the perfect gentleman".
Kara, "Ya he can slick when he wants something".
Superman, "So true".
Jill, "Oh he tried to get his way, wanting to be alone, but Orion, Kara and Highfather were always very close, and of course my dogs were even closer, they would not allow him to touch me, but that did not stop him from trying to sweet talk me".
The Atom, "So? What happen"?
Jill, "For two weeks he came to New Genesis and we talked, we walked, and we fired our Omega Beams at targets set up by other New Gods. I learned to control my temper, there will be two final tests very soon".
The Flash, "And what is those"?
Jill, "My first period in two weeks and shopping with Kara tomorrow".

Shopping with Kara had been a hold new experience, of course back home she had been shopping with her mother, but there she had no real choice and wore what Mother purchased her to wear. And getting a bra for the very first time, that was a real new feeling. She found out during the fitting she was a A cup, 34 band, the lady doing the fitting remarked that in a couple years she would be at least a 36B or C, but for her current age she was prefect. After purchasing several in basic white and black with panties she was dragged by Kara to Victoria's Secret where once more the Wayne's Banking credit/debit card took another large hit.

Then its off and running where they must have hit every teen store there in that mall. Stopping at the food court, they set their bags down and they both order fries and a coke when her 'NeGo', ( New Gods Communication Device, a gift from Highfather of New Genesis) ring tone of Darth Vader 'I Am your Father' goes off, Kara looks makes Jill smile and she mouths to her, 'Daddy', Kara nods.
Jill, answers the NeGo, "Hello Daddy".
Darkseid, "How are you daughter"?
Jill, "I'm very well Daddy".
Darkseid, "Any problems with the Omega Effect"?
Jill, "No Daddy, everything is peach-gee".

Sometime later while back on the Watch Tower she receives another call, again the ring tune is 'I Am your Father', several people look at her and Kara says, "Its Daddy calling, so be quite while they are talking".
Jill, "Hello Daddy".

Jill, "No problem", Taking the NeGo, she separates it into two parts, the first she sets on the floor in front of her the second, once released, floats over her. The unit on the floor brings forth a full size 3D image of Darkseid, everyone around her is suddenly moving back, but Kara says, "He is not here, its only an image of him". He does something at his end and where once his statue stood alone there is now a second and it is her.
Jill turns from him, her tears of sadness cannot be seen for he would assume they were tears of joy, all she can think is how many life's were lost building that monster of her likeness. Once composed she turns back.
Jill, "Thank you Daddy, its lovey, I'm all choked up, good bye Daddy", Waving she ends the call.
Picking up the piece on the floor she puts it back together and then places a call through the NeGo to Highfather.

Chapter 39

She was seeking the Toyman, He had special nanobots that he had used before and she wanted a sample to take with her. But since the word had gone out about Jilseid, it seemed that he had vanished along with every other villain around. Later on the station she ask Batman.
Jill, "Batman would it be possible for you to fine the Toyman for me"?
Batman, "I assume this is about those nanobots he made"?
Jill, "Yes, if I could get a sample to take home they could prove to be very useful".
Batman, "Give me a few days, I'll see what I can fine out for you".
Jill, "Thanks".
Days later she was told that the Toyman was in custody awaiting trial at a very special prison for Supers. Asking for and receiving permission through the JLA was OK, till she showed up at the prison. It seems that her heritage had caught up with her and the Warden was refusing her access. Calling the Watch Tower she got a few of the senior members of the JLA to come down and vouch for her.
Warden Dobbs, "I'm sorry, but I can't be to careful, but since these folks can vouch for you in person I see no harm in letting you see the Toyman, as long as one of them is with you".
Superman, "I'll go with you Jill, he is more to listen to your request with me there anyway".
Jill, "Thanks Superman".

At the visitor section she stands behind Superman. The Toyman seeing Superman strove
over and start to speak, "Superman what brings you", sees her, "Jilseid"!
Jill, "Its Jill, and I'm a friend of Superman's and I need your help".
Toyman, "Why should I help you"?
Jill, "Because you could get time off for good behavior"?
Toyman, "Ha, fat chance they let me out early".

Days later her first period came, and did she hate the world, waking up to a bloody mess was also a fright but the other women around her made sure to take good care of her. Later, using her mother box, she went to New Genesis, Kara went with her. During her stay there even Highfather sought other locations from her while she was around. But finally the last day, the pain was gone and with hugs and apologies to all they returned to Earth, she had past her test, no one died.

Everyone knew that tomorrow was her last day, she was just returning from the Wayne warehouse, after picking up her last shipment. Arriving at the station was somewhat a surprise. No lights were on, she was standing on the pad and all was dark around her.

All around were banners saying farewell and good luck to her, people wearing party hats and blowing horns.

Chapter 40

Sad times, she would miss these folks, saying goodbye had brought tears to most, the last being the Kents, she felt as if they were her grandparents and it was so hard to say goodbye to them. Down on the ground near the Kents farm, only Kara and Kal were with her and her dogs. Activating the TDT gate, she first sends her report, all those weeks here on some computer file flying across dimensions to her home world. She then send the request to calibrate for four, then turns to her friends.
Jill, "Goodbye you two, I shall miss you both very much".
First a hug on Kal, then one for Kara.
Kal, "You will always be welcome to return anytime you want".
Kara, "Ya little sister, we love you and will miss you, 'sob', be safe".
Jill, Tears in her eyes, "Thank you both, give my love to all, be safe".
Turning she enter the gate, her pets right along side her, her dragon bracelet beeps, Mother is online, seeing her face makes her wish she was going home now.
Mother, "Jill? Wow have you grown, this omega did this to you baby"?
Jill, "Yes Mother, but the New Genesis folks were able to fix it. I'm on my way for 31st Century, I'm not sure how long I'll be there, but I hope to be home soon".
Mother, "I love you baby". Puts her hand up as if to touch her image, she returns the gesture.
Jill, "I love you, see you soon". The connection is lost, they have arrived, stepping from the Gate she sees a city of the future before her, Legion Headquarters, people everywhere, moving sidewalks, flying cars!

Looking around she sees she is surrounded by several pairs of men and women, all in uniform and holding, what can only be weapons on her and the dogs. The dogs, immediately, take up a protective formation around her, facing out towards what they see as enemy.
Jill, Signals to her pets, 'Do nothing yet'. "I'm sorry but the name is Jill, Jill Madisome. Jilseid does not exits".
Officer, "Not according to our information, the woman known as Jilseid who took over the rulership of Apokolips after the death of Darkseid is standing right in front of us".

Suddenly a voice shouts, "And according to our information she still is a citizen of Apokolips II and a member of the embassy staff and therefore has diplomatic immunity. So I suggest you stand down unless you wish to cause an planetary conflict with Apokolips II".
Everyone turns to the voice and sees several young men and women floating above them, all wearing different color uniform, costumes. She hears several of the armed officers around her say, "The legion".
Senior officer, "Alright, stand down, Command this is Officer O'Riley , 10-12 here. All present at Legion Headquarters are to 10-19".
He then looks up at the person that spoke, "Right, I am turning this over to you Legionaries, but if we get a call about anything involving her or her pets be dash her diplomatic immunity".
Bounce Boy, "Thank you Officer".
Senior officer, "Your welcome. Alight boys and girls, party is over, return to your duties ASAP".
Several officers, "Yes sir".

As the Science Police leave, the members of the Legion begin to land in front of her. One member approaches and identify himself.
"Greeting Jill Madisome, welcome to New Metrolpolis, I'm Bounce Boy, the current leader of the Legion".
Jill, Signal her pets, 'Stand down'. "Thank you, seems Highfather was right, my legacy did follow me".
Bounce Boy, "According to the history files on Apokolips, a female warrior named Jilseid took over as the ruler after Darkseid death, her rule was well over a 500 years, till the destruction of Apokolips, her daughter taking over when Apokolips II was settled. The records saying that Jilseid left to travel the stars, but would return someday".
Jill, "So dear old Daddy could not leave it alone and had to have Jilseid on Apokolips after I left the 21st Century and the JLA to come here. If I ever see that son of".
Bounce Boy, 'clear throat'.
Jill, "Sorry".
Bounce Boy, "No problem, lets retire to the Headquarters, I'm sure you have questions as we do".

Inside they all moved to a hall where before her were the seats the Legion sat in during the interviews of recruits for the Legion. In front of her were, Bounce Boy, the current leader of The Legion, Brainiac 5, the genius that made the Legion's flight ring possible, Saturn Girl, who has both telepathic and telekinetic powers, Colossal Boy, who can increase his size to many times, Triplicate Girl, who has the ability to split into three identical bodies, Lighting Lad, incredible electrical powers, Star Boy, who power over gravity were very similar to her own abilities, Timber Wolf, His powers are enhanced strength, speed and agility.

Jill, "I wish you had more members here so could complete my main mission quicker and return home. The world I come from is facing a threat that could wipe out humanity there and only because of a handful of Engineers from another dimension do we stand a chance to defeat it".

Bounce Boy, "How can we be of help"?

Saturn Girl, "She wishes to copy powers of key members of The Legion, much as she did back in the 21st Century with the JLA".

Jill, "Exactly, I also would like sample of any technology that may be of help, I am willing to part with any sample that may be of interest to you".

Brainiac 5, "What technology would you have, from your story the tech from your world and the 21st century is not something we really need here"?

Jill, "Well there is something I am sure you don't have, a 'Mother's Box'. You could learn to use that tech and build your own 'Mother's Boxes'. Having them at bases here and on other world would allow your members to instantly transport base to base".

Brainiac 5, "Yes that could be useful".
Jill, "I also have a sample of nanobots that could be adjusted for anything, once programmed they could repair or rebuild just about anything".

Brainiac 5, "And what would you want in exchange for this technology"?

Jill, "Well weapons, armor, transport, etc.. All of that would be good".

Bounce Boy, "All good and well, I am sure we can work something out, as for copying powers here, I am sure I speak for several of us when I ask, who, when and where"?

Copying Triplicate Girl's power was easy and with her assistance I was able to split into three identical bodies, and reform as one.
Jill, "Nice, having three of me with identical powers will come in handy.
Luornu Durgo, "I wish I had powers, but it does help on missions, I can manned three positions on the Legion cruiser while the rest are out doing what they do best".
Jill, "Is there a place I can test myself here"?
Luornu, "Sure we have a training room that Brainiac 5 designed. Superboy and others have trained in it, so I think you can use it as well".
Jill, "Great"!

In the training room she once more split into three identical bodies. The first test was speed, a simple race between the three of them.
Luornu, "On your mark, Get sit, Go"!
All three reach the finish line at the same time. The next test was strength, again all three were able to complete the test. Flying was the next and all were able to do it. Next was teleportation, again all were able to teleport. The last test was her Omega Beam attack. Three targets set out, once more all three hit.
Luornu, "I would say you did very well. The only difference I can see in you is your outfit".
Jill, "Oh? 'looking at her arms, legs, "Where is that"?
Luornu, "The necklace, it does not form identical copies with three stones".
Jill, "Any mirrors here"?
Luornu, "Computo we need a full size mirror on this wall here", 'pointing near a location'.
Computo, "One full size mirror", suddenly a huge area of the wall is mirrored.
All three stepped forward to stand before the mirror next to Luornu.

Completion of the tests in the training room, Jill and Luornu rejoin the others in the main hall, when suddenly there an alarm, Brainiac 5 follows that with an announcement.
Brainiac 5, "New Metrolpolis is under attack, the Science Police are asking The Legion for help, seems they up against an army of Super Tanks".
Bounce Boy, "Alright, I think it time we get the new toys out Brainiac for Triplicate Girl, myself and Saturn Girl, everyone else meet at the cruiser's launching bay".
Brainiac 5, "Computo, combat suits code red, Triplicate Girl, Bounce Boy, and Saturn Girl".
Computo, "Confirmed", 'A wall opens and a section slides out facing them, three open combat suits in the colors of the three heroes'.
Jill, "Let me help"?
Bounce Boy, Stepping into his suit, looks at her, looks at Luornu who gives a 'thumb up', turns to Brainiac, "Alright, Brainiac escort our guest to the launch bay, she is joining us, be sure to give her a com belt so we can talk to her if necessary".

Brainiac 5, Hands her a belt, "With this you will be able to hear and speak to any Legion member on the planet". Hands her a ring, "This is a Legion flight ring, it also protects us from the vacuum of space without a suit, not sure where this battle may end up at, better safe then sorry I always heard".
She didn't have the heart to tell him she did not need the ring, but put it on anyway.
Over the com link, Bounce Boy, "Alright folks, we been ask to help, so let do all we can to stop this attack. Those that cannot fight, your mission is to help the injury and innocent escape, those that can, hit them as hard as you can".

Jill joins everyone at the launch bay. Looking around she sees Bounce Boy, Saturn Girl, Brainiac 5, Star Boy, Triplicate Girl, Lighting Lad, Timber Wolf, Colossal Boy.

Bounce Boy, "Alright guys and gals, we have faced worst odds before with even less numbers, besides we have a secret weapon that I am sure will turns the odds in our favor", points to Jill and her pets.
Lighting Lad, "A teenage girl and three dogs our secret weapon"?
Triplicate Girl, "Oh ya you did not see what I saw in the training room, she is going to kick their butts".

Arriving on scene Bounce Boy immediately started ordering the team where to attack and where to assist.
Bounce Boy, " Star Boy, Lighting Lad, Timber Wolf, Colossal Boy, hit them hard. Saturn Girl, Brainiac 5, Triplicate Girl, help the Science Police".
Turning toward me, "For today code names in battle, you are best known as Jilseid unless you have another you wish to called by"?
Jill, "No as much as I hate to even think of that evil, no Jilseid it will be, what do you want me to do"?
Bounce Boy, "Jilseid have your pets block the attacks on the Science Police as best as they can, then I want you to attack those attacking tanks as best as you can".
Jill, "Right, Brainiac can you tell the Science Police not to shoot the Dragons that will be helping them"?
Brainiac 5, "Dragons? Oh the dogs are Dragons? Will do".
Turning to her pets she commands, "Protect the innocent, do not attack, block the incoming attacks on them", 'pointing towards the science police ships', "protect".

All three dogs instantly teleport, appearing in their Dragon forms blocking all incoming shots on the police while the police fire back at the tanks. At first the officers were a bit worried and even took a shot at one of the dragons, but word quickly spread and no one shot at them after that one time. Besides having a Dragon growl at you up close does get the word across.
Bounce Boy, "Jilseid left flank hit them"!!
Looking in the direction Bounce Boy had indicated, she sees approximately twenty super tanks, splitting into her three identical bodies she lifts into the air and with super speed moves at them from three directions. Jilseid (white) does the super strength attack hitting one tank head on, its heavy armor does little to stop her as she hits it center mass causing it to flip back at tanks behind it. Jilseid (fire) goes for the Omega Beam attack, there is a huge explosion as the super tank breaks up, pieces fall to the earth. Jilseid (black) touches a tank and its gone.
Bounce Boy, "Jilseid, the tank that vanished? How is that done and can you do it to a lot more"?
Jill, "Its in storage and will remained there till I remove it".
Bounce Boy, "Storage"?
Brainiac 5, "The stone is a infinity storage device I assume"?
Jill, "Yes it is, it is capable of storing a huge amount of resources or equipment".
Bounce Boy, "Can you store a bunch of tanks all at once"?
Jill, "I have to be touching them someway, a spool of high strength wire would work, I have several", suddenly at her feet are spools and spools of wire.
Bounce Boy, "Everyone that is not busy right now, grab a spool of wire and hit as many tanks as you can, meet in the center of the formation, Jilseid you are with me".

Chapter 46

It started with a bet on the first World Cup Football game. I kept winning and Steve kept losing. It was getting down right serious when the Argentina vs Netherlands game was to start. I was up $26,000.00 on Steve. He could afford it, his family was old money, he said, he was also gay. I however was not, but that did not stop him from trying to get me out of my pants with those stupid bets during the games. Each time it got more and more risking with him on these bets, I was to wear bra & panties with matching garter belt and stockings for the next game if I lost, fortunately I won and was up $500 dollars, the next time it was a female cheerleader outfit, with pom poms. Each time I won I walked away with cash in my pocket, each time the outfit and risk got more and more serious. Todays bet had been for $10k, the outfit was a full French maid dress, the upstairs version. Again Lady Luck smiled on me and I walked away with his money.

Now a little about us, I met Steve while in college, and we became good friends. I was his little brother he called me, and I was ok with that. He was tall, somewhere around 6'4", where I was just under 5'8". I was a skinny little runt where he was build like a weight lifter. He told me on that first day we met he assumed I was a girl because I had child bearing hips, he was pleased to see I was not, when I ask why his reply, "I'm gay". The first time he hit on me was at a frat party, and I told him that I did not swing that way, he laugh as I was wearing a toga with flat sandals, "But your ass is so cute in that". I laugh at that, and sway my little butt all the way back to the kitchen, turning at the doorway and mouth to him, 'Not going to happen' and winked disappearing behind the doorway.

Now I was attending college through a Theatre Major Scholarship, and the students often put on live shows for the community, many times some of the female members of the cast were played by male student members. So there were times I was in lady's wears for some of these productions. Steve always made sure to get a front roll seat when this happen and would deliberately display gestures of stroking an imagery dick, or holding his hands as if someone was sucking it off, or riding on it. I often blushed when this happen, but never wavered nor lost a line during any production the students put on.

Steve's Majors was Arts, he was very talented and often would be seen with sketch pad in hand, most of his pencil work he kept to himself, but these were pieces he would allowed displayed. The first time I saw some I was shocked to see my face, oh they were ok, decent, but all were female form, all wearing outfits I had wore in the Theatre productions. That first time I saw them and realize that it was me, my face clearly showed my disbelieve and his wink and smile only made me blushed even more as I walk away face down, clearing wishing the earth would swallow me up. Now he was starting to scare me now, so I found a Dojo that was teaching Aikido. I was glad he lived off campus and I did not room with him, oh that did not stop him from inviting me over, or to live there and pocket the cash I saved from living on campus, which I refused saying "No, there be no way I get anything done here with you chasing me around a bed". His reply, "Oh there be no chasing since I am faster", only made me more determined not to move in with him.

The only time I was not in Steve line of sight were summer breaks. I was in good shape mostly from the Aikido and my evening runs on campus and took small acting gigs for TV commercials, movies during these times. This got me few contacts with some stunt folks and was able to get hire with a stunt crew based in Las Vegas during my breaks. So for three months I would vanish. Of course Steve was happy to see me at the beginning of each school year, giving a HUGE bear hug with his hands on my ass lifting me off the ground and try to plant a big kiss on my face, which I blocked with my one hand and used the other to remove his hands, not so gentle, from my ass by grabbing a finger and bend it back till he released me. He would give me a sad eye puppy look while I wave the finger of 'NO NO" in his face.

Three years quickly flew and it was time for us to both walk across the stage to receive our diplomas, a very happy day. His family had already line up a opening for him with the family business, I, however, would be standing in the unemployment line if not for my stunt license. His graduation gift from them was a brand new Lamborghini. I got a congratulation card with a few hundred from my Grandmother. Just before I walk away Steve called my name and handed me a small packet, "Congrats Jim, be sure to look me up once you get settle, my contact information is inside". "Thanks Steve and congrats to you also, sorry I did not get you anything". "You could make that up right now with one kiss on the lips here and now". Grandma just about had heart failure and I had to chuckle as well. "Not going to happen buddy". Putting my hand out to shake his, his hand completely swallow my as we shook. He pull me in close and with a pat on the back and feel of my ass he says he whispers, "You never know old friend, you never know". And with a wave to me and my Grandmother he turns and walks off.

It was a year later I ran into Steve while in Las Vegas, I was there for a movie, not a big part but it paid the bills. He was a VP for one of those large advertisement companies in Los Angeles, (Family own) but had a summer home in Las Vegas and also was one of the producers of the movie I was working in. Oh he was thrilled to see me and tried to do the old college hug, but I stopped that with a hand out to shake his. Of course he wanted a hug, but I refused and he turns to the Director and says "Fire him". Of course I am shocked but did not wish to make scene, so I turn to leave, while the Director is looking around like what just happen, when Steve says, "Just kidding buddy". "Well dam it sure sounded like you were piss at me". "Naw, come here." And with a pat on the back and a snake of my hand he starts with the 3rd degree on how I was, where I been etc..

"You still have my graduation gift to you?" "Yes I do, figured I hang on to them till you were famous and sell them for a few million each." "Good, that my five year plan." "Five year plan?" "To become famous." "Oh! ok I see." "You been keeping up on the World Football games?" "Yes I have." "How about a bet for the one tomorrow?" "Which one? Mexico vs Cameroon? Spain vs Netherlands? Or Chile vs Australia?" "All three?" "Sure, what the wager?" "Well I give you two to one odds that I pick three winners, lets say $100.00?' "Sure I can put $100.00, who picks first?' "Ladies first." I blushed at that, "OK Steve its going to be fun taking your money. I want Mexico, Netherlands and Chile."

I was able to watch two of the games but missed the third while at work, just as the Director yelled "CUT" one of his assistants handed him a phone a few words to it, and he yells for me, as I walk over, thinking 'shit what I do now?', he open his wallet and hands me two one hundred dollar bills. My confuse look prompt his remark, "Todays winning from the football games. He wants you to call him for tomorrow wager?" "OK, and thanks".

And that where we stand today. I kept winning on the bets and he kept getting more and more with the outrages bets. In his hand he was holding a cashier check for $100,000.00 and a business card for Just You Transformations. If I win I would be given that check, if I lost I had to report to the address on the card for a full make over, and a promise to be Steve's Girl Friend for 30 days. Of course I would be paid stunt salary by the movie company during that period, but I was really concern about the Girl Friend part. The teams playing today are Netherlands vs Argentina. I picked Netherlands, wish me luck?

Best buds in College, Steve and Jim football wagers lead them further and further down a path.

God No! I lost, Steve was like a nut case, jumping around, dancing, yelling "Yes I won!" and all I could think was 'Oh shit, where can I hide'. He took the check, folded it and put it in his shirt pocket looking right at me, "If you are good girl I might give you this check next month". "Steve, you were kidding about the 30days right"? "Nope, be sure to meet me tomorrow at 8 AM at my Lawyer's office, he is just across from the Just You Transformations Salon", he grab my head between his hand, "I won baby", and kissed me on the lips before I could even register in my head what he was saying or doing. "See you tomorrow Jim, hmm got to rename you, tell you what I'll think up a few sexy names for you and ask in the morning"? "yea, yea", wiping my arm across my lips while dragging my tail out the door, "I'll be there".

Back at my place all I could think about was running, I paced back and forth, got a suitcase out, threw clothes in it, took the clothes out and paced some more. I always felt I was a man of my word and Steve and I had shook on it, I could just hear my Grandma, "Jim you shook on it", "Yea I did", I said to myself, I shook on it. Remember that Steve said something about names, "God no, I best think of a name or he have me answering to some silly French maid name". Sitting there playing with my letters of my first name, I realize that I could almost keep my name, Jim, I then remember there was a Welsh singer by the name Jem, her given name was Jemma, so I now had my first name, just needed the middle name to go with it. Jemma Adwen, yes that looked good, saying the name aloud, "Jemma Adwen, Jemma Adwen", only convince me more that was the name to use.

Day One

Early in the morning I arrived at his Lawyer's office, he had text me the address to make sure I was on time. Steve pulls up a few minutes later, in his Lamborghini, and just as he opens his door I say, "The name will be Jemma Adwen, Jemma Adwen Lewis". "Jemma Adwen? I like it, of course we can change your last name when you marry me, I'll call you Jem for short". Fluster at the marry remark all I could say was "OK". "Nope after the workout". Steve was dress in like 30 seconds it seem, sleeveless shirt, shorts, socks, running shoes. "Come on!" "OK! guess me a few minute here." Getting up, I start to remove my gown, "You know we could just work out right here in the bed". "Not going to happen Steve". "OK, no need to get pisses, I'll wait in the hall for you, you are giving me a boner". "Ya yea, be there in a couple minutes." As he leaves the cabin, I toss together a workout outfit, sport bra, tank top, panties, leggings, socks, running shoes. Getting dress, I'm, glad the plug is still in the bathroom, I would hate to have it on while trying to work out. Looking in the mirror, I grab a tube of lip gloss, apply some, then grab a scunci tieing my hair back in a high pony tail, grab a small towel, laying it around my neck, one last look in the mirror and out I go.

In the hall, Steve is leaning against the other wall, one foot up on it. "Wow, you look smoking hot in that". Blushing, "Yea, ya, where the gym?" "Upper deck, port side". "Lead on, Macduff". I have to say the gym was awesome, it had everything you think you would need plus some more. Seems we had a trainer that would spot the weights for Steve, or watch over us as we work out, Steve was more with weight lifting while I did the more walk, run things myself. Through out our workout, Steve kept with the remark for sex, where I kept trying to get more on the movie. After the work out we took a small stroll on deck, I could see an old chain laying out on the ship's bow, but before I could ask Steve what was going on there he was called to a ship's phone by one of the crew members. Just as quick, I was grabbed from behind, mouth covered by a huge hand, and I was carried to the bow, there I was set down and three of the biggest bad ass crew members standing before me. I was scare to death, "What do you want of me!?" In broken English one answers me, "Make happy", pointing back where we just came from, "Not happy, join", pointing to the chain. Grabbing another gown and my makeup bag, I locked myself in the bath, a quick shower, towel wrap around me I dry and brush out my hair. I hear Steve enter, "You ok Babe?" "Yes, be right out sweetee". Apply my makeup, glad of the lessons the other evening I do very well, put the gown on and unlock the bathroom door, as I step out, his back is to me, "Where you go in that all fire hurry on deck?" "We need to talk, baby". Turning at my comment I get "Whoa, back the truck in". I walked over to him, barefooted I stand on my toes and kiss his lips, then slowly I pull up his shirt, he is wet with sweat from the work, the musk smell from his glans reach my nose. Scientists all over the world have sought how to enhance human body. Exposure to deadly chemicals and nuclear fusion Gamma Ray did nothing except shorten the life of the test subject.

One group of scientists sought the answers to their questions using the blood work of Veterans from the arm forces. In a hidden lab near Washington DC VA Medical Center, thousands of blood samples were looked at daily. This group were specialist in the field of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). They were looking for changes in the two DNA strands, the BCMA, (Bar Code Medication Administration) on each vial test tube of blood would show the service, person's age, sex, name, region.

In the pretense of flu vaccination, Veterans were injected with bacteria-sized nanobots, which were to make changes to the DAX1, or as these scientists were calling it, the X Gene. Veterans were then to return for weekly checks such as blood pressure checks, along with blood work done every four weeks. When changes were noticed field agents were directed to police up these folks quietly. So far the teams doing just that have had no problems till that one day.

Two black SUVs were moving down the street of a mid size mid west city, their subject lived in a small neighborhood, with a dead end, one way in one way out. The four occupants were all in black suits and dark glasses, one was speaking to his cuff.

Head Agent, "Subject is male, age 63, retired Army, Combat arms. His wife of 40 years is 61, they have one child still living at home, male, age 25. I'll approach the front door, Agent 4 will be my back up, Agent two you are to take down the son, Agent three, the wife. Once that is done we will load the subject first and time permitting the wife and son. Everyone copy"?

He saw the SUVs pull up and the four occupants getting out, one wore a long black, light weight, jacket. Both SUVs had Government tags. His wife and son were outside still, he had just enter the house to get a cold drink so was turning to greet the closes individual at the front door. Opening the door he asks? "Can I help you"?
Head Agent, moving closer, "Yes Sir you can. Do I have the pleasure of addressing Nick Farley, CSM retired U.S. Army"?
"Nick, "Yes Sir you do and you are"?
Head Agent, still moving closer "Someone that was told to pick you up".
His wife yells, "Nick what up? Who are they"?
Nick, "I'm not sure Betty, something about picking me up"?
Nicks son, "Dad everything OK"?
Nick being distracted by his son Ted, does not see the first Agent open his long black jacket and pull up a very large caliber rifle and aim point blank at him.
Ted, "DAD!! Watch out"!
Just then the agent assign to Ted, pull a revolver and fires hitting him in the chest with a dart, he falls. The first Agent has the rifle up and fires, something huge hits him in the chest, the agent assign to the wife also fires, she falls, Nick sees all this as he starts to fall as well, then there is a golden glow and suddenly he is standing over his son, a check of his pulse, he is alive, his hand glows slightly over him, then bending over his wife, she to is alive, again his hand glow slightly. Carrying her inside passed the Agents he returns for his son, the Agents all seem to be moving very slow as he flies by. Picking up his son he repeat his journey back to the house. He has no clue how he is able to move so fast, moving back outside he stops and faces the four Agents once more.
Nick, "I have no idea what you did to me but I am making a citizen arrest for the attack on me, my wife and my son, drop your weapons and get down on your knees, cross your legs when you do that"
Head Agent, "OK boys put him down". All four pull semi-automatic pistol, as they fire at him his reaction is to duck, throw his arms up cover his face, the glow around him intensity, looking around he sees the bullets floating in the air in front of him, then they drop like lead weights. The Agents fire once more, again his glow increases, the bullets stop, then drop, the Agents begin to back up, still firing, the Head Agent breaks first and tries to get to the closes SUV.

Nick seeing that they are trying to escape moves forward at lighting speed and chops, his old martial arts training just springs to life as he disarms, knocking out each and every Agent. Looking inside the SUV he fines some nylon prisoner ties. Using two per agent he hog ties them using their belts between the legs and hands and then go to check on his wife and son. He can hear sirens coming down the road, then everything starts to spin and then black, he has pass out.

When the first officer enter the house he fines an older women and a young man bent over a very beautiful young lady wearing mens clothes. When asked by the officer what happen they both start talking at the same time, seeing they are in a state of shock he ask that the young man remain with his wife and the older lady sit over on the couch. He is then told by the young man, that not my wife, thats my Father!

Just then his pardner steps in, "Jim these goons out here all have FBI IDs. Yet the neighbors
all swear they were the ones doing all the shooting".
Jim, "Keep them where they are at, be sure no one talks to them till we get someone out here with a lot higher pay grand to handle this mess".
Pardner, "Wilco".

Long hours later Nicks eyes open, from the decor he can tell its a hospital room. Looking around he sees his wife sitting next to him, she is holding someone smaller hand.
Ted, "Mom she is awake"!
She? Looking around he sees Ted looking at him. "She?" The look on his son face causes him to take another quick look around the room, then at himself. "Oh my God"! Feels long hair, sees brown color, sees two humps on his chest. "Oh my GOD"!
He starts to glow. "Nicky! Calm down, everything is OK sweetie"!
He looks at her, "Betty what happen, my voice, my body"?
Betty, "Clam down Nicky and I tell you everything I know to this point".
Nick, "OK". Taking deep breathes and slowly exhaling. "I'm calm, now tell me what the hell happen"!
She explains to him, all that happen after he had pass out. The four men that attacked them were not FBI as their IDs said. So all four were arrested, the SUVs were government vehicles but had been reported stolen. They were still waiting on the doctors as no one had a clue what, how or why all this had happen. Fingerprints had confirmed that he was Nick Farley, but no one could explain why or how the gender change, or the young age. All examinations confirmed he was female, age approximately 21-25 years, 5'10" 120pounds. His hair was a light brown, and his eyes were now deep blue. And he was a Mutant".
Nick, "Mutant"?
Ted, "Ya Dad, like those X men on TV".
Betty, "Everyone that saw you in action today reports a yellow golden glow all around you, and when you moved all they could see was a golden streak of light moving".
Ted, "Ya Bill across the street said it was like watching "The Flash on TV".
Just then a nurse steps in, "Turn on the TV, there a news report of the attack on".
Ted quickly moves and turns on the TV, the News is on.

"Sam Becket, ZNN News here, if you just joining us let me repeat our top story today with something that is right out of the Science Fiction but what you are going to see is real, cell phone video of Men in Black, attacking U. S. Citizens".

The video shows the SUVs pulling up in front of his house, the four men in black getting out, the attack, a golden streak moving, Nick standing before the men, them shooting at him, the men moving from him, more golden streak movement and all four are tied up on the front lawn.

"So far all attempts to find out what happen are being blocked by the authorities, what we can tell you is the attackers all had fake FBI Identities". And that the older man here facing these four gunmen is Nick Farley, retired U.S.Army, who is now listed in guarded condition at St Mary's Hospital".

Outside in the hall, suits were moving towards the room where Nick was, two police officers outside check the IDs of of the men, all were from Homeland Security. One of the men enter the room, Nick recognized him right away.
Nick, "General Savage"!
Savage, "Its Director Savage now, HLS, and we need to talk Nick".
Nick, "What you have to say to me you can say in front of my wife and son. Now spill the beans, what the hell is going on and how did they do this"?
Savage, "In a nut shell, someone is trying to make super men, those four today had been with the CIA, a dark cell that went rogue and now are gone".
Nick, "Gone! What the hell"?
Savage, "The transport that was hauling them to custody was attacked, both guards shot and killed. The CIA Director has no idea who they really are as their IDs were wiped from the system. We are placing you and your family in protective custody till we can round up these folks and fine out what the hell is going on and why this happen to you"!
Nick, "Protective custody? More like hide the mutant? They did something to me and I want to know what the hell it was"?
Suddenly a voice of the doorway, "And I believe I know what that is Nick".
Tall, grey hair gent in a white lab coat and clip board. "Doctor Sinclair, I think I found something in your blood work that could very well explain what happened, as to why, I will leave that to the Homeland Security".
Nick, "Yes Doctor"?
Dr Sinclair, "There are tiny dead machines in your blood, here a picture I had blowed up, these little things are bacteria-sized nanobots. As for what they did, they rewrote your DNA and made a change to your x y chromosome, making it x x chromosome to activate your X Gene. Now why did you change, most likely from the adrenaline released during the attack, it triggered the nanobots".
Nick, "Can I be turn back to a man"?
Dr Sinclair, "I don't think so. Whoever did this, did it over a period of months and I see from your medical records that you been at your local clinic for weekly checks as well as blood work, mostly likely sometime during one of these checks you were injected with these nanobots. Its possible that someone at the clinic knows something or is involved".
Savage, "Doctor, the name of the clinic".
Dr Sinclair, "UAMS, over on Buckeye and Cross".
Savage, "Jones"!
Jones, "Sir"!
Savage, "Send a team to this clinic ASAP, detain everyone there and start a check of all the records there, also pull all the phone records on all incoming, out going, calls there, all cell phones of any employee there are to be check as well. Understood"?
Jones, "Yes Sir"!
Dr Sinclair, "Director, I have an idea about this Protective custody you wish to place this family in, I have a very private clinic upper state that well off the beaten path, fenced, 24 hrs surveillance, guards at the gate. There are also several private bungalows where more of my richer clients stay when detoxing. I also have top notch equipment there, even better then they have here at the hospital. And of course Homeland can also post additional security to protect all while we try to chase this little mystery down of gender switch, super powers.

Director Savage, "I like you Dr. Sinclair. Let get this private clinic a security check by my people, if they say its good then we will move everyone there day after tomorrow".

Dr Sinclair, "No worries, I do a lot of work for the DOD, NSA, FBI, and me and all of my staff has been screened by them and can be trusted to keep this a closely guarded secret from everyone".

Nick, "So what do we do in the mean time"?

Savage, "Well the Mrs and your son continue as if all is well, not a word to anyone concerning you of course, and bring a one bag day after tomorrow, as we will be departing from here for places unseen by the world News people".

Nick, "And me"?

Dr Sinclair, "Well I could use another pint of your blood".

Nick, 'groans'. "I feel like a pin cushion".

Golden Girl Part 2.

Days had passed, Nick, his wife, and son were all together at Dr Sinclair's clinic, for Betty and Ted this had to be very boring, with nothing to do except watch TV, Ted had asked and received permission to use the weight room, his words, "To work off some steam". Betty kept busy with her knitting, where as I was the hamster in the cage. Compare to the escape from the hospital this was even worse. Still wearing a dress for the first time had been a scarey situation.

72hrs ago;
Nick, Standing there in a dress and low heels. "This is crazy, it will not work"!
Savage, "Yes it will, you simply walk out arm in arm with the good Doctor as his date".
Nick, "What about the press"?
Savage, "They'll be to busy trying to get pictures of your wife, son and me leaving in the three convoys we will have leaving here".
Nick, Pulling the hem of the dress down, "At least couldn't I have wore pants? And I'm still not used to these dam heels".
Betty, "The heels are only two inches, and the dress works for you far better then wearing pants, they will be to busy staring at your legs then the rest of you, and you will be arm in arm with the good Doctor, he will make sure you don't fall on your butt. Now stand still so I can finish the rest of your makeup".

The hospital had held a press conference to announce that Nick Farley was being moved to a VA hospital for further surgery that needed to be done, which VA hospital they refused to say.

The plan worked, it was crazy, but it worked. Three ambulances with police escorts left the hospital, there was a show of faces as the wife left with one, the son with another and Director Savage with the third. While all of this was going on Nick and the Doctor walked out the front door to the Doctor's car, got in and drove off and no one except a few younger gents noticed, but they were to busy watching the little lady butt as she walked arm in arm out and left.

As for getting Betty and Ted where Nick was even easier, once at the VA hospital they simple took a helicopter ride from an air ambulance off the roof to another waiting helicopter for a ride to the clinic.

Since arriving at the clinic, she had been put through a battery of tests, x-rays, MRI, blood work and more test. She broke three weight lifting machines and four tread machines doing some of these tests. She had been clocked at speed well over 200 MPH with no shortness of breath or rapid heartbeat and before the last weigh machine gave out had lifted the machine max weight with little effort. They had brought in some very special equipment and machines to try and push her to her limit.

Nick, "Well Dr, what is this for"?
Dr Sinclair, "We are going to test your strength, as well as this shield you have".
Nick, "So how does this work"?
Dr Sinclair, "Well we place you in the center of this contraption, as you can see it is well padded in areas around it inside, these areas, under our control, will attempt to make contact with your body and we can control the amount of pressure of those areas".
Nick, "Looks like it was well build, whose idea was it for this"?
Dr Sinclair, "Mine, after the last weight lifting machine broke I knew we needed a far better way to determine just how strong you are and how strong is this shield of your".
Nick, "OK so when do we get started"?
Dr Sinclair, "Right after you put this on", handing her a three piece, skin tight, black outfit that looked as if it had some sort of sensors all over it.
Nick, "What the? Is this some sort of joke? I have to wear this"?
Dr Sinclair, "This suit has sensors on it and it is absolutely necessary that we get the best possible readings. You can change over there, a nurse will assist you".
Nick, "OK", moving to where he had pointed, the nurse joining him behind the screen and with a little help he had it on, stepping out he kept trying to cover his breasts, "Dam it Doctor, I feel like I'm naked wearing this, are you sure its absolutely necessary for me to wear something like this"?
Dr Sinclair, "No need to worry Nicky, I have already seen you naked and its only the nurse and I here, so you have little to worry about, so step in the machine and lets get to work".
Nick, "OK", She moves to the machine and steps in, turning to face them, the nurse reaches in and does a few hook ups of lines to the suit and steps back shutting the entrance in front of Nick.
Nurse, "All ready Doctor".
Dr Sinclair, "Good, Nicky can you hear me ok"?
Nick, "Yes 5x5 here doctor".
Dr Sinclair, "Good we will start overhead first, I am going to lower it and begin to apply pressure behind it, be sure to tell me when it begins to bother you in any way".
Nick, "Well do doctor".
Looking up, she sees the padded plate starting to lower on her, putting both hands up over her head she waits for contact, when it does not come, she looks up in surprise, its sitting about 10 inches above her hands, "Dr, did you stop it"? She starts to lower her arms and sees it start to lower once more, putting her hands back up it rises away from her, "Dr"?
Dr Sinclair, "It seems that when you are aware of something that will happen your body seeks to protect you, that plate had over 3000 PSI pushing down on it, yet you felt nothing"?
Nick, "Nothing".
Dr Sinclair, "OK, I'm not going to try and max this out just yet, I still wish to test further areas of this shield before you break the machine".
Nick, 'giggles', "OK Doctor".
Dr Sinclair, "I'm going to try and surprise you by moving plates from areas without telling you where and when, we will try to keep this as random as possible".
Nick, "OK Doctor".
After several minutes of almost nothing happening, from her perspective, she sees plates, that are in front of her, move but all are stopped almost as soon as they begin to move.
Nick, "Doctor"?
Dr Sinclair, "It is really incredible, the computer has been randomly trying to hit you but is being blocked, and it has been increasing the PSI on each attack, currently its just over 5000PSI, that over two and half tons trying to make contact with your body"!
Nick, "I don't feel a thing here Doctor".
Dr Sinclair, "OK time to break the machine".
Nick, "I hate breaking all your toys Doctor, 'giggles' but if you insist".
Dr Sinclair, "Oh I insist, coming from above Nick, we are going to see how much you can take or break this toy of ours".

Looking up she sees the plate begin to lower, once more stopping at about 10 inches she waits, watching it, slowly it begin to come lower, still she feel little to nothing, at 5 inches she can begin to feel a pressure, she puts her hands up and pushes back. At 4 inches the pressure is a little higher, at 3 she could feel it more and at 2 inches something broke and the all pressure from the machine stopped.

Dr Sinclair, "Incredible, simply incredible"!
The nurse open the front of the machine, disconnecting Nick from the leads, she smiles at Nicky, "Sounds as if the doctor is very happy with you".
Nick, "Well doctor, what did I do besides breaking this toy of yours"?
Dr Sinclair, "My God, girl, you did over 25 tons, thats is over 50,000 pounds of dead weight over you and you hardly worked a sweat up"!
Nick, "What! 25 tons?"!
Dr Sinclair, "We will have to rebuild the toy here, make it bigger and badder to really see what you can do"!
Nick, "How long before we can try again"?
Dr Sinclair, "A week at least".
Nick, "A week"?
Dr Sinclair, "No worries Nicky, I have more toys here to use on you, tomorrow we going to be checking out that fantastic speed of your, they promised me that the test track would be ready then".
Nick, "OK so what now"?
Dr Sinclair, "Today we are done, you can change out of the sensor suit and take the rest of the day off, I'll be going over this data we got so far and I promise to brief you later this evening. OK"?
Nick, "Sure thing Doc".
Changing back into her sweats she said her byes to both and went looking for her wife. She found her in their bungalow sitting with her knitting again. First leaning over her they quickly air kiss and then she sits down next to her with a little 'sigh' escaping from her.
Betty, Looking up, "So dear, how it go today"?
Nick, "I broke another one of the doctor's toys".
Betty, "Another!, Oh dear, just be glad you are not paying for this".
Nick, "So true", looking around, "So where Ted"?
Betty, "Some cute nurse has him all wrap around her finger, we may lose our boy to that one, giggles', she a keeper for sure".
Nick, "Well good for him, I was getting a bit concern after that last one he was chasing before".
Betty, "That one? Just was a gold digger, he was lucky he found that out early and not after bedding her, if she had got her hooks in him".
Nick, 'nods', "I'm glad he has something to do and someone to help with this present situation".
Betty, "Speaking of something to do"?

Betty, "We need to get you some more clothes to wear young lady".
Nick, "What? More clothes, for what! I got all I need right now, I'm wearing the sports bras Mom, and the cotton undies, I am comfortable in these sweat and runner shoes, besides I still have the dress and heels from our "Great Escape" so I don't need any more clothes".
Betty, "Yes you do Nicky", 'dropping her knitting in her lap, her index finger points at her, "besides I am tired of seeing you in nothing but those ugly grey sweats".
Nick, "And what is wrong with my sweats"?
Betty, "It seems I have another rebellious young lady that needs to be taught that there is more to life and clothes then those things", point at her sweats, "Besides you smell after that workout, go take a shower dear".
Nick, "Yes dear", getting up she walks to their room, retrieves another sport bra and undies, along with another set of sweats turns and enter the one bath that is shared by both bedrooms, pulling off her top and pants she is standing there in her bra and panties when the other door opens and she hears, "Oops, Sorry Dad", the door quickly shuts and a whisper from the other side is heard, "Dam my Dad is a fox!" With a small smile on her face she locks the other door and turns on the water for her shower.
As she washes off the dirt and sweat from the test, she hears their door open, "Just me Dear, be right out, just getting something", then she hear the door close. Getting out of the shower she grabs one of the huge bath towels and drys off then turns to get dress and see that her choice to wear has been replaced. There for her is a matching white bra and panties, a blouse and a pair of shorts. The blouse is pink and the shorts are red, and match the flats that replaced her running shoes.
Nick, "Honey"?
Betty, "Yes Nicky"?
Nick, "Where are my clothes"?
Betty, "Right there young lady".
Nick, "I can't wear this"?
Betty, "Oh? Why not? Young women have been wearing outfits just like that for years".
Nick, "But I'm Not".
Betty, "Yes, you are a young woman!" Betty marches in, picks up the bra, hands it to her, "And by God you will dress like one or so help me Nicky"!
Nick, "OK, OK! I get the message loud and clear sweetheart".
Betty, "Good! As soon as you are dressed, we are going shopping at a base BX, the Director will have our escorts outside in 15 minutes, so you better hurry so I can do a little makeup on you as well before we leave".
Nick, "Shopping, Betty please do we have".
Betty, "Yes we do, I am sick and tired of seeing you in those sweats, we are going to buy you a proper wardrobe for a young lady of today and you will wear it. The only time I want to see you in sweats after this is when the doctors need to poke and prod your butt".
Nick, knowing she faced a losing battle, "Yes dear".

Fifteen minutes later a black SUV pulled up outside the bungalow. One of the suits gets out and walks to the door, knocks and steps back as the two ladies exits, another suit opens the passenger door of the SUV waiting till both are in and shut the door, speaks into his wrist mic, "Watchdog, this is Guardian, we have the package", gets in the SUV, and hears a reply over his ear piece, "Roger Guardian, proceed to McGuire, take the ladies to the BX, no side trips, understood"? Suit, "Copy Watchdog". Turns towards the back.
Suit, "Ladies, welcome aboard, our little trip will take about 20 minutes, my name is Mac, and this is Fred, 'pointing to the driver', and that is George and Wilma in the trailing vehicle".
Betty, "Thank you Mac, Nicky and I really need this little trip, poor girl has nothing except the clothes on her back".
Nick, "Betty! 'blushes' I'm sure Mac does not need to hear that".
Mac, "Its OK Nicky, you and your Mother can talk my ear off if you wish".

Sometime later they arrived at the bases main gate, by that time poor old Mac had his earful from Betty. The bases Security Force officers were flagging vehicles over that did not have military tags or military vehicle for ID checks. Both of their vehicles were waved through and they proceeded to the BX.

Mac, speaking into his wrist "OK, Wilma and I will stay with the ladies you two gents top off the vehicles and meet us outside when they are done with their shopping".
Fred and George, "Copy".
Wilma, "OK ladies lets go shopping".

Evening with Mac pushing for them to hurry, and Wilma doing all she could with helping Betty and Nick out they were just coming up on two hours when Betty said, "OK, I think we have everything".
Nick, Wearing a brand new outfit, "Thank God".
Mac, 'whisper', "Amen", then in the wrist again, "We are done here, meet outside in two minutes".
Faint, "copy".

Stepping out of the BX, all carrying bags and bags, Mac looks for the SUVs, sees one pulling up, as he reaches for the passenger door when suddenly its forced open from the inside throwing him off balance, he is then shot in the chest falling back. A second shot is fire, Wilma falls, another hit to the chest. A figure jumps out of the back, grabs and throws Betty inside the SUV, then reaches for Nick and is stopped, no matter how hard this man tries he cannot touch this woman, turning to the other he yells "GO!", jumping in the passenger door pulling it shut. The driver, looking back, hits the accelerator but is stopped cold, turning to the front he sees a woman standing there, he is burning rubber and they are not moving.

Shifting to reverse, he tries to back up, but again is stopped cold, looking back he sees the same woman, panic is starting to overwhelm any sense of logic, how is this possible! He shifts to drive once more, but again they are not moving, he knows the wheels are turning and the engine is at max, but they are not moving. Looking in the side mirror, he sees the wheel is off the ground, checking the rear mirror he cannot see the woman from before. He yells at his pardner, "Where is that bitch"?
The other man looking back, "My God, she is holding the rear end up off the ground"!
Driver, "Shoot her dam it"!
Other man, "Right", brings his gun up when Betty starts hitting him, "No! Don't you dare hurt Nicky!, NICKY Watch out"!
Other man, "Dam lady, quit", he back hands Betty knocking her out cold.
Suddenly the SUV is on its side, tossing everyone around inside, the roof is torn off and Betty is removed by Nicky. Nicky then reaches in and pulls both of the would be kidnapers out, giving both a little love tap.
Checking over Betty, her hand glow slightly over her, Betty begin to stir, quickly moving to the down agents of her escort, she sees they both had on vest and are ok, again her hand glow slightly over them as she checks them. By this time the Security Forces are arriving.
Officer, "Freeze"!
Nicky, 'pointing at the two sleeping would be kidnapers' "There's the bad guys Officer, they tried to kidnap this woman and me, and tried to murder these two Homeland agents".
Watching as they cuffed, she warns the Officer, "be sure to double the guards on those two, the last time we had any of them in custody they manage to escape killing two guards".
Officer, "Yes Ma'am"!
Nicky, "Can you have someone check the other SUV, we missing two more agents".
Officer, "Yes Ma'am, Charlie, go check the other SUV and report back ASAP"!
Charlie, "Roger", moving at a run with weapon drawn he approaches the other SUV, it dark windows make it impossible to see inside, slowly the officer open the one side door, and with a quick peek and duck sees two bodies in the back. Moving to the back, he opens it, a quick look and he yell back to his pardner, "Mark, they are both dead here".

Nicky hearing this turns to the officer, "I need four things, one, get more SPs here to secure this area. Two, get a meat wagon to take care of the dead, three, get these two agents and Mrs Farley to your ER, and four, make dam sure to lock those two up so they are separate from each other and keep the cuffs on them".
Officer, "Yes Ma'am". Then gets on his radio requesting more help ASAP.
Nicky moves over to where Agent Mac is, squatting down next to him she reaches for his wrist radio, keying it as she seen them do, she speaks into it. "Watchdog, come in". Pulling his ear piece from his ear she puts it up to hers, "Watchdog, come in".
Male voice, "This is Watchdog, who is this and where is Guardian"?
Nicky, "Guardian is down at BX, attackers, two gunman captured, SPs on scene, two agent dead, two injury, the packages are alive and well, send backup ASAP".
The voice, "Roger, backup in route".
Nicky, "Roger they can fine us at the bases' ER, out".
Turning to the officer, "OK you are in charge here, I am going with Mrs Farley and the two agents to the ER, Homeland is in route, be sure to direct them to the ER, and double check any IDs that come for those two prisoners".
Officer, "Yes Ma'am"!

Savage, pushes a button on his office intercom,"Nancy get me the clinic on the phone I want to speak to Nick Farley and Dr Sinclair".
Savage, "Dismiss".
Agents, "Sir"! All file out.
Secretary, "Sir, I have Dr Sinclair on the line".
Savage, Picks up his phone, "Doctor? Everyone ok there"?
Dr Sinclair, "They are just fine, Nicky didn't have a scratch on her and Betty is just fine. She was unconscious during the ride to the Bases ER, but came out of that while in the ER. Not a mark on her, and both of your agents that made it are up and about also".
Savage, "Well thank God for a small blessing there. Where is Nick"?
Dr Sinclair, "She is with Betty and Ted at the bungalow, I'll be seeing them shortly".
Savage, "Alright, I want a teleconference in the morning with you and him".
Dr Sinclair, "I would think you would be using a different pronoun for Nicky by now. She did very good today, saving Betty, capturing those two kidnapers".
Savage, "Understood Doctor, its just I knew Nick a very long time ago, we served overseas and its hard to think of him as a woman".

At the bungalow a very hard conversation is going on among the three concerning what had happen during the trip to the base.
Nicky, "Ted, we are ok, your mother was checked at the ER and we were both checked here at the clinic".
Ted, "Do we have any idea who they were? How did they find you and Mom? Are you sure you both are ok"?
Nicky, "Questions I am sure Homeland is asking those two prisoners right now".
Betty, 'soft smile and a gentle hug on her son', "Yes we are just fine, the doctors said they could not find anything, not even a bruise from the slap I got when that ugly thug hit me".
Nicky, "Yes we are both just fine".
Betty, "Its sad we lost all your new clothes, I guess we can always try again".
Nicky, "Well I not worried about the clothes, just means I get to wear my sweats more".
Betty, "But there was some really nice outfits for you to wear, and the makeup we lost".
Nicky, "Outfits, makeup? It was like the worse two hours of my life. Even before all of this I never went shopping in the lingerie section with you, buying it for myself was just down right embarrassing. All Wilma could do was hold stuff to me and coo over how good it would look on me, at least Mac had the sense to stay away from there while we 'three girls' were in that section of the store."
Betty, 'giggles', "Yes that was cute, if you had powers to fall through a floor you would have when she held that nightie up on you".

Just then the bell rings, a shadow can be seen through the smoke glass of the door. Ted moves to answer it.

Ted, "Hello? Can I help you"?

Mac, 'Walking in carrying handful of bags', "When the doctor could not fine anything wrong with us, we released ourself from their care. Watchdog already had everything else taken care of, so Wilma and I went back to the BX and found that the manager had cleared all your bags from the scene and was holding them for someone to pick up".
Betty, "All of it?! The makeup also"?
Wilma, "And the nightie", 'A wink toward Nicky'.
Nicky, 'groans, "No"?
Betty, "Yes"!

The phone rings, Nicky grabs it. "Hello? Oh Sure thing Doc, come on over we have a house full and I am sure they would love to hear any News you may have for us, see you in five.", hangs up.
Mac, "Nicky, I'm not sure all that happen today and I'm sure we, 'pointing at Wilma and himself', don't have the clearance to find out either, but we would sure like to know how you managed to do all you did today".
Nicky, "Mac, you and Wilma deserve a full explanation and I'm sure that your bosses will agree when I tell you this little tale, but lets wait for the good Doctor, alright"?
Mac, With a nod at Wilma', "Alright".

A knock at the door results in the good doctor arriving as expected.
Betty, "Dr Sinclair! Do come in, let me introduce you Agents Wilson and Rocker", 'pointing towards Mac and Wilma'.
Dr Sinclair, "Ahh the two agents that were with you today"?
Nicky, "Yes, they both took a bullet in the chest, thank god they had on their vests when that happen".
Mac, "Sure did not help George or Fred".
Dr Sinclair, "Well a bullet to the back of the head, it was quick, they did not feel it".

Mac, "CIA assassin's gun. Glad we got those two, they will pay for George and Fred".
Nicky, "Well I'm just glad we got somebody that can talk, there is a lot of questions we all have. I for one would like to know why and who".
Dr Sinclair, "Yes there is that, another question that I have to ask, are there more like you Nicky, people they already have awaiting to become their super soldier"?
Betty, "Good God, more like Nicky here but not like Nicky"?

The scene fades during this long talking into the evening. When Mac and Wilma leave for the night, Jim says his goodbyes but not before telling Nicky that the first thing in the morning blood work, then the test track.

In the medical wing of the clinic. Dr Sinclair is looking at the results from the blood work done on the two agents and Betty at the ER after the attack. He is not surprised that there was no bruises found on any of them, what is surprising is according to Betty's medical files there should be mature scar from an old appendicitis operation, yet the scar is now gone completely. He orders a full examination to be done on Betty while Nicky is busy at the test track. His phone rings, "hello? Yes Director, Nicky should be here any moment, I have a favor to ask concerning the two agents that were with her yesterday? Yes I would like them to be station here 24, 7. Since they were involved somewhat in the attack Nicky took it on her own to brief them yesterday evening. Director, please don't kill the messenger. Yes Director". Just then Nicky walks in, "Here she is Director, I'll put us on speaker", 'mouths to her, pissed about the two agents'.
Nicky nods, "Hello Savage, how are you today"?
Savage, "Don't you try to change the subject, what is this about those two agents"?
Nicky, "They took a bullet for me, and deserve the true, I want them on this team here, far better since they know the true now and not some mother daughter story".
Savage, "Alright, I'll make sure they are assign there, maybe with them around 24, 7 I can keep the lid on this a bit longer".
Nicky, "What the story on the two prisoners"?
Savage, "So far they are a cell of four, CIA says the are rogue, two got away yesterday, and if we had been quicker with breaking the other two down we might have caught them at their safe house, but by the time we got the information the other two flew the coop. The two we have have no further information regarding the location of the other two, but we do have a name of an old contact that by all rights should be long dead now, but his name kept coming up during the interrogation".
Nicky, "Who is it Savage"?
Savage, "Marko Roberts".
Nicky, "Impossible, he is dead, his helicopter exploded and crashed in Vietnam".
Dr Sinclair, "Who is this Roberts"?
Nicky, "Marko Roberts, he was the first U S General to be killed during the Vietnam War".
Dr Sinclair, "Maybe a son or other relation"?
Savage, "We are looking into it. It seems they were order by this Roberts to have teams of two to watch Military bases for your wife. Another little thing that came up during this interrogation, something about clowns, we are not sure what but they keep saying The Clowns are Coming".
Nicky, "Alright Savage, thanks".
Savage, "I own you Nick, you saved my butt more then once in the old days. Its the least I can do here, Dr Sinclair I still expecting that full medical report ASAP".
Nicky, "No worries".
Dr Sinclair, "I'll have that sent over right away Director".
Savage, "Right see you all later, more later when I have it Nicky".
'click', the phone goes dead.
Nicky, "Look on the bright side, no more shopping trips".

Later that morning Dr Sinclair and Nicky are at the track, again she is wear black, yet without the wires or sensors.

Jim, "Yes half mile. There are very special high speed cameras all around, sensors above and under and of course we are invisible from above except for really low flying aircraft".
Nicky, "So what do I do"?
Jim, "Today is just to test the waters, when I tell you to go I want two complete laps, you don't move at your top speed, just a normal run, this will give me a base line. Once that is done we will try two more laps but at a higher speed, I know you are fast but lets do baby steps till we know more".
Nicky, "Gotcha".
Jim, "OK the starting blocks are right over there, I'll be your starter".
Walking over to the starting blocks she quickly set her feet and with a look back at Jim waits for his command.
Jim, Looking up from the equipment, picks up a stop watch takes one last look at the equipment turns, "On your mark", 'she sets her feet again', "Get set", 'she does a runner squat over the blocks, "GO"!
Holding back she does, what she hopes looks like, a normal run around the tracks twice and stops right where she started at.
Nicky, "Your time"?
Jim, "4:21.68, let review the tapes and see if we can see anything from the cameras point of view".
Sitting at the table they both review the run from the different cameras, normal, high speed, infer red, thermal. The one thing that they both pick up on is the thermal camera, there are no images of her foot prints, 'tracks' on the track. Looking very closely at the other cameras they see that she never touch the ground. Starting at the beginning they see her feet set firmly in the starting blocks, but once she starts running her feet never touch the soil.

Jim, "Interesting, something we will check later, for now two laps, half the time".

The Raid By alter-ego Thanks To Stanman63 for editing! Synopsis:When an alien task force invades, it causes world wide changes as the nations unite into a global government. But has profound effects on two best friends who are kidnapped.

They came from deep space, invisible to all while in orbit, it was not till the raider ships left the mother ship that Earth knew of them. As the mother ship circled in orbit, its raiders were launched upon city after city, no nation was left in peace, the first city was Má¼nchen, Germany, during the famous Oktoberfest event. Conventional means were no match for the raiders, as they raided building after building, nothing seems to be able to stop them. Best the world forces could manage was to keep the civilian population out of harms way with quick evacuations of the areas hit by the raiders.

The raids seems to center on key items when they occurred, art, farm, heavy equipment, animal, clothing, electronics, a huge raider ship would fly in, smaller mobile vehicles or robotic like machine would disembark, quickly removing all they were sent to retrieve. Any attempts to stop these smaller raiders were meant with deadly force from the larger ships. Still the humans did get lucky with a few kills, slowing the raiders down on the collection of items they were sent to get.

The longer it took a ship to complete a mission the more the earth scientists were able to learn, till finally they came up with a way to stop the raids cold. But by this time the earth had paid a heavy price, lost of life still occurred, damage to cities world wide, cost alone could bankrupt most countries. Two good things would come from this, that all countries would unite under a one world flag, and Earth would take a huge leap in technology. Using backward engineering, Earth would over the next 100 years make some great steps in areas that would have taken several centuries to normally occur.

In a high Earth orbit the mother ship set course for deep space, no recourse now as all its raider ships sat on Earth's soil now, lost to it forever. It begins the return journey home, taking all that it was able to retrieve from Earth with it. As reports came in from all over, the destruction, theft, lost of life, mostly the military, was deplorable, yet only two people were known to had been taken by the first raid in Má¼nchen. Witnesses had stated it was a couple in traditional Bavaria costumes, reports and video of the incident showed that the women had tripped while trying to escape and the man had gone back for her.

48 hours before

When Frau Braun learned that Jack and James were going to attend the Oktoberfest she agreed to assist with the costumes, her husband's clothes fit Jack perfectly, but James was going to be a problem unless he agree with her idea to dress in one of her dress. Both wanted to attend the Oktoberfest in full authentic Bavaria costumes. The tickets had been purchased, the reservation made, for both to not go in authentic Bavaria costumes was a crime. Now Jack and James were what you would call a 'Mutt and Jeff' team, Jack was 6'4" and well build, while James was a runt at 5'7" slim and fast with his hands. Both had a love for history, fast cars and the ladies, but it was Jack that would score most times leaving poor James all alone. Yet Jack went out of his way to insure that James was never left out at special events and would invite him to tag along even if he had a companion with him.

Frau Braun first discussed the costume idea with Jack, only with his help would she convince James that he could make a very convincing Bavaria maiden. She was also going to see if both would be alright with the idea of James dressing for the entire 16-day festival, this way there would be no one asking those weird awkward questions of why there was a boy girl at the festival, but two males at the hotel.

All of her old clothes would fit James perfectly for the festival, and he would need little help with anything except for inserts, for every day wear there was her late grand daughter's clothes, giving him a more modern look. Since both spoke German, they could pull this off with ease, specially if she loaned James Michelle's papers, it had been only a year since Michelle's death and her papers had not expired, yet. It was only when James saw how he looked in Frau Braun old costume did he agree to this crazy idea of Jacks and Frau Braun. Amazingly with a minimum of makeup James was a dead ringer for Michelle.

24 hours before

They drove down to Má¼nchen in Jack's BMW, all though the trip Jack had a very hard time keeping his eyes on the road. driving down the Autobahn at speeds over 120KPH, he kept looking over to his right at Michelle, totally amazed at how good she looked. The runt James was gone, all he saw was a very beautiful women sitting in the seat next to him. Michelle would at first blush, then tell Jack to 'Keep your eyes on the road, Mister.' They can see their clothes laying out on what seems to be a trophy table, only her earrings and other jewelry is still with her.

Sounds of clicks and whistles under the floor causes words to appear, at first in German, French, then English, all asking questions of why clothing wore by smaller one are so different then the large one. Jack's answers of disguise, a costume, only seems to bring more questions. Their clicks and whistles seem be lower but they still see the words and are disappointed to have one only of the primary species of the planet and seek steps to fix the problem. The species has been able to bring them to a standstill on the surface and they would have to abandon any future attempts to attain the female. One solution would be to fix the smaller one to meet what the larger one sought in a mate. An image appears in the air, Michelle screams and then blackness for both.

She awoke with the morning light, if you could call it that, our keepers had tired to set up an environment much like Earth, her head rested on Jack's chest. Getting up carefully as to not awake Jack yet, she slips into the bathroom, just as she flips the light switch the roof darken, yes the morning audience was there to view the earth zoo. At first it nerved her knowing her every move was being watched, monitor, even record, then of course were those that had to touch the humans. Think back to a time you visit your local Zoo, did you not wish to touch the creature on the other side of that glass wall?

Such a occurs happen during the early days of our trip, our 'cage' then was some sort of prehistory caveman setting, and we worn skins that barely cover anything. We soon knew that any blackness was a screen of some sorts that they could view us, it was also a portal where those on the other side could reach through or even pass items through, think of it as a 'feed the animal thing' It must have been a big thing to feed the humans back then, our keepers had to police our cage back then almost daily for contraband. One day a huge claw enter our enclosure and made a grab for me, lucky Jack saw it and rush to aid me in dodging it. However he was knocked off his feet and was unconscious for a bit. Again our keepers had to come to the rescue and adjustments to our environments were made. Today there is no touching, we just assume they put up signs that say "Don't touch the Humans". Nothing alive come through the portals, we do receive strange 'gifts' almost like toys you could say but nothing dangerous.

He also blacked out that first day and awoke alone, at first nothing seem different, but he learned quickly that there was something different. He could see in the dark, see heat, see cold, see light, could hold his breath for 20 minute easy, could jump 50 feet forward, and at least 40 feet up. And that was from a standing start. We also had armor, under the skin, something we found the day of the claw, Jack's chest had been cut, but only the outer skin, under the skin a armor coat protected him, had he been a normal man the blow alone would had killed him, yet he received only minor injuries and they healed over night. Another thing, we seemed to not age, oh we did age, but at a very slow rate, our keepers told us that we would live till the day our star went out, a mystery there as they would not explain.

The perks as we call them did out weight most that had been done to us. Those early days here at the zoo, we played like a good Barbie and Ken, for me it was hardest, they really mess with me in that tank, at the drop of pants I was either on my knees or bend over something waiting for Jack to stick it to me.
