Skyward Sights,Production Manager Office, Los Angeles, California:
Mr. Coolant looks into the eyes of Betty Richland. The two of them have been trying to take the company from the previous owners, until recently. The two of them were kissing pretty heavily.
After a while, they stop kissing. Betty leans back and looks down into Mr. Coolant’s hazel eyes.
“When is the new owner’s daughter supposed to arrive?” Betty didn’t like the fact that the company had been sold to outsiders.
“Tomorrow, she’s supposed will be arriving for her first day.” Betty had learned that she was getting three new employees.
“Well, the last name of the owner’s daughter is Bounty.” Mr. Coolant met the new owner at a business meeting.
“Are you sure?” Betty wonders why the last name was Bounty.
“Yes, so if you can somehow win over Ms. Bounty. Maybe we can use her to move up in the company and get bigger raises.” Mr. Coolant was already thinking about the car and the new house he wanted to buy.
“I’ll make sure to make her my very best friend.” Betty knew she could make win Ms. Bounty over.
Back At Arabella’s House:
“Are you sure these ids are going to fool people at the company?” Jenny looked at the fake identity cards she was holding.
“Yes, these identity cards would even fool a cop. My mom’s company has created a full background on us. Since my mother has always kept us out of the social pages, no one will recognize me. I also had Morgana create some false social media pages for us. You know as well as I do most companies are checking to see if their employees have social pages.” Arabella knew companies were using social media pages to see what type of person their employees were.
“So, what is my new name?” Jenny looked at her new identity card and saw that her first name was Jenny, and her last name was Riskin.
“I thought it would be easy for you.” Arabella knew what her wife was thinking.
“Thanks.” Jenny places a kiss on Arabella’s cheek.
Afterwards, she looks at Arabella “So what name did you choose for yourself?”
“I took my grandmother’s maiden name since my mom has always been known as Gina Bounty.”
“What was your mother’s name before your grandfather adopted her?” Jenny knew Mr. Bounty adopted Gina and Julia, just like he adopted Rae, Silvia, and Alyona.
“Don’t know. Mom never talks about her past.” Arabella only knew a little bit about her mother’s past.
“It looks like you have thought of everything.” Jenny knew Arabella knew what she was doing.
“I should, coming from a family of assassins and spies.” Arabella was glad she learned some of her mother’s and grandfather’s tricks.
“I knew there was a reason I loved you.” Jenny leans in and kisses Arabella.
Arabella returns the kiss. While she was kissing Jenny, she was thinking about Amy. Today Amy decided to go to work, and she was worried about her.
The Coffee Bean:
“Are you feeling okay Mrs. Bounty?” Cate noticed that Amy had slowed down since they opened.
When the day started, Cate didn’t expect them to be so busy. She knew the coffee shop had been closed for at least six months. However, within an hour of being opened. The coffee shop started being busy. A relative of Mrs. Bounty’s had come into town and taught the staff how to make several Mexican-style pastries and treats.
It turned out that the pastries and treats sold like hotcakes. Also, the coffee Mrs. Bounty ordered sold like hotcakes. She had never smelled or tasted anything so good.
“I’ll be fine, Cate. But thanks for asking, I just need to sit down for a while. Do you think you can handle everything with Terry and Jessie?” Amy promised Arabella and Jenny if things got too much for her, that she would sit down in the office for a while.
“I think me, Terry, and Jessie can handle everything, Mrs. Bounty.” Cate could see that Mrs. Bounty was trying not to show how she felt.
“Thanks, Cate.” Amy moves slowly towards the office.
Cate was thankful to Mrs. Bounty for giving her a chance after everything she had done. She found it hard to find a job after she was released from jail. She was going to prove that Mrs. Bounty’s trust in her wasn’t for nothing.
