If I told you I was laying on the couch at 3:30 AM shaking and crying (but no tears, my tear ducts dont seem to work anymore) what would you think the cause was?

1: grief over my mother's deteriorating mental and physical health

2: my bi-polar cycle hitting a down patch

3: my PTSD sending me flashbacks

or 4: a massive dysphoria attack.

well, I won't keep you in suspense, it was #4.

I was struggling with a feeling of intense hatred of my male member, to the point if I could have done so painlessly I would have ripped it out of my body.

Needless to say, I'm not doing well now, so send hugs if you got some to spare, okay?
