oops

As Britney sang, I've done it again!

Yup, I've let myself get side tracked by RL and so todays posting was forgotten.

There are mitigating circumstances, I was feeling sorry for myself this morning so I didn't run but started writing instead. After a couple of hours I had some lunch, added a few more lines then I went to get this weeks big shop. Then I did more scribbling before cooking up a spag bol from the raw components for me and Bev after which I resumed the writing to complete another chapter!.

That was about an hour ago, time when I should've posted the update but instead I was planning what to do tomorrow (a ride to Ross on Wye abw) and letting my head veg out after all the writing.

The plan currently is to post some pics after tomorrows ride but there is a chance that it might roll over to Wednesday.

I really am sorry, I will try harder but as you know, I am blonde and I can prove it!
