Not a second part but the whole thing re-edited!
As I hinted on Wednesday, this one took a whole lot longer than expected to reformat the edited text into a document ready to publish, I guess that's the price you pay when you end up using multiple WP programmes to write. So after yesterdays exercise session I uploaded to Amazon and less than a day later I'm pleased to announce that both Kindle and print versions are available. All the illustrations are in there and I hope it flows better and is easier to read now.
