At it again; looking for a story perhaps a decade old

It is eating away at me, ugh I hate when this happens

I am looking for a story, I cannot recall the demographics (title, date and or author)

A guy is abused by his sister & mother, but only by the mother because the sister is manipulating her into 'punishing' him for abusing 'her'.... which is complete bs, with feminization (not surprising right?)

What few details I do remember and some may be a bit 'mature'.

Forced to get extentions, for in retaliation of one of her abuse, he cuts her very long hair shorter....
sister and or mother give him HRT without his knowledge, or with but I know it is unwilling.
deffinitelly teen years or preteen but I think between preteen>early or precollege/university

Vengence is taken out on the sister when a girl who has connections to a biker gang befriends him and he tells her everything.... so the sister gets her just deserts.... I remember little about it other then burning her clit with a cigerette i believe was listed as one of them
