Looking for a story related to Christmas

Looking for a Christmas related story that appeared here several years ago. It concerned a young (25 or so I gather) woman who had been offered hormones in exchange for ‘services’. She manages to escape then goes through a period of rehab. She goes home and finds that her parents are wanting to rent out a garage apartment they’ve built. The young woman shows up to look at it, really to check out her parents. They don’t know who she is due to hormones and surgeries until she tells them about a bike that she was given (as their son). Anyway, the rest of the story involves church and is a happily ever after. If anyone knows the name and author, I swear that I’ll download and save it. Thank you!!
