So, we're having a bit of a weather resurgence in GOC, temperatures were back in the high 20's earlier today, which has made the last couple of rides quite pleasant and has eased the arthritic pain in my less good leg that just a few degrees cooler was complaining!

I have managed to get another chapter written, or is it two - not sure, but anyway, i'll take the laptop away just on the off chance I get a chance to write!

Of course, today there's a new chapter here full of excitement and misgiving! So Close can be read now.

Looking ahead, I plan on posting ch18 on Wednesday before we depart for the ferry but whether I get the chance over the weekend and beyond will depend on hotel wifi so don't be surprised if there is a delay for ten days before the next chapter.
