It Started On A Rainy Afternoon

I reported that I had parts 2 and 3 ready, and that part 3 was the conclusion. I read part 3, and it leaves somethings hanging. I was turning over whether I should write an epilog or continue with a full blown part 4. Whatever I call it, it's already about 2000 words long, and there are more ideas in my mind.
I've been able to keep the XXXX chip under control, but the chip has a load of filth ready to pour out.
