Got a call from a friend yesterday

I got a phone call from one of the ladies at my church yesterday.

I've missed the last couple of weeks, and since the last time she saw me I was in a lot of pain and struggling with flashbacks, she was very worried about me.

So I made her a promise, that should I start to feel like harming myself, I would call her first.

Now, I would like to ask something of all who read this little blog of mine. I want you to help hold me to that promise. If anything I write here worries you about my state of mind, or if I dont post anything for a long time without a explanation, I want you to send me a message reminding me of my promise.

I am incredibly grateful for all those who care enough about me to check up on me.
