Hits Count & Firefox Reader View !

"Firefox Reader View" generates an extra hit when exiting it.
Just heads up on another issue to make raw hit counts unreliable. It acts like a page refresh.
Obviously people will not be kudo-ing or commenting until after reading a work. And you need to exit Reader View to do either of these or to even just read comments by others.
