Broken Kindle e-book - Help please!

Anyone know how to notify Amazon about an e-book that wont work?

I bough a e-book off Amazon and every time I try to use it, it keeps telling me to delete it and re-download it, which I have done several times. I have been searching amazon links and help topis and I can not seem to find where to report this. Does anyone here know? I do not wan to give up on the book and return it, I want to read it.

Note: It is by a BC author and I also sent the author a message.
