Hiding our healing

I've had a belated realization regarding healing and now feel somewhat foolish for not realizing it before.

I have a very close friend who has gone on a self righteous rant about "50 Shades of Grey". I doubt that she has read the books or intends to see the movie. I have read the books and plan to see the movie but do not intend to tell her that.

She sees the story as vile pornography, and I see it as a rather spicy romance. It is not for masturbation because I have NO sex impulses what so ever. In my younger years, I would have felt privileged to be the subject of a Dom's attentions but that never happened.

Now I am a bit embarrassed that something I had seen as rather innocent should not be shared with Muggles. Hmmm
