man CD, tricked out of house by wife starts in new city

Man works as architect? from home, wife is lawyer. He keeps the home together, while she climbs the corporate ladder. She tricks him from home, dangling a life as full time CD in a nearby city where he is forced into submission with another man by 'feminists' and a 'doctor' who injects drugs. He's forceably testicle crushed at a party, and is surgically altered. Been looking for this story again for over a year.
