Not able to access Sapphire's Place

Hello all,

I tried to get to Sapphire's Place (http://sapphireplace.com/) this morning to re-read some stories and was unable to access the site at all.

Does anybody know if the site/server is down or if it's just an issue with the DNS servers? There are no error messages except "This webpage is not available" which I believe is the connection attempt timing out.
