Needed: Web page developer - paid position

I need someone who can develop a few web pages for me and I'm willing to pay someone to do it. I need a really good author's web page and another one that is to remain secret. I've tried to do it with Wix, but that leaves me wanting. I know what I want, I just don't have the tools or knowledge to do so.
