Been re-reading "Sweat and Tears" by Steff the Cyclist, and despite some graphic descriptions, its one of the very best stories about male sexual abuse I have ever read. Fortunately, most of her stuff is much happier, but if you can hang on through the darkness, Sweat and Tears is a amazingly well written read.

Re-reading it was hard for a number of reasons, but there was one reason I had't expected - I saw the comments I made, and couldn't believe how closed I was to any possibility of me being able to transition. I thought I was trapped, but the door was actually unlocked, I just had to actually push it open.

Ah, well.
