It's Grounddog Day!

Happy Birthday to my roommate, Cuddles the Minipoo! She's eight years old today and my best friend.

With breakfast this morning she got part of a slice of bacon, which she normally does not get. We'll be taking a couple of long walks (her favorite entertainment) today, and we'll toss the old Pupface (her favorite toy) around some. Then we'll cuddle in the big recliner while I read a book and she snores in my lap. Tonight, we'll snuggle under the covers and both of us will snore.

It's a beautiful day outside but fortunately, grounddogs are not afraid of their own shadow. :)
