Transgender charities

I am hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

I am looking for a charity that helps Transgender youth, especially those who have been turned away by their family. I have been blessed this year and continue to be so and would like to donate some of the proceeds from my books to a cause that is making a difference in individual lives. If you know of any worthy charity, can you post it here or PM me so I can look into it.
