Marmite

I was re-reading Maddy Bell's GABY series, and again came across a reference to Marmite,
a food paste which is manufactured in Britain.
Being something of an anglophile, and having, over the years, seen many references to this product,
I was inspired to locate and purchase a sample.
I understand that the company's slogan is "love it or hate it".
Unfortunately, I found that I did indeed hate it.
But you British need not despair, I absolutely love roast beef.
