Praise for Lulu Publishing

Several years ago I purchased a couple of ebook versions of Tiffany Shar's Standing Up to Life, and Daring to Hope from Lulu.com. When I went to download them onto my new tablet, I found that there was no link for the download. I clicked on the problem with this order link and sent off my problem. I got an automated reply that didn't solve the problem, so I clicked on the "This didn't solve my problem" link and in less than an hour I got a reply. They had changed publishing formats, and the original ebook version was no longer, but they did send me a new receipt to the PDF version of the books.

That is excellent customer service.

I hope Tiffany gets new commissions from the non-purchase.
