Some more small steps

Some weeks ago I had the time and courage to try to find out if there is a chance to get my outside appearance nearer to my inner self.
It didn't turn out too bad and gave my something to look forward to.

Two weeks ago I got a fortune cookie with my lunch. The message said something like "It is time to drop your armor and let the real you be seen."
That was just a few hours after I made an appointment with my family doctor where I haven't been for almost ten years.
Interestingly it was not very difficult to tell him why I want to see him more regularly again.
