Taxpayers to Pay for SRS for Convicted Killer

'effin' wonderful, this is going to set TG people back for a decade once the national news really gets their teeth into it.

Not to mention the sheer ridiculousness of a convicted killer getting SRS on the taxpayer dime and my bloody insurance won't even cover it.
